Brought my Fiat 500 in to get oil changed... i was told they don't have oil for my car (didn't even look) they don't have filters (didn't look) said it was company policy to not change oil in foreign cars. I explained it is an American car (made by dodge) that I may have driven it across Europe it was made I the US.... I guess I cannot take my Acura there cause it's parent company is Honda (Japanese). I will not be taking anything to this location. JIFFY Lube on 54 scanned my Vin verified they were out of full synthetic but had the blend and were more than capable of changing my oil.

This place is on point, talk about a full service facility, they not only changed my oil & filter with to grade full synthetic oil. They also checked the old Ford out from top to bottom, we're talking about every fluid needed, as well as wiper blades, battery, tail lights, turn signals, the whole nine yards. I would give them 10 stars if you had that many to give.

Great service, great staff. VIOC helps me complete my vehicle maintenance. With my busy schedule, it s hard to do it myself.

I went in for a interview the man that gave it stank so bad my eyes Watters.. how can anyone answer questions when thier eyes burn .. one of the questions was have I ever a made a mistake.. yes walking into.thus smelly place..

Let's face it the cost of oil and filter have increased. This place is fast and friendly and for some of us it's just easier to get some things done instead of crawling around in the garage on the weekend. Staff seems knowledgeable of vehicle maintenance. Price is understandable the convenience is worth it.

Great crew! Fast friendly and went out of their to help us.had the oil changed and on the way home the engine light came on. Having just purchased the car and not k owing the car we went back,he got the code reader out and told me what was wrong and reset it for me. All with a smile, and no charge. Definitely on my list of go to places! Don't go to the location on hiway 54 the manager has a foul attitude and no pleasant customer service skills. Stopped there twice, got Toyota serviced there 1st time. 2nd time we drove away after unpleasant greeting.

First I used to work here so I know the process. They employees were arguing before I pulled in. They changed my oil and checked my tire pressure but that s it. Didn t too of my fluids and that is one of the reasons I went because my radiator fluid and washer fluid are low. They opened my hood and then leaned up against the wall and we re on the phones talking about the New Year s Eve parties they were going to. Very unprofessional. I will go to Firestone or Jiffy Lube from now on. It s worth the extra few minutes for me to make sure I get quality service.Service: Oil change

Man had my (never cleaned in 15 years) battery out and replaced in a timely manner. All the while they also had oil changes passing so fast I barely even saw them working on the car

Manager, Jerry, was so helpful & gave me all the discounts he could for the oil change, wiper blades and inside cabin air filter. All employees worked together efficiently and quickly without me feeling rushed out of the bay!! I will be back next oil change at this location.

I went in for an oil change, they were polite . But the prices have went WAY up since the last time I was there. Don't care for the fact they didn't tell me how much it would be till after they did the work . Wonder what would happen if I didn't have that $122. dollars they charged me . The guys up top are polite and thorough, but the guy who is below changing the oil said i had a transmission leak and i knew i didn't. He even had a name of a place to go to Immediately. I had it checked elsewhere and it was fine so I think he was trying to pull a fast one over on a woman..

Service is always on point, quick, efficient and professional. Oil prices suck right now but Valvoline staff are fantastic, it takes the sting out of the "new normal pricing".

I did like the customer service people but the prices have gone way up in the last year. And they said they could zip tie my heat shield up which they had to take off change the oil, and a week later the thing is dragging the ground. I get my oil changed every 6 months and this is the first time I've had to deal with the heat shield dragging the ground. There are many better places in Owensboro to get your oil changed.

I was here almost two weeks ago! Amazing Service I have a diesel Passat and they went out of their way to get my oil changed! Upon looking at the computer the wrong motor was selected and they didn t have my needed oil or filter in stock after the car had been drained! So the manager Chris reached out to the manger Eric I believ from anothe store and he drove to Evansville and got the things needed to correct the need! I was having the oil changes tires rotated and air filter changed when it was all done it didn t cost me anything as I was there for about 5 hours!!! I will use them again without hesitation! The staff was great both lady one whom actually works at another store offered me lunch and everything !!! Her name is Becky I think I had everyone written down but lost my business card!!

Don't like that they want you to stay in car while they change your oil. Presented a coupon but they failed to apply it to my bill. They eventually returned coupon and add additional discount for next time.

Quick and efficient service. I received no pressure for extra services. I did not catch the name of the young lady who helped me but she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone was very friendly. No complaints.

I came to both stores one on frederica and this store both oil change bay lips were too high for my car.If you have a lowered or stanced car do not come here for an oil change.

Pulled in and there was 2 vehicles in the bays receiving service. Waited 40 minutes and no one ever came out nor did any of the vehicles inside move..this shouldn't be advertised as a quick lube establishment...far from it !!!

Horrible service, poor communication, and they never put back my dipstick. Left dirty hand print's all over my car. I do not recommend anyone going here.

The Best place to get your oil changed. They are friendly, fast, & efficent.
