We had an excellent experience with C.O.K the entire group from the owners to the maintenance crew were all very friendly . We worked with Tim he kept us updated at every point on the vehicle we were looking at . We were extremely pleased with the entire transaction I highly recommend them and we will continue to go back to them whenever we have vehicle needs in the future and we have recommended C.O.K to our friends and family as well. We are very pleased with our Toyota Sienna purchase.

Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars in the lot as well as cars in general. He was patient and understanding. A great help! He helped get my daughter into her first car and gave us a great deal! We will do business with him again!!! Highly recommend him as your sales agent.

I don t even know where to begin. Google doesn t have enough stars for me to rate the overall experience with Cars of Kentucky. By far the best car buying experience of my life. The level of customer service they offer is top notch. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, reliable. Car selection is amazing but my mind was set on this beautiful 2015 Dodge Charger RT/Plus. One owner vehicle in such an amazing shape I couldn t believe my eyes. Thank you so much for working with me and making my dream come true. I will definitely keep you in mind for any future car purchases. Highly recommended!!!

So far theses people are fantastic havnt gotten the car yet but they have worked with us on everything and they are very trustworthy if a car isn't a good car for the long haul they will let u no I would highly recommend them and my payments are very reasonable

I bought my daughter her first car here just last week. My purchase was stress free and came with a 90 day powertrain warranty. Slight issue with the sun roof after purchase. I called and Cars if Kentucky immediately fixed the issue, no charge. I can t say enough about this place! Fair price and great people!

I wrote to enquire about a vehicle they had pictured on Facebook Marketplace, Brandon Betts posted the advertisement, he read and never answered me and just ignored me, this is no way to treat a potential customer, guess me or my money wasn't needed

First time buying was awesome! I ve shopped around for a while now for my first purchase from a car lot/dealership. We got paired with Brandon! He was exceptional! Not pushy at all and was super helpful answering any and all questions! I tend to be very indecisive when it comes to big purchases, but he was very patient when I wanted to try all the cars in my price range! They even got me a deal for two brand new tires! They helped me with my budget and got me a great deal on a 2010 Nissan Cube! I m so thankful that I came here. If I ever need another car, I will definitely check here first! Great experience!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had some bad ones. At this lot there was no pressure, no goofy tricks or tactics. Their price on their vehicle was very fair (I had been looking at this model for months) and I feel like I got a good deal, which seems to rarely happen when buying a car. Will look here first when shopping for car again!I am glad I no longer have to dread the car buying experience.

Just a great experience. Our salesman, Tim Roberts, was a pleasure to deal with and helped us through the entire process. He gave us the time to test drive the vehicle and worked with us to finalize our decision. 100% recommend Tim and Cars of Kentucky.

I can't express how happy I found this dealership! My husband and I actually drove 3 1/2 hours (one way) to make it to this place and it was well worth it! I had been searching for a SUV for a certain price and certain milage, to which all friends and family said would be impossible. Let's just say the drive was well worth it.... we got under the mileage and price then what we thought we could find! John Brooks was very professional, nice and had great customer service! I'll be a big supporter of Cars of Kentucky. Thanks for the new, to me, ride! We love it!

LEMON DEALER!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I purchased a vehicle here last month. I was not allowed to take it for inspection in Lexington where I knew someone trustworthy. Instead I had to find someone in Richmond, who as it turns out, they know. Supposedly their mechanics said nothing was wrong with it. Huge mistake to trust anyone involved! I immediately had to replace the TRANSMISSION! I have now had 2 mechanics that I have worked with for years tell me I need a new steering gear - $2100., differential seal -$738. And new shocks and struts - $1000. This is after having to replace both inner tie rods, both outer tie rods, both front sway bar links, and both rear sway bar links (which were broken in half and the bottom half missing). Suspension work I can accept as normal, but this is ridiculous. They asked me to bring it in so they could have their guy look at it. Kept it for a week, with no updates until I called. They are trying to tell me none of these things are wrong. This is an outright LIE! I have seen the leak, hear the struts banging, and both shops told be the steering gear makes the vehicle unsafe to drive! I can t believe anyone would just deny deny deny instead taking care of their customer. I would come back and buy from them every two years if they would take this lemon back. Instead, as I drive for living, I am out of a job. Shame on these people for taking someone s hard earned and saved money. They are upholding the reputation of shady used car dealers trying to rip you off!!!

John at Cars of Kentucky made my car buying process so easy. I have bought pre-owned vehicles in the past and have always hated the process! He made me feel like a priority as a customer and he really took the time to make sure my 16 year old daughter was going home in a safe reliable car. I will be visiting Cars of Kentucky again in the future! Highly recommend!!

The way car buying should be. In this time of our life things don't need to be hard. I worked with Brandon to get me my new car, and all I can say is everything he did was right, and well above and beyond the call of duty. As Brandon said you usually put car dealers, lawyers and Satan in the same group, however I have to say if you need a car go to them. This is a wonderful place and I am glad I accidentally found it. Thanks so much to the whole team.

I have owned several cars and SUVs, and I have always purchased used vehicles, but from New Car dealers. Buying from Cars of Kentucky taught me 2 things... 1) the mark-up that big name dealerships put on their vehicles is absolutely ludicrous and 2) their warranties are to market a big sale, but not emphasize or explain the small print. Cars of Kentucky is the easiest buying experience and the best deal I have ever come across. No hassle, no pressure; and they work FOR you and WITH you. I realized within just a few minutes of research that a crossover that I had purchased at another dealership was $6,000 ABOVE BOOK! It made me sick to think I had over paid that much! Never again!!! Cars of Kentucky will forever have my business from now on. Vehicles are unpredictable, and you are ALWAYS taking a risk buying used, but I have since purchased twice (a car and a SUV) and both have been great with no problems! Best of all... they were AFFORDABLE and didn't leave me reeling from a scam deal! Kudos to this business and it's fair prices and amazing staff!!!

I bought my first car from Cars of Kentucky recently. The experience couldn't have been better! I was very nervous, and new to the car buying experience but they never made me feel like I was in this alone, lost, or confused. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and will absolutely be back for any future cars I will purchase!
