The team here is awesome! They were able to get me in, inspected, repaired, and out within an hour. They were honest and straightforward with what may need to happen. After the inspection of my car, they were able to give me a heads up that I will need to replace my breaks soon, but not right away. The price for my repair was high, but much less than I thought it would be. Thank you guys for helping and getting me back on the road!

This was probably the best experience I've had at an auto repair shop. Joe Miller the GM was above board on my cars issues and what costs I would likely have before they even began. I will continue to bring my vehicle there instead of Cadillac going forward. It was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

Received a coupon in the mail. Called made an appointment. Arrived. Almost 2 hours for an oil change. And no quote on my brakes and rotors. That I originally asked for. I shall be calling and asking someone why their people skills are not peopley DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

My Jeep is essential to my job so I must keep it mechanically sound in good working order. Joe at my Meineke understands this and has gone out of his way several times to get it in and fixed and back on the road for me in short order. We have a great working relationship and I trust him with my Jeep.

Kevin was the mechanic that did work on my Ranger. Very experienced and did a really good job. The inspection reveals all issues , some that I didn't know were there. Thank God it was discovered & repaired, along with my brake issue. I have been going there for years and would highly recommend.

Meineke car repair in radcliff is fantastic. My car wouldn't run Tuesday before work. They got me in same day, worked overtime to find me the part I needed and had it fixed the next day. And very reasonable prices, I would Highly recommend

This is my second time getting work from Meineke. The workers are very honest and if there is an issue with my vehicle they will send pictures or show and explain it to me. I won t take my jeep anywhere else. My jeep was done within a day. I also like you can drop your car off and leave the key in their drop box. Great service.

The shop in Radcliff is awesome. Not only did they figure out what the issue was but they showed the component in the vehicle and gave a technical explanation for the problems with it. This will be my preferred shop for future repairs.

Went in to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. It took 4 hours before they was done with truck. They somehow messed up 2 lug nuts which had to be ordered and replaced following day. Gentleman said he would order and have them waiting on me by 3 PM. As I left I saw that one of my tire sensors was not working correctly. The following day when I went to have the 2 lug nuts replaced I told the gentleman the TPS was not working. He said No Problem he had many in the back. He went to give my keys to someone in the back and walked back to counter and told me the could not repair TPS it was like that when I brought it in the day before. I told him No it was not and he said they took a picture of the dash and proceeded to show me a picture. I said it was not like that when I brought it in and that picture had to of been taken after the fact. He was getting angry and kept saying are you calling me a liar. Was shocked he was acting in such an unprofessional manner. He then proceeded to tell me to leave the store I was not allowed back in the store. I never got my 2 lug nuts replaced nor my tire pressure replaced. So I will never use them for any mechanical needs in the future and would recommend noone else use them also. To many othe locations that will do a better job and not have an attitude as they did. Thanks and good luck

I stopped by this place to get a quote on getting brake pads put on my truck. The guy said he would have to set me up for inspection "I said why can't you give me quote for what I asked for? He said I need to do inspection I said I can do the pads myself he told me to have nice day. So he for sure is not getting the job nor will I buy brake shoes from them... What has happen to these places can't give me a quote on what I want done or what?

I have taken my car to Radcliff Meinke for about a year. This last time I took it they told me I had an oil leak and it was going to cost $700 to fix it. Well I took it to another shop for a transmission flush and had them check for an oil leak. There was no oil leak. Meinke tried to get me for $700. I will not be taking my car back.

Called Tuesday afternoon in a panic due to a metallic/sulphur smell. They got me scheduled in for the next morning for an inspection. The inspection was super thorough. They walked my husband through what they did and the results. We were also able to get our oil changed during this visit. All in all a very positive experience. The only small issue, which is 100% likely to be a me problem, is the waiting area is cold. The thermostat said 63� but even dressed in layers I had to avail myself of the free coffee once the mug I brought was empty.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Scheduled an oil change 2 days ago and was able to get in first thing this morning at 8am. I was back home by 8:44. Needless to say, they re prompt, professional and quick at servicing.

I have done business with this location in the past. The staff is very friendly and helpful. From Joe, the store manager, to Lucas, to the other employees, are all fantastic at their work! They have helped us out in the past. I will definitely keep going to them whenever I need automotive help!

They took me in near the end of the work day and diagnosed the A.C. on my work van and repaired it the following day in a timely manner. The manager even gave me a ride home because i was having a hard time getting one. Their customer service is impeccable and trustworthy so I also took my RV there as well for repairs. I highly recommend this location.

Very great service from the moment I walked in and asked them if they could do 2 of the 3 recommended services from 3 months ago and an oil change and 2 new tires and everything was done professionally and also asked and got a military discount. Will continue to use them for both vehicles. Took vehicle in for tire repair. Waited two hours for them to tell me it was unrepairable (Something that could have been mentioned 1 hour and 58 minutes in). The screw is more than an inch from the side wall so it is repairable according to tire repair shops that are not Meineke. My thinking is since it was close to closing they did not want to bother and just like to waste customer's time.

My alignment is still messed up. The guy at the counter said they had to "try" to align it 5 times before they got it "almost" right. It still drifts but on their 5,000,000 point upsell inspection they checked it off as normal with no further investigation. But they found a whole bunch of stuff I didn't ask for them to look at wrong with it and wanted to charge me $1260 to fix it all. I am never going back to meineke again. They tried to screw my 90 year old grandfather out of thousands of dollars, too. Telling him is ball joints were bad on a vehicle that hasn't been driven 60,000 miles. They'll do their best to take advantage of anyone.
