I been dealing with these guys and lady for a while now. I have nothing to complain about. They have done work and 3 of my vehicles and never had to take anything back or anything go wrong with the equipment I purchased. I just got a touch screen radio dash and I love it. Keep up the great work guys!!!

I took my '23 Bronco with the horrible factory setup here and asked for help. They were more than happy to go over every option with me, explain what would be done and gave me a very competitive price quote. Once I decided to pull the trigger, they got the components ordered and got me on the schedule. I was blown away when I picked my Bronco up. The install job was meticulous, and everything looked cleaner than a factory install. I would highly recommend Custom Car Stereo to anyone looking to get a truly awesome sounding system.

I ve been here twice and the guy always done an amazing job with car services!He helped with my car radio and today I needed my dashcam wires mounted to look unnoticed and he did just that. So very thankful he helped me out!

Perry is good he and James know the products. Will not go anywhere else for equipment for my Ram 1500 had a linkswell system installed and it is fantastic. Ms. Stacy really knows how to operate and walk you through the set up. 10 stars for her.Just had the remote Start added by them and I am just loving the service they provide. Now I am looking at the drone setup they have for all vehicles

I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. They helped me fix my current sub setup without trying to upsell me anything. Before i moved here a shop in florida would try to upsell me even tho i told them im broke and want cheap options or just help with my current sub setup. These guys recommend a cheap amp for my current sub and helped me tune it. Once i get a job and the money every vehicle i own will be going here for some actually nice sub setups.

Everything you would want in a small business! I purchased a remote car start for my daughter s older vehicle as a Christmas present. They were courteous, professional and of course, very knowledgeable!It was an all around great experience!

Took my car in for a radio install. Turns out my factory amp had water damage so they had to bypass the factory amp and run a new master harness and I was quoted a very very very generous deal. Thank you Custom car stereo

Great selection, service and prices. They ve installed stereo displays and backup cameras in two of our cars and did a great job with both. They even gave me a ride to and from a nearby restaurant to grab lunch and work while they installed everything. Highly recommended!

Great place for all you custom stereo and speaker needs. Stopped in cause my stereo reset. 5 mins later I'm out the door and good to go. Just needed a simple update. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and they seem to remember you too. Great people all the way around!

Exceptional customer service! They did an exceptional job. They troubleshooted my issues quickly, effectively and efficiently. And, they were very honest about exactly what I needed, and up front about the cost of the new equipment and repairs/labor cost!! They replaced my broken stereo system perfectly, and with an exceptional stereo that didn t break my budget! Friendly, customer service oriented, very honest! I was very comfortable with them. They were like family! I felt so comfortable with them; which says so much! Kind, honest and hard working. And, they got the job done quickly. It didn t even take a full day to install the new system! Top of the line service at a great price!I would highly recommend! Thanks for an awesome job!

The 2 men and lady there were great!! I went to get metered and they went above and beyond to help me reach the highest spl I could with what I had (2 12" kicker comp rs ported prefab) made it to 136.6 @ 46hz on a alpine amp 500 rms @2ohm. I Thank you all very much was a great place to visit they have good selection of car audio too. Definitely one of the best car audio shops iv been to. Thanks again, I appreciate everything.

I brought in a Nissan Rogue to have the radio replaced. They quoted a price. The price was reasonable. Then they ran into a problem. The reverse camera was an issue. They worked overtime to make sure my customer buying this car was getting the perfect radio that functioned correctly. The reverse camera worked awesome as well as all the steering wheel controls. The radio had way more features than the original. Great friendly service. I highly recommend this stereo store. Give them a chance!

Perry, James, and Stacey are an outstanding team!!! They know their business well and their customer service has no equal!! My Army son (HOOAHH!!) just purchased a jeep wrangler with a non-functioning sound system. We spoke with Perry and explained what my son was experiencing. He asked us to bring the Jeep down. We came down that afternoon. Within three minutes of arriving, Perry, James, and Stacey were all over that Jeep and quickly discovered the issue. We waited while they fixed it and my son is very happy that he doesn't have to drive 12 hours to his next duty station in silence! Plus we got to become very good friends with Stacey's dogs! She didn't even charge for that experience! These folks are absolutely dedicated to their customers!! You will not have a better experience anywhere else (oh, and their prices are outstanding as well!!) Thank you all so much for the awesome experience!!

Recently I had a car stereo installed here, it was a straight swap out swap in using equipment already installed so the installation didn't take long. After coming back home I noticed that I was missing some pieces for my radio and I called back to find out about them, I was told that they had the pieces and that they would mail them to me. I'm still waiting on those pieces 3 weeks later. Who does that, are you that desperate you can't return something that not yours?! I paid for those pieces not you.

Great Customer Service!! Was in and out within a couple of hours. Changed my 2014 vehicle tech into 2020 tech. Will definitely recommend them.

I received a remote start for my vehicle for Christmas. A couple of days after Christmas, we called and they were able to schedule us for New Year s Eve morning. Very professional and nice to deal with. The installation was done in a timely manner and everything was explained once the install was complete.

Always wanted to give this place a chance to upgrade my car stereo. I live almost an hour away but I had a old car that desperately needed more and was going to be in town. So the night before I sent an email requesting a simple rear fill install. Before I got a response I was already inside the store. First I told him what I had and what I wanted done. He replied "shanking him head no" you won't be happy with those speakers. Which I thought was an interesting sales pitch. Then I was quoted almost double than anywhere else.

I had a fantastic experience working with these folks. They genuinely care about getting me what I needed. They took time for an actual consultation and then recommended the right setup for my needs NOT the most expensive one they had. Would absolutely use them for my stereo needs in the future. Customer service was excellent!

I have an older truck with a stereo installed by Custom Car Stereo. The heat and air controls screen went black and blew hot air all the time. I went over to Custom Car Stereo and Perry met me in the front. He asked how old the stereo was and attempted to look up my receipt. Uh, oh. The receipt for our purchase of this radio was not showing up in their system. Get this, didn't matter. Stacy came out and reviewed the radio, took it apart right there and went in with the module. She returned in just a few minutes, reinstalled the module and it works! I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received at Custom Car Stereo today. No appointment, just a crazy lady with a broken heater control. No receipt for purchase either! Exceptional customer experience today. Thank you Perry and Stacy!

It took longer for them to research the right stereo than to put it in. 1 hour total. Perry has exceptional knowledge of his trade. If he or his crew doesn t know he will tell you and then research the information to have the answer for you later. I highly recommend Custom Car Stereo.

turned out AMAZING. they are very friendly. they tell you everything you need and don t try and sell you stuff you don t.very honest as well.and just flat out know their stuff installed a sub,amp and stereo ( and went above and beyond and put a microphone and extra usb charger) in like 6 hours, asked me how i liked it if everything was okay. 10/10 experience i will never take my car anywhere else and you shouldn t either.

Very nice honest people. Thought my speaker was blown and was going to have new ones installed and when they took the door panel off found it to be a wiring problem. Fixed the wire and works like new. They could have replaced them and I wouldn't have known, could have cost me a lot of money for no reason. True professionals. Thank you and I will be back.

I went to custom car stereos to get my car stereo and front speakers replaced back in February of this year. The workers were very polite and worked with me to find what I wanted at a suitable price. They were very fast on installation, it only took a few days to get an appointment. It s been over 6 months since they installed my stuff and I haven t experienced a single issue. Overall, I highly recommend this local business.

Just had the crew at custom car install an apple CarPlay stereo in my son s car. Stereo prices are comparable to all competitors. The crew s knowledge of the system is second to none. Dropped the car off at 9am. Done by lunchtime. And pricing couldn t be beat by any local competitors that I called. Will definitely be a return customer for any other custom car needs.

I felt like I was pressured into buying a amp I didn't want,the guy told me if I didn't like it I had a few days I could return it. I called today cause it's not what I wanted and he said no refunds. I'd give no stars if I could. 2'nd time this has happened there,they have different people working so I thought I'dit would be different, nope sure wasn't
