They used to drain your oil, and now they are sucking it out the top of the engine. Won't go back. This isn't the proper way. And it makes no sense as it took them longer.

If you need a quick oil change, this is the place to go. I was greeted right away. I have never been to a place like this where you stay in your car for an oil change. I had my 3 kids in the car with me and it took no more than 20 minutes from start to finish. Jackson, Coy, and Justin were awesome! They worked together as a team and told me everything they were doing before they did it. Showed me the oil dip stick and educated me on how to read it. They were so nice and professional. I will definitely continue going here for my oil changes. They didn t try to pressure me into buying anything which I like. Definitely will recommend to other people!Service: Oil change

Wish I could put one star. Do not come here, I would not recommend it at all. I ve been here once before over a year ago and they forgot to put plug back in my car and said it wasn t there problem. I come back again because I was in a rush and needed an oil change done. They check my battery even though I didn t ask for that to be done. I had a good battery that showed no signs at all of slowing down. They said it was showing replace and offered to replace it for $200. I said no of course because I never once noticed any problems with starting or operating my car. I also have a battery checker in my cigarette lighter and it always said it was 14.0 or around there. Next freaking day, my car won t start. I know my battery wasn t bad but when they tested it they overloaded it and killed it. I would not recommend going here.Service: Oil change

Didn't check my high beams or blinkers. Didn't show me the dipstick where it show the oil was filled back to the correct level. Not near the service I normally receive and expected to receive. This shift on the day demonstrated many short cuts..short cuts not addressd and continues, could develop into irreversible damage to the customer's car. This could also in return hurts the company reputation and store location.

I was there a little over an hour to get my oil changed. Much longer than usual due to them only having enough employees to work on one vehicle at a time. Besides the long wait, I was happy with the employees friendliness and efficiency. I will be back.

Serviced my transmission at their recommendation based on mileage. Vehicle now has no power and jumps around while driving. Engine speed and power no longer match. Excellent customer service. Quick but not rushed. Each team member was both detailed and efficient in their roles. Thank you Valvoline crew for making one of my most routine dreaded task a much better experience.

Service was good but will not be coming back.Technician asked what I needed, so I responded, "I need an oil change."Then everything but an oil change was offered, which made the trip take much more time than needed.Plus, I know when my vehicle last had all the other services performed, but just because it doesn't show up in your system does that mean it is necessary.Change my oil or eat me go somewhere else.

Going here is never a good experience, but today s was especially bad. They told me yesterday during my visit for an oil change that I needed a new cabin air filter so I said okay, they added it to the bill, and then at the end told me that they didn t have one in stock so they d have to order one. They said they d call me by the end of the day to tell me it was there. I never got a call. I came back today and it was there, just still no call. I was told during me the day before that I wouldn t have to wait in the line again... they would just come out and quickly put it in for me. But they made me get in line and wait for over 40 minutes to do something that took them less than 3 minutes. They never even apologized for the inconvenience and acted as though it was an inconvenience to them that I came back asking about the air filter I had already paid for.

Friendly service at fair prices just drive thru get your oil changed and fluids checked and they'll let you know if any air filters or whatever else needs to be done and don't encourage you to have something unnecessarily done just to make a buck. Edited:: couldn't find a way to reply back to Valvoline. I'm Just being honest if I had gotten bad service I certainly would have not been so kind I was taught not to sugar coat things HONESTY is always the best quality

I have been doing business here for several years, and they always do a good job and are friendly too. They do want to 'up-sell' some over-priced items, but you can always decline.In and out in a timely manner.

Horrible experience today at Valvoline Instant Oil Change! Instant should be quick but I was there an additional 50 minutes after I was told a couple more minutes due to the fact they put the WRONG oil in my car! The worse part is no one told me until I asked why is it taking so long. They would have never told me. Very poor communication skills. If you want to save time this is not a good option.

Waited 30+ minutes in line for an oil change and when it was my turn to get serviced, the worker said I must switch out with the car that was in the other lane before me. Though I was told to move in that lane to begin with. Usually get my oil changes there, but reconsidered after that incidentService: Oil changeService: Oil change

It was bad enough when they did not have a TV to watch in the lounge. Then they did away with the paper. Now they treat you like a dog and ORDER you to stay in your car. Got my oil changed in late Oct and now my wiper fluid is frozen solid. Called to complain and the manager told me well it is not cold in Oct . I then informed him I am not scheduled to get my oil changed again until late Jan. AND IT IS COLD IN JAN. He just blamed it on Corp and did not seem to care. I can go to Lucas oil and get my oil changed for less and they have free WiFi nice lounge and just as fast. Bye Bye

The technicians were through and courteous. The only drawback was the wait time; generally speaking however, better establishments will have a higher volume of customers so wait time should be expected.

Wanted to get my oil changed, I got turned away and told they couldn't service my vehicle because I wouldn't get any extra services done. Luckily both other stores in town said they could do the oil change without the extra services, and from here on those 2 stores are the ones that will have my business, with or without extra services.

call and got price wife took her truck to them after they charged 6.00 more for premium filter .2.50 for extra oil[ it takes 5qts]they charged for shop supplies.after being told 42.99 using a7.00 off coupon it came to 48.21 I quess this is how they make money BY CHEATING EVERYONE.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
