This is going on my second car from them the HUGE ADVANTAGE YOU HAVE is they work with all credit types. They are so easy to work with and over all great place to go for literally everyone! Referral bonuses! Ask for Adam and mention me!! They make everything so easy and they don t judge you for having not the best. I came here as a young adult with little to no money and was able to get me a vehicle for a very affordable payment as well as it lasting even AFTER I paid it off. I love the second car even more!

I bought my car here from Landon at the end of 2023. I will admit, I was still salty about having to buy a new car after my last one broke down. Landon was very patient with me and did not try to pressure me into buying a vehicle. He kept me updated as I waited for an SUV to come into stock that I liked. Even after buying it, he kept me updated as I waited on my plates to come in and when that was delayed, got me a new temp tag. Overall, I would buy from him again.

I bought my van from them in May 2023. So far I have had a very positive experience with them. The buying process was easy. The service department has been very good. They checked my breaks for free when I had some concerns and changed my turning signal bulb. My first oil change was free and subsequent oil changes are only $15. They are very timely with their appointments. Very satisfied so far with the whole process.

Entire car buying process was made very simple thanks to the experienced and professional staff!!Only negative for us was basically immediately every customer would be designated to certain tiers based off vehicle prices to shop from which is based solely off customers down payment. Options can be quite slim depending the amount you can drop as a down payment...

This is the 4th vehicle I have gotten through byrider! Adam has helped me with the last 3! I still have all my vehicles! There selections of vehicles and quality are top ! The maintenance I have had to do with the vehicles is minimum! The down payment was affordable as well with the payments! Both my kiddos are driving the first 2 I bought and I have the other! Thank you for the easy buying process, kindness , and prompt service !

Absolutely amazing! Adam was awesome, Sarah was awesome! The entire staff made sure we were well taken care of, from giving us drinks to making sure the kiddo had a coloring book while we signed the papers! Worst experience with a car dealership, honestly truly. I m not one to write reviews, but I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Elantra in 2020 and spent at least 2-3k fixing multiple things on the vehicle over the last three years. Keep in mind, the vehicle is barely worth 3k. Any issues I ever had with the vehicle, I would have to call multiple times without any answer. After calling at least twenty times, they d finally text - not call. However, if you re even an hour late on your payment you best believe you will be receiving multiple phone calls and voicemails letting you know that your payment is due. I don t necessarily blame this specific dealership, but I think this company as a whole is the epitome of a joke. The financing process was easy, but after that don t even try to get help.I had the 2-year warranty or 24,000 miles and my engine went bad roughly around May 2022. I went to get it serviced, but was told that my warranty was up. However, upon looking into it further my warranty was still good - imagine that! JD Byrider had my vehicle for several weeks trying to fix anything but the engine because they simply didn t want to fix the engine because of price. So, finally after a month they decided it actually was the engine that needed to be replaced (this was a given from the day the engine gave out).100% do not recommend, but to be fair I wouldn t recommend a buy here pay here regardless. Although that is not necessarily feasible for everyone, definitely try to look everywhere else before going with this company.

Bought a car here didn't have a problem until after it was paid off. Needed a new transmission put in after we paid it off. Took it back to them to have it fixed. After paying for the part in full asked if they could work with me on the labor to fix it was told there was nothing they could do and I could not have my car back until it was paid for in full the labor is $800. The person that I talked to had a bad attitude towards me when I talked to her. Will never go back here for anything ever!!!!

My experience was unremarkable! Adam was super helpful, respectful and did everything in his power to get us into a good running vehicle! I could not ask for a better dealership! The whole crew there is jus amazing! Byrider is a definite must! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! If ur down on ur luck and need something fast and affordable, Byrider is definitely a place worth checking out! Psssst, ask for ADAM!

The car I purchased has been in their shop more than I've driven it. Has had a new engine, new water pump, new wiring, completely new under carriage and its still sitting on the side of the road broken down. I've had this car for 8 months and have driven it maybe 2. They no longer cover rentals so I'm just without a car until they figure it out. Worst experience ever!

At first I was very pleased with this lot Adam was wonderful to work with I purchased my vehicle in October of 2021 never had a problem never missed a payment in April of 2022 my vehicle started running hot so hot that it couldn t even make it out of my driveway I purchased a rental and paid over 800 a week and sent my car off (still making payments that is) until I could no longer afford the expense, turns out the radiator and engine both needed replacing they received said vehicle on their lot June of 2022 they didn t return it to me until the 24th of July 2022 and it still made a terrible clicking sound but I wasn t worried at this point I was in a hole and working my behind off to get out of it Teresa told me not to worry about the payment that was coming up when my car was returned because they had had it for so long so that only put me back two payments no the day that I had 600.00 to catch up my payment even for the one she told me not to worry about they towed my car I went back and forth with Teresa and Travis for days both saying that it was up to the other on whether I could get my car back but by law as long as I have full balance within 30 days of repossession I am legally supposed to have my vehicle returned nope Travis was VERY RUDE he gave me times to call him and I would and he would reject my calls he even waited once until 8pm to return a call I have children we are in bed. He told me that they would return my car to me and told me that he would be calling me back in 15 minutes of course he never did when I called the next day he said everyone in the office decided not to let me redeem the car, even though I had never missed or been late until they had my car in their shop. It was very disappointing and unprofessional I am talking to a lawyer because this is wrong and people should not be done this way!!!!!!!

The people here are very kind and helpful. That went out of the way to help me get a vehicle. They made the process very easy, and worked with me on payments and everything. I would highly recommend them. There sales team is amazing!!!

Highly recommend going to this place! Adam Haire did everything he could to help me get into a reliable car that same day. It has been a GREAT car. I love my Chevy! The whole place seemed like they were respectable. Adam will be my go-to guy for my next new ride as well, awesome guy!
