I purchased my jeep in November from Ashtyn Housman. Ashtyn went above and beyond for us and made our buying process so easy. Ashtyn evaluated my wants for my new car for features, and package options. She compared all packages to us and explained the differences. She answered any questions we had, while also getting to know my husband and I. I am absolutely in love with my Jeep. When getting our routine maintenance done for our vehicle, Ashtyn always stops to chat to see how things are. If you are looking for a car I highly recommend going to see her for your car needs. Ashtyn is definitely our friend in the car business!!

NEED a new ride go see Ashton!!! Bought my husband's truck an then 1mo later she put me in my car. She has a vibrant personality that will make anyone comfortable. She will not push you into something you don't want either. Since our purchases She has reached out multiple time to check on us an make sure we are still happy with everything definitely will go back to her for any future purchase!

I contacted Lisa Payne about a new vehicle as I was in search for a new one. A girl I know highly recommended her to me. I told her exactly what I wanted and told her what was within in my budget, and she met my needs to the fullest extent. I am so pleased with my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Hit Lisa up for all your car buying needs! 10/10 recommend.

My experience was not a great one, I purchased a 2022 Chrysler van, on a Friday but by the time all paperwork was completed the insurance office had closed so they ask us to leave till Monday, after picking it up and driving straight home we noticed the damage on the van front, I called them and drove right back,, was treated terrible when I walked in, no one would make eye contact with me, and no one would admit to the damage. I will never do business with them again or recommend anyone else. I was robbed of the joy of purchasing a new vehicle.

We bought my daughter s first car at Jerry Ray Davis and had a great experience! She loves her jeep grand Cherokee. We got a great price and interest rate. The jeep is used but in perfect condition. They put new breaks and tires on it and it rides so nice!

I canceled my warrenty on 01/23/2024. They told me it'll take 6 to 8 weeks for my refund. I called them 03/20/2024 and they told me they already sent the refund. I waited a week and I called the bank and they told me they haven't recieved the refund. I called them again and told me the refund should arrive anyday now. I've waited a good while now and still haven't recieved my refund.

I just went to claim a 100% winning prize and after 1 hour of asking and getting my personal information verbatim by writing it down on a piece of paper, they denied it to me..... And they took the winning piece of paper. . on my part and he refused to give me My prize, I got up and told him to give me the paper with all the information he put on it, which is my information.... And they denied it to me too... .. ..They didn't count on me to bring proof that I had won... so they took away my winning entry but I'm going to post it right here...I end by saying that I am disappointed and I don't like to generalize either but when it comes to at least this place, I don't recommend its people..

My experience at Jerry Ray Davis was a great one .. I was buying a car for the first time on my own I had Zach Judd the was such a nice guy he let me test drive what I wanted not what he thought I should get I test drove a 2023 Jeep Compass I loved it but I wanted something with more features I came back a few days later he had exactly what I asked for test drove that one fell in love with it and off I went to do the paperwork to buy my 2024 Jeep Compass they let me take it home that day The staff was so great everyone in good spirits smiles on their faces and willing to help me in anyway they could to make sure I was happy with what I picked out seriously I couldn t be any happier with my 2024 jeep compass Thank again Zach Judd

I got a piece of mail stating I won. I matched all numbers to a prize of 2500 dollars. I called and I was told to come in so I did. Not only did they tell me I didn't win but they told me the numbers i matched are different numbers that they match. They running false advertising and it's not good for them. I hope no one else falls victim to them

So we went in for yall event where yall going to pay off our trade. Yall denied that bc we owed more than 3500 dollars and we keeped saying we have to trade in our vehicle. Our deal was to keep the vehicle and buy another. Yall need to get on the same page with the 3rd party bc they giving people false hope. I wanted 4 hours of mytime and traveled a hour and half away.

I have tried twice to buy from JRD. Two years ago I tried to buy a truck and because I was upside-down on my current truck the banks wanted money down. Yesterday I seen a truck on their website that I was interested in so I called and they had a salesman call me back. He took my information and said that he would have my credit pulled by the time I got there. An hour and a half later at 1:30pm when I got there I met the salesman and because he was with another customer I got pawned off to another one. I got to drive the truck and noticed some things wrong that I had questions about. Also I had mentioned that I had a Dr appointment at 3pm in Greenville and had to leave at 2:15 to make it. They wouldn't give me my keys so we could go to my appointment. So I was given a truck from the lot and was told that the reason was so I had to come back to the lot. So at 2:30pm she went to get the truck but she couldn't get the truck out of the spot. Finally we got the truck and left. The truck had a quarter of a tank of gas and it was 15 minutes till 3pm. So I had to cancel my appointment. So went back to the lot and was told that they were running my credit which I was told was going to be done before I got there. After more waiting the asked for pay stubs and I asked where we were on money. I was given the deer in the headlight look. I said that I needed to know if i was going to need a down-payment and she said that's why they needed my paystubs. I asked again and she finally said that I was approved and needed my pay stubs. I asked if I was approved for the truck I wanted and she said that she had to find out. She came back and said yes and I asked if it was on the Chevy and she said no. It was then I said I wanted my keys and she said that they just needed a few more minutes. If I wasn't going to be able to get the truck I wanted then I wanted my keys and was told that I had to talk to a manager. I felt that they were trying to push a truck that had problems off on me. Never again will I let this happen. Stay far away from this dealership. I don't fault them for the first time but this second time is all on them.
