They were able to get me into a car that would work for my family after I had an accident. I ended up losing my job right before Christmas after I had just gotten the car. Once we weren't able to make a payment for the car because a payment I tired to make online didn't go through my wife and I had called and talked to someone about being able to work with us on the situation. Once we showed up to figure things out we were told that we weren't able to do a voluntary repossession of the car unless they took us to court. Yet they still thought that without work we could make payments. I applied to dozens of places to get a job. They were able to make an arraignment to get us back on track. We paid that, and then the next arraignment they had set was more than what we came up with the first time. Plus I finally got a job, and they are upset because neither myself or my wife, are able to come in and make the payment on time. Instead of giving us some "help" it was an immediate threat of repossession. The whole idea of them claiming to work with you is a joke. Not only that, apparently one of the gentlemen that work there was reading a book that he claimed was basically about manipulation. At least that was his words. Of course I'm sure if anyone asked now said person would deny all they said, but it is what it is. As someone else has said in their review, once the papers are signed that's it. Attitudes change, and it's really not worth it. I will definitely pass along these issues with anyone who asks. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My car dealer, Chad Gipson, was extremely helpful. He really went above and beyond to get me in something that not only drives good, but was in price range and something that I was actually excited to get to drive. Would definitely recommend purchasing a car from here, especially if you re young and don t have credit.

Hello I really enjoyed my experience at car Mart I was skeptical at first but the staff there was nice an knowledgeable, brad the manager was full of information, an made me feel at easeI'm very pleased with my choice of vehicle.

Told me that they would need my truck for a day or two to inspect it right after I bought it. ( It already had the check engine light on. Which I was told was fine and would be re-set). Anyway, obviously I needed a truck or I wouldn't have bought one. So I dropped it off and...... two weeks later I'm told to finally come get my truck and nothing that was supposed to be fixed was. But apparently there was a bigger issue that had to be fixed. Now they just tell me that I'm screwed, I will not be compensated and I'll have to bring the truck back for them to fix. Lol. Read the fine print. Once you sign there attitude is completely different about the car buying experience. Not so friendly.

I honestly didn't think I could get as valuable car as I did. But the people at Car-Mart of Owensboro reassured me that they could find a way to finance me. And they did exactly as they said. I got a great car, and a service plan I wasn't even expecting. If I could give 6 stars I would. I definitely recommend anyone who really needs a good vehicle to give them a chance

Seemed a little unorganized and a little unprofessional because some of the employees were talking about their personal lives in front of the customers. We bought a car from there and the prices were decent.

Everyone was amazing! Chad,a really took his time and patience with me in helping me find the perfect car for my budget and that would be safe for my 2 year old daughter. Brad, the Manger went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. The gentleman who closed the loan , was exceptionally understanding and very polite. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received and also the vehicle I purchased.

Car-Mart of Owensboro is one of the BEST used car lots in Owensboro. Everyone at there is very Friendly they All make you feel Welcomed. My husband and I and my Mother-in-law had purchased 2 vehicles from them and are financing from them. My Mother-in-law was very nervous and Keith who is the Finance Manager helped my Mother-in-law calm down by telling her a joke I think that is a person who really cares for his customers and for his business and who has character and a sense of humor. And for our Sales Person Chad also has a sense of humor and make it easier for you to feel relaxed in purchasing a vehicle and also care's for his customers. So in closing I Truly Do Recommend Car-Mart of Owensboro.

My neighbor referred me to Car-Mart in search of a dependable and gas saving vehicle. I walked into Car-Mart on Triplette in Owensboro, Ky. I walked up to the front desk and asked to speak to a salesman. I was then introduced to Chad. Chad listened to my cares and concerns when purchasing a vehicle. Chad was not a pushy salesman at all. Chad referenced his supervisor to help give me choices to choose from according to my budget. I was shown several vehicles to choose from. I was impressed to be shown a variety to choose. Makes Car-Mart unique and special. Most car lots only give you one or two choices. My final decision was a 2012 silver/gray Ford Fusion. They accepted my trade in with no additional money down. I have patents I can afford. Car-Mart made me feel important. Car-Mart has a mission they truly back up. That is , We keep you on the road. Thank you Car-Mart for all your help and understanding. Thank you most for making my car shopping experience a pleasure. May God Bless Car-Mart and every team member.

They will harass you you days before payment is due and also send people to your house to try and intimidate you for payments,For one these tactics are illegal and of counties will be reported to the better business bureau.

New broad that works the front desk is rude. Someone should tell her its illegal to smoke indoors too before she catches hands next time blowing smoke in my face.

Very considerate nice people. So caring and helped me out so much doing a stressful time. Highly recommend this place!! Makes you feel like at home by how much they get along and how much they treat their customers. :)

Bought a truck from them, and ended up having issues. My daughter bought a vehicle and the transmission went out. They had it for over a month. Whenever they were contacted and ask what was going on we repeatedly were given a run around. At one point they even implied it was on the rack. Come to find out the transmission wasn t even ordered yet. They replaced it after having more issues with another vehicle. She changed jobs, and was waiting on her check to come. Was told she could make half the payment, and the following Friday she could make the other. They wanted to come by and sign a paper. She made the payment and went to sign the paper said there was no one there She works nights so sleeps during the day. She woke up and her vehicle was gone. It had her personal items in it for work, her wallet, etc. When they were called they tried to deny the arrangement. We have had horrible experiences with Car-Mart. I don t know any car lot that would take a vehicle for half a payment which was arranged for this Friday. The excuse was that she didn t sign a paper. I have a brand new truck. I could be 90 days late on my payments and it would still not be repoed. When an arrangement is made I don t have to go anywhere to sign any papers. It is noted on my account by a customer service representative. They advertise you are treated like family. Sure glad they aren t mine. They know they have you over a barrel because of your credit or whatever. My advice is to avoid buying from this car lot. No excuse for what happened at all.

Kaylee and Cedric are truly my life savers. I called them 2 days after totaling my car because I didn t know what else to do and I was panicking because I didn t have much of a down payment. They worked with me and made me feel great about my purchase! I ll always shop with them. They make a great team!

It was a real easy process. Thier selection of cars was had better pricing and quality than some I had seen in the surrounding area. I would recommend this dealership to any new car buyers or anyone with less than fair credit.

My jeep has been giving me trouble for a while had it in there shop and Baily won't talk to you at all and help you with the problem I will not recomend this place at all

Cedric is AMAZING!!!!! He s the BEST car-salesman hands down & he will make sure you leave in a car! I would recommend him to anyone! The whole staff was very welcoming & sweet as can be! I m sure they re all fantastic at their jobs. We definitely will be back!

The whole team was awesome! Made us feel right at home during the whole process of buying a car! Cedrick was AMAZING!! I ve never had a process so easy before. He got me in the car I wanted without any problems. Highly! Recommend for anyone looking to buy a car.

Car-Mart is the best car dealership on the planet!!!! The whole entire staff made me feel welcomed and helped me purchase the car that I wanted!!! Kaylee and Cedric really handled business and I honestly can t thank them enough. I give them a 10/10!! If anyone is looking to buy a car I suggest you go over to Car-Mart!
