I don't care what the negative people have to say, Ready's has been great to me and my cars everytime I go there, they've even given me a ride home a couple times after squeezing me into their busy schedule without having an appointment. They're the only shop I let touch my cars anymore and I recommend them to anyone that needs their car serviced. Coil went out and my car went into limp mode. Luckily I was able to limp it to the shop from Ft. Knox by 10am on a Saturday. Fixed by 1300 same day including getting the part in E town. Professional but above all knowledgeable. Cost was comparable to the speed and experience that got me back on the road. I would highly recommend.

My mother in law and sister in law took Nana's car to get it fixed and they charged $2200 and got that paid and now says owe $2300. Won't tell us what's it's for and he talks over you and won't let anyone else talk to them.NEVER GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT MISS TREADED AND RIPPED OFF.

I ve had my truck serviced here twice and the work has been great. The owner is extremely kind and throughout both experiences was very detailed about the work that was done. The actually cost of the work was the same as what was quoted. The turnaround time of the jobs was quick and communication was smooth. My wife had a blow out on the road. I called and was greeted with friendliness. I sent her with her vehicle to them and she had a great overall experience. They were upfront and honest with the pricing and in showing her the life quality on the tires she previously had (she got all of them replaced!). Definitely will be recommending this place and will set this as my to go place.Service: Tires

Ready s was recommended by a friend and they did not disappoint! My car started running hot while on temporary duty at Fort Knox. They were able to get my car in and fixed the same day. Literally the best! Quality work and quality parts. I have had multiple things done here and I would recommend to anyone! Very honest and he knows his stuff. He now does tires as well. Also there is a financing program you can apply for and it is 6 months same as cash! I would recommend this business to anyone who needs the car worked on. They did great on mine they took care of a noise I had and they showed me my old parts so I could see what was wrong. Ready's Automotive is my go to mechanic shop. It is centrally located to my apartment and within walking distance. The owner and mechanics are knowledgeable. I've been there three times for different things and my car is there now. I have never been ripped off yet. I recommend this location.

After charging me $164 for freon and a/c checkhe told me he was waiting on knew compressor.It being Friday I called him back and told him I would put Down $$$ but I need my car over weekend.He said he was all alone and to find another shop,he was over welmed.Not at all professional.They we're always good before very disappointed as he put down my cars age to.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My vehicle was running rough so my boyfriend took my vehicle to this place for them to look at..not much longer later they call to say they left my car sitting on the side of the road and that it died on them during the test drive to diagnose it and the key wouldn't turn over. My vehicle has always started and I'm not saying they did it. BUT WHAT THEY DID DO WAS LEAVE MY VEHICLE 15 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD, CALLED MY BOYFRIEND AND SAID WE HAD TO PICK IT UP AND GET IT TOWED. In all my years I've never been to or could imagine a mechanic that leaves or left someone's vehicle on the side of the road. And then tell us we can have it towed to his place. WOW. I'm not a person who gets on google to give reviews but as I sit here on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck in my boyfriends vehicle looking at mine it infuriates me and i hope no one has to go through something like this because they went to this place. I will not ever return or recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. Also upon arriving to my broke down vehicle that wouldn't start after one of the mechanics drove it I find my sparkly steering wheel cover has been took off and put in my passenger seat?? I have no clue why a mechanic or anyone working there would do so. So unprofessional and such a terrible experience.

Having a used car,we all know there will be issues! Wish I had known about Ready's when I had my Escort,it may still be running! But,now with my La Saber ,Ready's will be THE only place that will work on it! Awesome customer service,quality work,and affordable! Very professional and knowledgeable possibly a little too busy though as they were unable to find the problem with my truck because they didn't test drive it long enough for the vehicle to reach normal operating temperature

I came in needing a A/C repair. He quote me a price. Got the job completed on time and also diagnosed another issue i knew i had he diagnosed the problem and let me know that they can do both issues just tell him when. Planning on getting them done in a month. So I've known Wally for over 25 years he is one very well educated professional mechanic I was told my truck was going to need a new transmission I I took my truck over to Wally within 5 hours my truck was done he took the time to look it over my word advice take your vehicle to Wally let him scope it out and solve your problems he knows what he's doing like I said Mr Transmission Service my truck and then told me that I needed a new transmission Wally had my truck for about 5 hours and he fixed the problem and it did not cost me $5,000 he's the bomb

The best, most honest mechanic I have ever had do maintenance on my vehicles. Doesn't try to oversell you on things your vehicle doesn't need like some shops in Radcliff do. Ready's is quick, accurate and they take the time to explain everything that was done to your vehicle and show you the parts that were removed. Prices are reasonable and Ready's will tell you up front how much your vehicle repair will cost.

They have done work on both my and my boyfriend's vehicles and every time it is done fast and at decent prices. They explain what they fixed and how. 10/10 recommended.

My first experience with a car repair shop and I wouldn t go anywhere else. The owner was on top of keeping me updated with the repairs being done and had accurate prices. Called them to inquire about getting some work done to fix my vehicle and there answer was they didn't want to get into that kind of work. That's their choice I guess but their website plainly states they do transmission work and that they work on four wheel drive vehicles. Not very good business practices if you ask me. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Called to get some questions answered about pricing for labor? Was introduced to a defensive person then he hug the phone up. If they treat everyone with that type of customer service i wouldn't ever get work done there.
