We drove 3.5 hours away to purchase our new travel trailer from Central KY Truck Trailer Boat & RV. Their price beat out every RV dealer in Tennessee so it made the drive worth it for us. Then to get there and everyone treats us as if we were life long next door neighbors, you can t help but feel at home. We have been looking for a particular camper for a while and was directed to these fine folks thru the manufacturer and when we called to ask them to hold it for us, they were true to their word. They even set up our new hitch for us. The camper was exactly as described. Big RV dealers could learn a thing or two from Spencer and his crew. We will purchase from them again and we highly recommend this business to anyone needing recreational or work equipment.

We purchased a 12 foot enclosed trailer from Central Kentucky Truck Trailer Boat and RV. We needed to have electric brakes put on our truck at the time we went to pick up the trailer because we were leaving for a trip to pick up a rather heavy load of furniture the next day. These guys worked us in, took care of the install at a very reasonable price and had us out of there within 3 hrs - even without an appointment! It kept us from having to reschedule our trip and make another visit to their facility to get the install completed. They were super friendly, and accommodating. I definitely recommend them if you are needing a trailer. They are competitively priced.

Oct 2020, Mixed feelings as of now. Bought a new V-Nose trailer that had slight damage on the front of the diamond plate. Was told the metal was on order and they would replace the diamond plate free of charge and also got it in writing on the purchase order. Been over 2 months and not one call about replacing the diamond plate or the status. I've called several times and keep getting told they don't have the diamond plate yet to repair it. Service was great when I purchased the trailer and they even fixed the light connector on my truck. Follow-up needs some work. Hopefully they come through and repair it...Jan 27th now, still no metal, phone call, or repair. I'm going to contact them again and attempt to get it done.

Bought a travel trailer here. Great service with no pressure. All the staff were very helpful and this was our favorite place we shopped around KY for a camper. They took our boat in on trade and made the process super easy. We always recommend them, especially our salesman Dave. He took his time to answer all of our questions before and after the sale. He did a great walkthrough when we picked it up too.

Great place to bring your RV in for technical work, new tires, or general maintenance. Anthony is a stand up guy not pushy and the quotes are very accurate. I like dealing with CKTRV because they are close and they get the job done.

I'm incredibly impressed by the people here. I was on a 300 mile trip and had a tire issue with my travel trailer. I called them and Anthony answered the phone and was incredibly helpful. I felt like I was talking to an old friend that wanted to drop everything and help me. When I arrived he walked out and immediately started directing me to where they could start the repair. I was in and out in 45 minutes. The price was less than if I bought the tire anywhere else. They could have charged me double. Every person I interacted with was nice and helpful. I wish they were in my hometown. My wife reminded me that we bought an f150 from them many years ago when we lived in Richmond. It was a great truck for us. Thank you Anthony and team!

We were traveling across the state and a tire took nm out our 7 pin connector, they replaced it in about an hour , would have been shorter but it was raining. Would highly recommended!

Can't say enough about the guys up here. We were traveling through Kentucky on our way to South Carolina and the power cord on my camper got cut on a sharp turn.Fortunately, I was 2 minutes away from their shop when it happened. I called them in a bit of a panic since I had 3 kids in the car, 6 hours behind us and still 6 to go.They told me to bring it by and they'd take care of it for me. They did more than that. On top of replacing the plug end on my cord, they were able to diagnose a faulty ground on my camper, and they figured out I have an issue with the computer on my truck.The general manager, service manager, and 3 service techs spent an hour, to help a complete stranger, passing through. Just because. I offered to pay, and the service manager said no, that he was happy to help and asked only that I pay it forward.You guys saved my trip! I can't say thank you enough!

I blew a camper tire on I-75 and didn't know who to call. I found Central Kentucky online and called them. Although they don't do mobile repairs the helpful guy I spoke to recommended several towing services near me.Although there was no sale to be made I still got friendly and helpful advice. Great experience.

Awesome experience. You will not find a better deal any where else. We saved thousands on a new travel trailer. Staff was very knowledgeable. No pressure to buy. No run around from sales or finance, no hidden fees or cost. If you are looking for a camper, give them a shout.

Great place, people, and service! We had boat trailer problems on I-75. They got us repaired and back on the road within an hour! They could have charged us way more because we were desperate, but price was within reason! Could not be happier with them! Highly recommend!!

Cannot say enough good things about Central KY RV Sales. They were concerned about our experience with our trailer and they gave us an honest, proper diagnosis about our slide out. They were prompt and we were able to take the trailer back home, same day.They are a dealership that we can fully trust. They took very good care of us even though we bought our trailer from someone else. They will get our business in the future.

I bought a truck from these guys. I had initial reservations with the truck I went to look at and almost walked away, but I mentioned my concerns before leaving. Instead of blowing me off they fixed the issues and I left with the truck I wanted and felt confident about my purchase. We had a great experience. No slimy used car sales feeling or pressure. Everyone was very down to earth. I would recommend anyone to check them out.

Spoke with Adam over the phone about their campers and then my husband and I stopped in the look at them. Adam was super friendly, didn t pressure and gave us the information we needed. We bought a 2018 Salem camper and before we left Dave gave us an extended tutorial on everything about the camper, inside and out. When we left with the camper we felt knowledgeable about how to use the camper! Thank you to Adam for an easy buying process and to Dave for his excellent wealth of knowledge! We recommend everyone buy their campers, trucks and trailers here!

My husband and I are from Illinois and found a camper we really liked. However, driving 6 hours was not really what we wanted to do. But I can speak for both my husband and I .... Dave was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and thorough. Dave went over everything with us! Gave us examples,situations etc. We left with our camper feeling very comfortable & pleased with the service we received. It made the 6 hour drive home worth it!! We bought a new camper and had a great experience with the buying process. Staff was great to deal with. We have had some issues with the camper but the dealer and others have bent over backwards to fix the problem, however I was able to call and get someone to help with any problem we had. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a camper. A true pleasure to make the deal with.

Great people to deal with! I recently purchased a new StarCraft pontoon boat from Adam and the crew at Central Ky Truck / Trailer / Boat & RV. Having been in sales myself for the past 40+ years it was great dealing with folks that seem knowledgeable about their products, willing to answer questions and work through the details. I drove over 5 hours to purchase and pick up my boat and could have bought from many dealers closer to home. Though there were a few minor issues with the boat when I arrived to pick it up, Adam and Tim both reassured me they would handle these issues without question. So the only issue for me will be bringing it all the way back to have these issues corrected this fall. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a place to purchase a boat / trailer or RV, give these guys a try.

We had multiple things repaired on our brand new travel trailer purchased at an Indiana RV dealer. The service manager Mike Bates and his maintenance supervisor Rod Hunt did an excellent job in a very timely manner. Other RV service centers wanted to keep our trailer for 2 months where at Central Kentucky Truck &RV Center did it in less than a week. We are very happy and satisfied with their work. We highly recommend them to anyone that needs their RV serviced.

Very friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks Mike in parts dept and the mechanic who helped 2 RV newbies. They answered a lot of questions and we are looking forward to the walk through coming soon. We were set for our first trip in our Airstream and had no electricity, we thought. Stopped by and they helped assure us we did have electricity it was just a bad plug or a breaker at our house..Grateful to have found them.

We just purchased a 2018 palomino travel trailer, i would like to give a big shout out to Dave Walter. He is a courteous and professional person who took the time to do almost a 3-hour walk around on our travel trailer, explaining everything to us from front to back. Most places would just throw you the keys and say here you go.So a big shout out to all the friendly people at Central Kentucky truck trailer boat and RV sales, thank you so much for an enjoyable experience.

Awesome customer service. We pulled in with our 5th wheel rig that had a faulty brake light. They fixed it immediately for a fabulous price and they were so Friendly. Wish I could ONLY use the place for repairs. We are full time on the road as RV retirees and this is the best place in the USA we have ever been too.

I had found a truck I wanted so ill called down there and i talked to Adam. He answered any and all ?s I had about the truck and told me everything he knew about it. So I drove down there alittle over 3 hrs to look at the truck. He was completely honest about everything. I asked them for a spare tire and a toolbox and that wernt a problem so we made a deal and I bought the truck. Very nice people to deal with I would recommend anybody that is looking for a good truck or trailer to give them a call.

While traveling on the hwy our 7 way plug was ripped out, drug the ground and the wires exposed/shredded. Central Kentucky was the closest RV repair place and we stopped in. They replaced our plug/cord on the spot and had us on our way in about an hour. Reasonably priced, great work and everyone was very helpful. They literally saved our day. Thanks!!

I went to the shop to get a hub seal replaced on my 40ft gooseneck trailer.They did an excellent job.The price was exceptionally reasonable.I was in and out in a timely manner.The employees made me feel comfortable.They were very professional.Thank you guys for getting me back on the road,Greg

Bought our camper trailor here alittle over a year ago. Had an awesome buying experience and Adam really made us feel like we came out on top. We recently had to take it in for alittle work, some minor things, and mike got it figured out and fixed up within the day! We went all over looking for our camper and I recommend not wasting your time going anywhere else! Great service and good products without feeling pressure.

We had an issue with our weight distribution system on our camper, we called Ky. Truck and Trailer...we were broke down on the side of the road, they offered to come pick us up. They were incredibly helpful and they had us picked up and fixed quickly and we look forward to doing more business with them again! Highly recommended!

No pressure and unheard of pricing are the hallmarks of this dealership. We have been looking for the right fit bunkhouse for our family of 5. Many shows, dealerships, and 1.5 yrs of looking later we come across this dealer via web search. We see two rigs that might fit our needs. We had seen these & priced these @ trade shows this spring. We decided to go see them in person. Upon arrival @ the lot, Adam was very helpful and let us into the two units to touch and feel. When we were done, we sat down to talk price. We were expecting a lower price than MSRP and comparable to other dealers. The price was 25% lower than the lowest trade show price. We agreed to buy on the spot. After working out the financing, add-ons, and getting ducks to line up, the purchase was made. Our salesman has been, and continues to be helpful and gracious. We have recommended this dealership to friends, co-workers, and strangers based on their exemplary service and attitude. It was a pleasure.
