Just what a car buying process should be!See it, test it, have it for inspection and buy it.Adam, Paul and Brad will make sure you experience a no gimmick car buying process here. This is no baby sitting place, it's a business; but they get to the point and you can check a car inside, outside or take it for a test drive.They make sure the car is in working condition, as you can see they have from any brand regular to more premium and luxury tier cars and they will have good prices on them. So keep an eye on inventory as it moves fast. You can also check inventory and pricing on their website.I just purchased a car from G and L and even though there were no warning lights, the inspection place told me the car is in good shape, then a light came on within 48 hours of the purchase. I went back and Adam responded and resolved it on the same day.That is how a business gains loyalty in my book.I plan to buy another one in 2 years or so and G and L will be my first place to visit.

I am an out of state buyer and my conversations and interactions with Adam and Paul gave me the confidence to buy the car sight unseen. I called asking if they would be willing to drop it off at a mechanic to do a PPI and without hesitation, the same day, they worked with the mechanic to do the inspection. Additionally, my schedule only allowed me to fly into Louisville on a Sunday and he still worked with me to get the car that day. Lastly, even though I had already wired the money, when I got to the dealership Adam still gave me an opportunity to test drive to ensure I was happy with the drive. Great customer experience! I highly recommend this family business.

I purchased a used Honda Civic from Adam. He was professional, very kind, and was willing to work with me. I shopped around before purchasing from him and his price was definitely the best I found. The car looks good, drives well, and checked out to be in good shape with my mechanic. I would definitely purchase from him in the future and recommend G and L Auto to friends.

This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased with G&L in the last 20 months. 1st vehicle was a 2010 Acura MDX that was in near mint condition . Second vehicle was a 2008 Toyota Solara also in near mint condition. The moment my father saw the car he fell in love with it and sold his 2021 accord to buy it from me. So the same weekend I went back and purchased another vehicle from G&L. The Acura was wrecked a few weeks ago and we went back again and purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey. Absolutely fell in love with the vehicle as soon as we drove it. Will be doing business with them again soon I am sure.

Hands down the best and easiest buying experience at a lot ever! Adam and Paul were great to work with! Absolutely zero pressure to buy from them - unlike my experience at other lots, and they stayed true to their word. I will definitely go back to G & L for my next purchase.

Adam and Paul have a great selection of quality pre-owned vehicles, and are very honest! They offered a no pressure, smooth process (how refreshing in this industry!). My husband and I had such a good experience, that we returned and bought another car a month later! . Highly recommend!

Paul was easy to deal with and their pricing was competitive. He even stayed after hours to allow me the opportunity to bring the vehicle home to show my wife. Super easy buying experience. The Lexus RX 350 I purchased was in excellent shape, physically and mechanically. I highly recommend G&L Auto Mart for anyone looking to purchase a quality used car!

Bought a 2014 Audi that was supposed to be in good condition. After owning it for only one month and $3000+ in significant engine repairs it is again breaking down. So disappointed in this dealer. I d suggest looking elsewhere for a quality used vehicle.

I recently purchased my Lincoln from G&L. It was on a Saturday and I dealt with Paul. Awesome Customer Service. Sincerely one of the best Sales Associates I ve ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. He needs to be training some of these young whipper snappers I ve done business with in the past. I highly recommend this dealership.

Adam and the others at G and L were easy to work with. We had some trouble with our van immediately after purchasing it so they helped us get into another van without any trouble. They went above and beyond to work with us and make sure we were satisfied. I cannot express how thankful I was that they were willing to do that. I would definitely recommend them!

I have purchased three cars from G&L over the years, each time has been a great experience. They have a good selection of cars and all of the information you may need. I love the fact it's family run, low pressure, and fairly priced, would recommend starting here for your next vehicle purchase.

My 20 year old son got approved for financing on his own and went to G&L for the Audi A7 they had. He purchased the car and the same day it had an engine code come up. The next day he spoke to the owner who told him to bring it back in and they would take care of it. Now that's great customer service. Thanks G&L guys, this was a big step for him.

Truly an awful experience. Where do I even start? They were rude and refused to negotiate price even after finding issues before the purchase. The check engine light came on not even two days after actually making the purchase. They offered to take a look but they re only open a few hours a day, directly in the middle of everyone else s work day and would not work around this. The owner, Adam, also told me he would give me a discount since he was buddies with a auto shop down the road for an alignment he knew needed to be done before the purchase and when I contacted the place he told me to use, THEY HAD NEVER HEARD OF HIM. I ve now spent $800 in the past few weeks of owning this car due to their neglect of their vehicles. They also sent me the wrong vin number when I requested it before purchase and has now caused me huge headaches dealing with insurance. I used the vin number the DEALERSHIP sent to me, stupidly trusting it was correct and have now been apparently uninsured the past month!!! Horrible, horrible company. I never should ve purchased from them and neither should you.

I purchased a SUV from this lot about a year ago. I have had nothing but trouble with it since I've had it. I'm continuing to put money into what I was told was a 'safe and sound' vehicle. I have bought two other vehicles from this lot several years ago from Greg, and had a great experience. I made my last purchase from Adam. I started experiencing issues with my SUV within a week of owning it. I tried to return the vehicle at that point, and Adam was very arrogant when I addressed the matter. In the time I've owned this vehicle, I have: replaced transmission, replaced all coils and cam phasers. I have almost bought this vehicle twice with all the work it has had. It has been in the shop more than I've actually been able to drive it. I am constantly worried about when and where I will break down next. I was really disappointed with this lot, and their handling in this matter. I believe at some point, ethics come into play, and you just have to do the right thing. Adam refused to take the vehicle back, because he knew it was a piece of junk, and he didn't want to get stuck with it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT AS LONG AS ADAM IS THERE. I have made it my mission to advocate, so no one else will fall victim to their greed.UPDATE:This vehicle is STILL not running, and is currently in the shop AGAIN It has literally been in the shop more than I have driven it. An absolute waste of time and money!! G&L did offer to look at my transmission issue I was having....it was only on their conditions though. I would have to bring to their shop for one of their mechanics to look at. I had already brought the truck up within a week of purchasing, to have their mechanics fix a couple of minor things. Then, a few days later, my transmission goes out. In order for me to bring the suv to their lot, I would have to spend $300 on a tow truck, and I m not 100% confident their mechanics were competent enough to fix the problem anyway. I d also like to point out that I m a single mother with three children. Spare money and time for this was nonexistent. So 1.5 years later, I have $4500 invested into something I still can t drive. Since G&L is so concerned...I will bring it to their lot to sell when it s running. Since they stand behind their vehicles, they should feel confident in buying this one back.

I inquired about a 2010 Ford Raptor via Email with no response as well as filled out a credit app. After not hearing anything for 2+ days I reached out to see if the truck had sold before they had a chance reviewed my info OR at least call me and tell me it sold. Guy who answered said, no I think its still here, the owner is driving it , so ya it's still for sale. Then he proceeded to tell me he was "unsure" where all my info went from the credit application I filled out on their website because they don't "use it anymore".I ended up passing on the entire deal due to this. To anyone possibly buying a vehicle from this dealer that's out of state, DO NOT put ANY of your information on their website for credit apps or contact through email, because, ya know, they don't even monitor it OR "know where it goes"

GREAT lot with QUALITY vehicles. I have bought a couple of cars over the past 20 years from G&L, and will be back when the current one's need to be replaced. Don't know about you, but I hate going to those big car lots and being hounded from the get-go by the salespeople. Not at G & L, that's not the way they do it, they allow you to look and compare vehicles without hounding and then if you have questions, want to test drive or talk trade-in, they are ready to work with you. Greg, Lex and Adam are all great guys who are willing to answer your questions and give you honest answers. If you are looking for a quality vehicle, G&L is the place to go.

Wish I could give more stars. They have always been honest and upfront with every vehicle. Just bought a fourth vehicle from them and will be going back in 6 months to get our daughter a vehicle when she graduates from a "permit" to a "license". Have we ever had a hiccup with a vehicle AFTER we purchased? Of course, they were USED! I buy used because I can do all minor repairs and even some major ones. Regarding "Brian's" review, guess he doesn't understand that, so rather than realize sometimes things go wrong when you buy a used vehicle, he blames the dealer. If you want a warranty then buy a NEW vehicle or buy an after market warranty don't buy used, cross your fingers and then blame someone else when things don't work out. Did I mention that we just bought vehicle #4 and plan to go back in 6 months for our daughter's car? Also, we just bought vehicle #4 from them. Yes, I know I repeated myself. That was on purpose because I would not have gone back a second time, much less a third and fourth if I ever felt even the slightest bit that they were dishonest.

I love this place! Lex and his brother Greg are so friendly and helpful. We drove 2 hours to get there, and it was well worth the trip. These guys care about what the sell! They give you a warranty also. I was provided with a carfax from them, and they don't pressure you either. I'm so happy with the BMW I bought from them, and I will go back in the future. Highly recommended! This is the way all car dealerships should conduct business!

Adam took care of us, we purchased a 911 cabriolet, he informed me about the car completely, was honest and fair. Always communicated via email or phone. A family run business, with ZERO pressure! I got my first car here in 1985 and it was a great car. I just got another car Toyota Rav4 here and it is another great car. You can look at Car Max and all the other dealerships but these guys have been in the same location under the same name for 35+ years. They have lower than average prices marked on their cars, just check around and see. Greg, Lex, Adam and Jimmy were all very helpful in making sure I was satisfied and that goes much further than any of the shady dealers in town. They don't just get cars and clean them up and throw a sticker on it. They take the time to check the insides and out. They always carry reliable cars and like I said are willing to work with you. I will be back.

Flew outta sc to purchase a porsche for my wife best deal i fould find in east coast and so far so good cars doin excellent and was in great conditionUpdate: Drove the vehicle home over 500 miles no issues , was a great buy! Definitely worth the flight, they even picked me up from airport

We purchased a used car from this dealership. A few items needed to be addressed and repaired at a later date. I was hesitant that they would follow through but THEY DID EVERYTHING THAT WAS PROMISED!!! No pressure and they were completely honest the whole time. I highly recommend G&L!!!
