This Big O Tire is the go to tire shop in Hardin County for me. They are the best, respectful and fast/quality service. I won t go anywhere else . I get their warranty and it s no questions asked when I have a problem with the tires. They are old school and that s what I like the most. Thank you guys for everything.

Nice lady greeted me but couldn't help me because the tire machines were down... big inconvenience because they quoted me over the phone a price after I explained my situation. After I loaded all my tires in the vehicle and drove to the location they informed me they could not help me change out my after market rims for my factory tires. It was extremely cold outside and I didn't appreciate the lack of transparency. Secondly they quoted me at $75 for the service and Willie and Mels completed the service for me for $40. I feel they price gauged me big time at Big O. I recommend going to Willie and Mels for your tire service they are fair and honest. Good people there!!!!

Overall satisfied. Great people. Price changed after initial quote. Had vehicle towed there kinda felt like they new I would pay what they wanted.

Went there today to see about tie rod install and an alignment. Lady at front was rude from get go. I just ask if they install customer parts. Lol she referred me to her friends garage, I guess. Big O has become a joke. I usually drop car off. At other Big O. They call when they know problem with price. They fix I pick up. Not rocket science. She was having none of that. If she doesn t like her job or people time to move on. I don t think people wanna work.

Those chumps that work in the garage think they're slick, trying to get someone pulled over for swerving by unbalancing the psi in opposite tires haaaa. I wouldn't recommend this place. Took them almost 2 hours to put on 4 tires and an oil change plus the lil girl working inside got a ridiculous attitude smh. Customer service is a thing of the past i guess. It's a real shame!

I wish 0 stars was an option. We went for an onboard diagnostic test. Before we arrived, the brake lights were working perfectly fine, afterwards they were not. We called back to ask nicely if the test could ve affected it and Samantha immediately caught an attitude, saying they have nothing to do with it, not listening to anything else we had to ask or say. Everybody else at this location is great, but this is not the first time Samantha had very poor customer service.

Staff is very professional and accommodating. I blew a tire on 1-65 and took it there and had to be to work. They changed the tire and put the spare and jack back like it was supposed to in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely go back again.

I recently went to Big O Tires to fix a flat. What amazing customer service! Not only was I greeted and tended to right away, but my car was serviced a lot quicker than anticipated. I hope not to get another flat tire any time soon, but if I do, this place will be my next stop.

Great serve they were quick had the part need for my truck in a very reasonable time frame. And were very efficient and on the spot when it came to getting the job done. The staff are really friendly and welcoming.

Had to have my vehicle towed due to a flat-to-the-rim tire. They were able to patch it from the inside which saved me a great deal of money. Service was fast and the employees were wonderful!

I called Monday got a quote. Went in Tuesday they told me it would cost almost 100 dollars more then the quote. I went 2 miles down the road and got a much better deal. Also during this process I felt like a burden to the lady. Well lady is to much of a compliment. She was very rude and didnt give one solitary f about her job. Even after a gave the name of the person who quoted me over the phone.

Rude vibe in here. Was told I would need to put 300 down then wait around for them to order parts they don't have. Huh? Number for "down payment" seemed to be pulled out of thin air. Also Other staff or owner maybe? Were standing around stone faced gossiping. Definitely not impressed. Will get work done elsewhere for sure.

I had a blown tire on a trailer yesterday and am not from the area. I knew Big O tires was close and called for directions to go buy a tire and have it fixed. The woman on the phone didn t know directions so she gave it to some man. He tried once then became obviously annoyed to give me help and said I might be better off to go to the next Big O tires in ETown.Wow! They WOULD RATHER LEAVE A CUSTOMER STRANDED ON THE ROAD THAN BE BOTHERED. It wasn t even the sort of situation where he spent half an hour and gave up -He tried once and because I didn t know the street names in the area quit. I was about 4 miles from them and 8 from ETown and he knew exactly where I was because it was at a gas station.These people are so uncaring they wouldn t throw you a rope if you were drowning and grasping for straws.Luckily I found a SuperWalmart about a mile from Big O Tires and they were helpful.I m Thinking about calling their corporate office as well.

I have to say that even though I spent more than I planned your sales associate made my shopping experience a pleasant one. She was kind, attentive, professional, knowledgeable and fun. I give your store 4 stars....it would have been 5 but your prices made me say OUCH....you guys need some deals, coupons, specials or discounts for seniors, military, first responders, etc.
