We are so happy we called in and had Omar take care of our VW when the air conditioner and window stopped working on the same day! When it rains it pours, right?We were able to drop it off on a Sunday morning and pick it up same day. Pricing was very reasonable and Omar was incredibly professional and helpful.We will be back! Hopefully not too soon but we drive late model vehicles so it s bound to happen! At least now we have a mechanic who is reputable and won t rip us off like others you hear about.Thanks for taking such good care of our car.

From Alabama to Michigan driving my W211 E63 burned up a pulley and lost the belt. "Bring it in, we'll fix it now" Called Lathams Towing, Antoine picked us up in 20mins. We were in and out within an hour!!! These guys are The Best! Full confidence they could tackle any problem. Obviously they have respect for the foreign models, and like what they do. Can't thank y'all enough - absolute LifeSavers!!!

So grateful for this place and the guys who fixed my van! Even being a totally different vehicle than they specialize in fixing, they fixed my van right up and it runs great. They were quick and efficient and I'm so happy they were able to help me. Would recommend!

I called this morning about a spark plug problem, he had me come and fixed it right on the spot. Never over charged nor tried to sell other services not needed. He did a good once over and let me know what would be coming up. Will go back.

I had the worst experience at this place I Brong my car in for simple transmission work. My car was shaking a little when I accelerate it that s all I left my car with the mechanic in promised that I would get a new transmission one week later I received my car back not only with the same transmission, but a part was took off of my car and replace with a youth part. My car does not drive over 60 mph now and it jerks when I shift into Gear, the mechanic told me the jerking was normal and I did not need a transmission. Imagine me being confused at this point after driving my car for one day I told him I was not comfortable with the jerking so I bring my car back and then he told me that my transmission was bad and that s why it was jerking. Overall, this was the worst experience I ve ever had, he did not charge me, but I went in with one problem and left with two omar is the mechanic name

I Needed both front breaks replaced and a New Passenger side rotor. I was in and out With in 20mins. They took Excellent Care of Me and My car. They were polite, well mannered and Really Knew what they were doing. Definitely gave Me a fair Price. I 10 outta 10 Highly recommend.

First and foremost, I can t express the problem over amount of gratitude I have for Mohammad and Bavarian Complete Auto. Mohammad you as very upfront. I quote just bring it in was his response when I came in to a electrical issues due to my own stubbornness. My vehicle was completed in a timely fashion. These guys really know their stuff. I took my car there based on the reviews online and I was not disappointed. They fixed my car on the spot and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Then, due to my own illiterateness regarding cars, there was something further needed doing. They not only took the time to figure out what needed done, but they went above and beyond and fixed it to where it runs perfect now!Thank you guys! Thank you for always taking care of my vehicle needs. Most places try to take advantage but this place is fair and know what they are doing. Their patience is unmatched even when I have loads of questions and still have no idea what the issue is with the vehicle. I know I get on their nerves but they always help..

Edited: We have continued to take our vehicles to Bavaria and referred several people over the last 4 years. It seems as though the service has gine downhill and I'm extremely disappointed in my most recent service. I paid $600 to have the wheel speed sensor replaced on my Kia on 12/2/23 and my car is currently at the dealership getting the exact same repair done for less. This is the 3rd time in 4 years that we have had repairs completed that had to be redone.Original review: We have been looking for an honest mechanic since moving to Radcliff over two years ago. Thankfully I found Bavaria Complete Auto Care when I did! Atiyani and the other gentlemen worked to get the damage repaired on my car in such a timely, professional and cost effective manor understanding my needs. Not only were the repairs we discussed completed, but they went above and beyond taking initiative to check other issues with my car! We will be customers for life! Thank you so much!!

After several frustrating experiences with the BMW dealership, we searched for an alternative. Thank God that these guys were on Google. Gave us a reasonable estimate, completed the work in short order and completed the job well within our budget expectations. If your car needs service start with these guys and you will not be disappointed. They even did a few little extra things and were still within our budget. The owner took the time to speak to my elderly father about his BMW baby! He was patient, kind, gentle, and willing to answer all my father's questions until he was satisfied.He also made sure both my husband and I understood the issues with the car. He offered us options, discussed pros and cons of each. He recognized the sentimental value of BMWs for conneusseiers, as well as the street value.He can close his eyes and show what has to be done on the BMW to fix every system in the BMW. And, he was willing to walk you thru the mechanics so you could understand.As a woman, I have dealt with many mechanics who patronize or dismiss what she says as it relates to cars. He did not do that. I can't say it enough that he smart, competent, respectful, kind and offered fair prices. I highly recommend this shop for any BMW repairs needed.

If I can give zero star I will.Never ever take your vehicle in this place. They are not honest. They will screw you. Untrustworthy and liars. Very unprofessional. Attitude is disgusting. They will pretty much destroy your car.

We were traveling from Florida to Kentucky ,as we arrive there we discovered antifreeze leaking, what a disaster. We were recommended by two local businesses in the area to Bavaria Complete Auto Repair. We had called the business the next morning. Mr. Muhammad who told us immediately to bring the vehicle in. When we got there he discovered it was the water pump. He immediately took the vehicle in without an appointment and fix our problem which was very impressive. Mr. Muhammad treated us like family we felt right at home immediately his brothers we're very courteous and professional. I highly recommend mr. Muhammad Auto repair to anyone who is looking for the most honest and reliabled experience mechanic in Radcliff. Absolutely love this place.

We were 586 miles from Virginia when our check engine light came on. Mohammed stopped what he was doing scanned our code and determined it was something simple and not to worry. He cleared it and sent us on our way. Few too many nice people like Mohammed left in the world today. Thank you Sir

Initially, I loved this shop. They offered me a loaner car while my car was being repaired. The problem I encountered was, I took my car in because my check engine light was on and my car hesitated to start. After paying over $900 for two sensors. That didn t fix the initial problem. So now they re telling me it s something else and I owe more money. I don t think that s fair and think it s bad business. Now they re no longer responding to my messages. I also took it to the dealer and was told it was the timing chain. And that it could cause Misreads on the diagnostic. So now I m out of 900, and have to pay 3k for the timing chain. On top of paying for a service that didn t get repaired. He only wanted cash and didn t print a receipt for the repairs. Sounds kind of shady to me. If anyone knows of a good lawyer please adviseService: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys are awesome. Had 2 error codes from the usual places to get your car checked out, but no further details on what exactly needed fixing. Took my daughters car to these gentleman and after using their scanner more details emerged. Work was done professionally and in a very timely matter. Faster than expected. Check engine light disappeared and has not been back since it was worked on by this shop. Car runs better than it ever has. I would highly recommend this repair shop to everyone. I was never brushed aside with any questions I had. Everything was explained with patients and to a point to where a car novice like me could understand it. Definitely will be returning for future car repairs should any of my vehicles need it. Thank you !!!

I really thought they took care of me replacing the motor,plus they said they did injectors,and was nice people,but it's only been 3 mths and my car is already acting up,when I left there I told them it still was flashing epc light ,and still now acting like it don't want to start on the 1st try,I barely drive anywhere,I spent 7000 on the motor from here and had to replace a few things since,I should have no worries on this car and motor,no warranty,not good business, wish I took it elsewhere,I'd had a warranty,3 mths it lasted.

All I can say is, I have been driving for over 27 years and been through a lot of mechanics, Mohammad and his team are simply the most honest and up from individuals I have ever come across! They don t even treat you like a customer but family. We brought our Mercedes Benz to him about a week ago while he was on his lunch break, he paused his lunch and jumped in the car, opened the hood ran diagnostics with no charge and fix our problem within an hour! Because of his professionalism honesty, we bought an Audi Q7 from him last Friday!
