Very accommodating with special requests. I was an automotive technician for 15 years and never let anyone else work on my vehicles. It's hard to trust that to anyone but Fast Lane has earned that trust. I'm very grateful for the level of service they provide. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else. Thank you to Dave Patton for the par excellence he upholds.

Best shop in town! Some of the best technicians and fastest service.... If u wanna make sure ur getting the best price and the best quality service done this is the only shop I'd take it to. Professional and friendly serious bout what they do. No matter what u need to service or what the service needed is these guys can get it done and done right! We got a new to us wheelchair van that has never been seen in this area. We found that the air conditioner didn't work. Fastlane was ready for the challenge and looked it over. After they looked it over we found that we also needed a battery and air filter. They got us an appointment for the next Monday and went to work on a vehicle none had ever seen and 2 days later I picked it up. The price was fair and the service we received was excellent. They have some very talented mechanics. Everyone was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Fastlane for all your automobile needs. You won't go wrong with Fastlane.Service: Battery

After a test drive and an undercarriage inspection, the technician determined the cause of the vibration - the carrier bearing in the two piece drive shaft has too much play. A Like Kind and Quality part should arrive by the first of next week and Dave has an appointment set up for its installation.

I brought my vehicle in for an Oil leak. I was told there was a leak coming from my oil filter/Drain Plug and that I needed new spark plugs. I said to replace the filter/plug and No to the spark plugs. They did the spark plugs anyway costing me an additional $64 plus labor for the total of the first visit at $350. About a week later I notice my car is still leaking oil. I call them and schedule an appointment to look at it again and I also tell them I need new brakes and rotors. After they look at it again they tell me the actual problem is that there is a crack in my Oil Pan and to fix that will cost another $439.18 for parts/Labor. When I mentioned that I had already paid $350 to fix something that wasnt the problem I was told "This isnt something you would find unless you looked thoroughly liked we did this time". So the initial $350 did not include them looking thoroughly. So after everything, it cost me $739.18 for a new oil pan and the labor to replace. (The exact oil pan can be found online for $36, They charge $109 for the part alone). Regardless of the price gouging, expect a lackadaisical inspection of your cars problem the first time and if its not fixed dont worry just bring it in again and you can get fully charged for the second visit. Everything with the brakes has been fine so far(aside that they charge $245 for labor and $527.32 for parts totaling $772.32 for 4 brakes 4 rotors and labor to replace). Lastly and the icing on the cake is after paying $1624.43 (after tax, $772.53 for brake/rotors, $836.90 for a new oil pan/labor and $15 for tire rotation) They didnt rotate my tires.

Pros: They fixed the problem that I needed addressedCons: They broke other stuff in the process of fixing my original problem. They agreed to fix it until they realized it was going to cost $900 in material, so they did not honor fixing what they broke. A man shouldn't pay $110/hr plus ($25 shop supplies- hidden fee gimmick) for amateurs to fix a water pump that took 7.5 hours to fix.I wish my other mechanic wasn't on vacation so I could have avoided dealing with these crooks.

Was pleased with the service I received initially but the next day engine warning light came back on, they were eager to help with this, hoping that this issue gets resolved and am just as pleased with them. Will reserve higher star rating until then. Thank you.

Fast Lane Auto is very professional they are very good at what they do they have very good mechanics and I am very happy with the work they did on my car. They actually brought me home and pick me up when it was ready I would definitely recommend them to anyone

I had been looking for a good car/truck repair service for some time. A friend of mine at church recommended Fast Lane Auto Repair. I called and was greeted with a courteous representative (Nathan) and scheduled my repair in a timely manner. On my appointment day I brought my truck in for a front bearing replacement (both sides) at 8:30 and it was finished a little before 11:30. I am extremely pleased with the service I received, the fair price of repair, and the follow up email to my repair.Though the shop was extremely busy, I found it to be well run and organized. Fast repairs done right the first time. I always wait too long to replace my brake pads and have to replace my rotors as well. They spare me the lecture; unlike some places. They offer courtesy rides with good company. I always leave this place confident that the repairs were done correctly the first time. I've been coming here for years. My AC went out on my truck and couldn't get in to my regular shop for repairs until the following week. So, I thought I would give these guys a try and I was AMAZED! I dropped my truck off that morning and was back on the road that afternoon. They went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. Now they are going to be my first choice for all my repairs. I don t know what happen to this place use to be good. Had them working on my escape to do an alignment tune up and put 2 new tires on that I left in the back seat. I pick it up has a misfire that it never had. Never even gave it an alignment and left the 2 tires sitting in the trunk never put them on. still idling high Replaced an Engine Mount which went well. I had them replace a steering column a month back and now the steering column is bad again. In total this placed sucked 3000$ out of me and made my problems worse. Never again will I come back. Had my car sitting there for a week before they even touched it.

I had a 2007 Honda Accord and a 2012 Toyota Tundra serviced at Fast Lane. Each vehicle was scheduled for work within a couple days of my call. The shop kept me informed of the expense and discoveries concerning the brake work to the Honda. Fast Lane acts like they appreciate your business and want for you to be satisfied. Very impressed with my service. The staff is friendly and they fixed my car in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Shout out to Jimmy for his great communication over the phone and also helping me get a bunch of things out of my trunk (even though my car was already in a garage).
