I will shop at Auto Zone from now on. Rude is an understatement. No one said a word to me when I walked in or asked me if I needed help finding anything. Kevin S was the guy that checked me out. Talked down to me, treated me like I was a stupid female. Asked me if my husband gave me a picture of what I was supposed to buy? Almost as if I was a child needing permission to buy a tool to fix my car. I work in retail and if I spoke to a customer that way I would not have a job. Just saying!

Advance Auto is the ultimate one stop shop when it comes to needing & replacing your car, truck, van, or suv parts. They have what your looking for, and at the right price as well. Everyone that works there are super knowledgeable & very helpful when it comes to needing advice or information about what they may be working on at the time. Don't take my word for, stop in to Advance Auto and find out for yourself. Tell them Chuck sent you !!!!!

Has a whole lot more in stock items than their competitors do by far. And usually always seems to have a knowledgeable person that at least Carries on like they know what they are talking about. LOL. Always a help at Advanced.

Order parts paid for them in store, said they would be there at 2 pm only could get 1 that day said they would be there in the morning only 2 came in so come back at 3 still no parts not a happy camper. 30 miles round trip each time. Done with ADVANCE AUTO PARTS!!!

I always get what I want there, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional! They're my " go to" store when I need something for my car!

Always very helpful. Me battery kept dying on me I had the to see if itg was my alternator. They checked it right away and said it was fine. Also my battery was fine. What a relief!I was abo it to buy a new battery or alternator glad I had them checked first. Maybe it was just all the cold frigid temperatures. Hasn't happened since it has warmed up some now. Thank you so much!

Called Sunday needing a part right away since we were racing at KMS. After confirming they have the part and it's the right part, drove 15 miles to only find the "kid" behind the counter had zero clue what he was doing! He completely looked the vehicle up wrong. Never again, they won't get any of my money ever!

Not enough workers there. Phone rang the whole time I was waiting and nobody ever answered the phone. Not bad as long as you know exactly what you need.

I prefer auto zone by Frederica street but it's an okay auto store when desperate or can't get to another location I don't recommend personally though

I have a 08 truck they are pretty good about seeing if they can order the parts and if they can get them its usually next day

CSR was cussing while trying to figure out why the printer wasn't working. He smelled like booze. However they did get the part I needed overnight, bonus for that.

They need to stop parking there company truck in the disabled parking spot. they only have 2 spots for the disabled
