Great place. I've only had normal wear and tear issues and if any work needed to be done they work well with you on getting it done in their shop. Everyone in the office is great and seem to always be In a good mood and always want to work with you. I'll definitely do business here again.

Don't do it to your self. Read the reviews. The review by Tobie Wilson is the best one I can reference you to. The employees here will sell you a unreliable car with a smile on their face. That car will breakdown and they will have the nerve to threaten you to keep making payments. You guys can't be serious. Are the general managers and owners really allowing this? No integrity. People are barely getting by trying to survive and take care of their kids. You should trying to put them in a car that you know is dependable. If you know nothing about the car then tell the customer that. Tell them this car could break down on you anytime because you know nothing about it.....that if it breaks down that you will replace it with another. They are already over paying you for the car. You guys at m&l should be able to afford to fix all the cars or trade them out if one has an issue unless all the cars are junk and you don't want to embarrass yourself. Even the replies to reviews are childish and condescending. Are wanna be thugs replying to the reviews? I see where a reviewer said someone threatened to garnish their wages lol. The judge would throw it out. Expecting someone to pay off a mechanically totalled car. You guys serious? How is this place still allowed to operate?

Very nice people. Tim took the time to help me decide which vehicle was best for me. Shana was very good at explaining all the paper work to me. I now have a vehicle that I absolutely love. Best car lot I ve ever dealt with. Recommend 100%

Absolute con artist. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to them. I've had to replace more stuff on my truck than months I had it. They couldn't even get the right reservoir cap on it. Nor the hub centric rigs on the rims. Could of killed me, my family, and anyone else on the road when a tire came off. Honestly contacting the attorney general of the state over it. Please stay away from them if you value you money or your families life for that matter.

This place is literally a scam make sure you watch what you sign because no one will explain what you re signing. I turned my piece of junk car back into them and even let them keep the brand new led lights I put in it. Now there saying I still owe the rest of the loan even tho they have the car and are threatening me now with letters and phone calls saying there going to have there legal team come after me and there going to come after my wages!!!! So just know if you buy a car from there it s going to break down it s going to be a rust bucket and your stuck with the loan matter what and then they will come after you and threaten you like your in a divorce case or something they need to change there name to M&L Mafia. It s disgusting how they treat people they should be shut down!

They will sell you a car worth $1500 tops for $10,000 plus interest title tags and fees. It is a complete rip off. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car from here it is a financial trap. The car WILL break down, you will have to tow it back to them and good luck if anything gets fixed. Interest rate is 26%. Do the math you will wind up paying upwards of over $15,000 for a car worth $1500. Save your tax dollars take the risk and go private or go to a reputable dealer. NOT THIS SPOT

Just moved to the area went in this week and saw Jessica she was amazing from helping with my application. , setting up payments and helping me with insurance . At a time in my life when I needed help She went above and beyond so if you go into the dealership, make sure to ask for Jessica and tell her that I sent you she is amazing

I bought my car from M&L over 5 years ago and I have had no problems with it...I will for sure go to M&L when I buy my next car ,and the salesman named Michael was a very professional guy and very polite I suggest that anyone who goes there ask for Michael

Worst car place I have ever been to. Do not get a car from here your better off riding a horse around town. The sales people are the only good thing at the place. The payment department ruins the business as the lady that runs it is nasty and cold hearted and will talk to you like your a dog obviously she has no idea she works in customer service. The day they fire the nasty witch running the payment department I ll think about another junk on wheels .

My husband bought a car in early January and after 3 weeks the car is broken down in the driveway. The power steering pump went out and the engine is torn down. Haven t even made the first payment yet. If you can go anywhere else. I wouldn t recommend unless you can do all repair work yourself as they do not check their cars, they didn t even know the mileage.UPDATE: Now the serpentine belt has broken AND the battery is dead. Avoid at all costs!!!

No listed prices, made an offer. was sent financing application. no mention of sale price, or asking price or nothing. asked how much they want, person was very rude saying if I don't have 8k don't message like I was supposed to know without a asking price.called me a child I called them a hack said yo mamma. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, HARD TO DEAL WITH

Awesome employees!!!but I want there to get a car took over 3 hrs I never spent that long at a car lot and then I payed money for the insurance for the car I was getting it wasn't good for them so I lost a 150 for that insurance so make sure u plan on playing for insurance or losing

Prior to me deciding to go here, I had already heard very many bad things about them. But I applied anyways. I got my approval, but I shopped around for a while before deciding anything. Out of all the places I applied, they gave me the cheapest down payment so I decided to go there. Jessica was awesome, super fast, especially being that I had already sent her everything required from me before I went there. Her not even knowing me, she got me an even better down payment, and payed some of it for me because my insurance took more to do than I was anticipating. Which I've payed her back of course. And so far, the car has been solid I've had no issues and I love it. Yeah it's a little more than Kelly blue book but that's price you pay with in house finance (buy here pay here). They get my 5 stars

This is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever spoken to. Anytime that you call up there to make a payment or anytime you have any kind of concern or issue you can guarantee the people up there are gonna be disrespectful and nasty on the phone. The women that work in that office are disgusting Human beings. They do share your personal information with others as well.

Worse place to get a vehicle from my son got a truck from them 2 months later the transmission went out so my son told them to come and get it we had it towed out to my place the repo guy was a prick was calling me and my son names then asked my son for the keys my son son threw them way out in the field then a friend bought a car 1 month later the engine blew up

Mike was my salesman he was a nice guy but Bought my Cadillac from here 9 days later transmission goes out! The carlot had got someone to come a pick it up a replaced transmission pick it up yesterday get home w it an it starts acting up an no reverse so now called carlot they coming to pick it up again! I had asked to trade in on something else cause it s still missed up they said they don t do that but I kno someone that is goin Thur them an they got to but being a single mom of 5 and in this situation is tough not my fault it was missed up when I got it so I think I should b able to trade it in! Overall they been good bout gettin it fixed jus wished I could get something dependable till it s fixed the right way missin out on work an all cause of this!

Here's the breakdown. You have low credit, bad credit or no credit so you go here to M&L. Only because you couldn't get anywhere else to give you a chance at a much better car dealership. Even though you know you would be able to pay them if they would give you and people in your same situation a chance. You get a car from M&L where they could care less about you. They will sell you a car not knowing how reliable it is or knowing there are issues with it. You don't realize that you can contact the attorney general or contact Jim Buchanan who is the general manager or the owner Leonard Mattingly. Look on Facebook or search for the business license information for M&L auto if you can't get this information from the the people at M&L. Also file a complaint with the better business bureau if you want something done. We have to put a stop to this. Just because your credit is low or bad or you don't have any doesn't mean you deserve to pay 3 to 5 times what a car is worth for a car that will break down or you'll have to repair yourself while still being expected to make payments. People with high credit scores are no better than you so don't you ever believe that. They should hire people to work at M&L that actually care about the people they are selling to. Be cautious with this business unless they develop better practices, morals, and service.
