Caliber Richmond, KY has exceptional customer service from the time of drop to the day of pickup. I was very pleased with the repair. The team is courteous and kind. The ensured that I was satisfied with the service and repair prior to me leaving the premises. They kept me informed regarding my repair and my vehicle was ready just as they stated it would be. I recently had my vehicle repaired here after getting into an accident. The professionalism and positive attitude of the staff at the front desk was refreshing! They quickly put my mind at ease by explaining every step thoroughly and efficiently. Thet kept in touch with texts and phone calls! I didn't have to call and be ignored Ike other vehicle service businesses. The body repairs done on my truck were absolute percent perfect. The paint was perfect no orange peel effect. Very happy that I took my car here. They were able to get it in much quicker than others nearby. They sent frequent updates via text and had great communication. Staff were also friendly and helpful

I (luckily) didn t have a need for any body shop repairs, but I work in the industry and noticed this shop had opened recently and stopped by to check it out. It s a nice clean facility and I was greeted right when I walked in by the manager Dan who was extremely courteous and took the time to chat with me for a few minutes despite knowing I wasn t there to spend money. Most body shop managers are behind the scenes guys- so it was very cool to see he was taking the time to be up front and working face to face with his customers! Seems like an organized company and an excellent place to work. They will definitely be a #1 choice if I ever need any repairs done!

I will tell anyone the experience that I had with Caliber Collision was 100% first class. I work in the customer service field as well and the communication was like no other shop I have dealt with. My daughter is a college student at EKU and we live out of town and as a father I felt like they were taking care of me and my daughter. To the gentleman that handled our deal from the start thank you, little things that you did license plate holder EKU stickers were awesome. The last hail storm REALLY messed up my car, and my insurance was trying to give me the run around. I took my car to Caliber Collision in Richmond and had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Both Alex's were wonderful- they made the process so much easier on my end, they dealt with my insurance directly and my car was done in a timely manner. Carl made my car look like it was brand new, he did a great job. Dan was wonderful and made sure to follow up with me to make sure that my experience met my expectations... Wanted to thank General Manager Dan Stoess and his staff for his top notch treatment and advisement.... recently my nephew had a car accident.... this can be overwhelming for anyone, but especially for a younger person that has never been through anything like that before. Dan provided a very good overview on what the path forward would be and why. In addition I just need to say they were very kind, and made us all feel very comfortable. Wow! Super happy with this business. Friendly, courteous staff! Fast quality work with a lifetime warranty. They worked with the other drivers insurance company and there was not one hassle from Progressive or this collision shop. Highly recommended by me - a satisfied customer!!
