Firstly as soon as we pulled up and walked in Eric immediately asked us if we needed help and when I told him I was there for a car he took me to his office and then started right away. I went to many car lots and got turned away but not here they told me on the phone they will do as much as they can to help get me in a car, they did just that! I got a 2017 Kia forte and I love it!!! This was the most wonderful place anyone could go they are all nice and make you feel like they have known you for years! I would recommend anyone to this car lot I already have! Randy and Eric is the best! If you need a car please ask for Eric he has your back! Thank you so much you guys you relived a single moms stress big time!

DO NOT GO TO CAR MART!They sold me and my boyfriend a $1,200 car for 18,000 & it had 120,000 miles on it!!We thought it was a good deal because we didn t do our research. As soon as we bought it we had to get tires. Its been a month and the brakes are bad and the whole car shakes when u drive.Do not buy a car from here. They will screw u over.

These guys are AWESOME! Eric is the man!!! If you're in Madison County, or anywhere within reasonable distance, make the drive and let him get you into a new set of wheels! It'll be quick, easy, and painless. I almost forgot about the free oil changes and roadside assistance! Yup... they do that, too

If I can give more stars I would . I went to car mart in Richmond yesterday and even though I had a couple repos Randall Wagner went above and beyond to help me and to get me into a really nice vehicle I am so happy with my new car . Every car lot has turned me down because of my credit but this car lot is truly amazing and they really do work with you to get you in a vehicle my experience with this car lot has been amazing . If you or someone you know needs a vehicle definitely go to americas car mart in Richmond you won t be disappointed. I was very surprised and I really started losing hope of getting another car but they are truly amazing.

So wish I could put a no star review. Worst company to deal with, lying thieving company. They want to take advantage of the poor and any cent they can get from you. Barry is the most unprofessional manager I ve ever dealt with. Stir clear of this place. Unless you want a blown up car, and harassed.

Yall STAY away from carmart they are a scam sell you a 5000 car for 40000 if your young and you think it's a good deal plz just don't save your time and money and just go somewhere else they get you in bc they offer low down payment but trust me you will pay for that car and 3 more time your done. Just plz look at other options first over 30000 in the drain makes me sick how they do people. They should be ashamed.

We needed a vehicle fast and they worked with us. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Very nice staff and manager is cool and down to earth. Eric, Zach, Marissa y'all rock!! Just thought i'd give An update On the car we bought last year. $5000 later One transmission working on the second transmission. still haven't got the car fixed. And I have paid all this money out of my own pocket And still having to pay for this car.so I'd thought I'd update everyone on how carmart is I have had two transmissions put in this car along with multiple other parts it's been two and a half years since we've drove this car and it's still not fixed and carmart will not help me I have financial went in the whole trying to fix this car not to mention the emotional stress of trying to figure out how to get back and forth to work this place needs closed down they don't care about there costumers at all don't by from them all they're cars wind up in the shop

I purchased a 2008 Trailblazer here with no hassles. Eric and Zach were both excellent. I unfortunately only had my Trailblazer for a few weeks when it was totaled(I was not at fault luckily). I was able to go back and get a second vehicle which I now have(2007 Ford Edge) and so far it's great. Would do business here again.

I went into Car Mart daydreaming of reliable transportation so I could keep my job. But I knew the down payment would be so hard for me to come up with at Christmas time. That's when Zack Brown took my application and started going over inventory with me. Within minutes I was signing papers, transferring insurance, and drove home with my new to me SUV. Literally Zach saved my job and I could never explain my satisfaction with the whole staff at Car Mart in Richmond KY. I have purchased vehicles at other lots around town but absolutely none compare to my experience here. I highly recommend checking out Zack Brown and his awesome sales team if you need a new ride. Thank you Car Mart of Richmond!April D.UPDATE!!!!Transmission in this car went out day 5! Day 7 bought 2009 GMC ACADIA. Within 60 days the engine blew. Warranty does not cover rentals. They could careless how long repairs take, and you are expected to pay every payment on time. If you're late on payment repairs will be stopped until you're current. Within five weeks I paid $2300.00 to Enterprise for renting a car to avoid future write-ups or termination at work, during this time my rent was taken from my landlords and I received an eviction, and I never seen my vehicle again :( I was never told what mechanical shop had my vehicle so I was not allowed to take anything out of it and I never seen this car again. When asked if I could trade vehicles I was informed that they like it to be paid down to 5k and mine was at 18k. When asked if I could talk to the new GM Greg, I was told he doesn't take phone calls, only in person appointments Monday through Friday. I was repeatedly yelled at, hung up on, and threatened by my account rep numerous times. So now this giant LEMON I purchased at Car Mart is going to show negative on my credit, plus an eviction!!! I wish I would have never bought a car from them. I wasn't treated well. After 20 yrs of customer service I am very applaud by the things that has happened. Yes, they did call to let me know they are going to auction the shell of my car and I am responsible for the rest. I have lost everything because I waited over a month for my car when I was told it was going to take 4-5 more days. I never dreamed it would cost my home as well. SMH

They do ask for little down that's so they can get you on the APR, you get a $10,000 vehicle from them and pay over $20,000, I got paid on bi-weekly Thursdays and toldthem I wanted the payments on Fridays, they would send a text on Thursday saying payment was Due then call Friday saying payment was overdue that it needed my attention immediately, also if you agree to make an annually tax season payment they'll want it by March. I got one from them looked good had good reviews on it, for several months then i heard a rattle under it my husband looked and said the bottom was rusted. I took it to them they looked said it wasn't bad but would have the muffler fixed but kept putting me off then Covid-19 hit and I never got the muffler fixed lost the muffler on the interstate wreaked the car still drove it made payments, then it started acting strange wouldn't start after long day of work hot summer. Got it towed to a shop they said it need a tune up then they said they couldn't fix it needed a new motor then they said they found a motor decided they were trying to rip me of tried to get the car then they said I owe $600 in storage fees. So by that time I gave up left it there. Told Carmart I wasn't paying no more had they fixed the muffler I may have still had the car. They never took my name off the vehicle I finally after 3 years got it took out my name so I wouldn't have to keep paying taxes on it.

Big Rob really went above and beyond to help me not only get into a new vehicle when mine unexpectedly kicked the bucket but to also take care of the very few issues the "new to me" one had after driving it for a couple days. I really can't say enough good things about not only Rob, but the whole Richmond location team! They're always willing to help in any way they possibly can. 10/10 would recommend ANYONE to go see them for your vehicle needs!

I had a major issue with my vehicle since I purchased it but Big Rob the service manager got it taken care in 24 hrs. Dropped my vehicle off Thursday morning and got it back Friday evening. I'm thankful for the best customer service in Carmart. Great people and great business!

Make sure you read the fine details of your paperwork. Even though you make all your payments in full and on time, they will still harass you and any family and friends you list on your paperwork. They will add in extra payments on you even when they are already putting you on a 3 year loan making your payments high enough you could be purchasing a brand new vehicle. They ask you about this during signing and make it sound likes it your choice but put it in your contract anyway. Very deceptive and harassing people that work at this place. The dealerships around here are more truthful and that s saying something. Several of my friends and I have been victims of harassment even when all payments are paid, just be weary, read the fine print, and don t let them take advantage of you.
