This was honestly one of the best business experiences I ve had. Arnold is absolute stand up guy. He was super polite and informative through the entire process. He s priced more than fairly and did great work. He followed through on everything he said to the tee and kept his word. If you need auto glass work I m telling you this is the guy you want. 10 stars!

I called 3 places in Louisville and this was the least expensive. He made the process easy, got an appointment fast, and the car was ready in like an hour. Really impressed. Thanks again! Photo is from before.

This place is the best!!. I needed a windshield quick. And my only day off was on Sunday and they are closed on Sunday. But I talked to them and he set me up on Sunday to help get my windshield fix. I couldn t be more please with my experience at this place! 100% recommend!! My windshield was bad but they had me up cruising again in no time! Thank you very much for the experience!

Great service got my 2019 lexus ES350 windshield replacement. I called around before finding Arnold auto glass. He gave me the best price in town and the best service. I highly recommend using his services. He explain every detail and answered all of my questions.I will definitely use his services in the future.

Above and beyond! Arnold is a man of integrity! I had 3 local glass replacement companies cancel, no shows. I called Arnold and he was patient, and knowledgeable about the products and process. Called Tuesday and came bright and early Wednesday morning. Other companies wait times were ridiculous. Replaced both front windshield and back window of my vehicle. Didn t overcharge, process took about an hour. Very friendly and professional. You can tell he s a family man. Also referred me to auto shop and they are quick responding got me in next day! I will highly recommendation this company!11/23 update he came through again for me had crack in front glass, fast service, gave discount me discount!

I m so glad I called around. Arnold s Glass really wants to make you feel whole again and he absolutely did. He was so Nice, Professional, Fair priced, Absolutely Great Quality, timing & didn t take advantage of the situation. I recommend 100 out of 10. If ever I need this again, I will go back to this shop only!!

Very professional and honest people! They went above and beyond to help us. My driver windshield shattered with bird hitting it. I called many places in the Waddy, KY area (Louisville, KY & Lexington, KY) and nobody wanted to come to us and do the repair or they gave us 2-3 days wait time or very expensive mobile service x2 of the normal price! I called Omar with Arnold Glass, and even they very busy, they managed to go there after hours 2 of them and replaced our windshield the same day! I'm very grateful, because the understood the emergency(we had a delivery in South Carolina the next day), and the helped us!If I'm ever in this area, I would always use their services!HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!

This shop made my bad situation into a great one. I had another shop not show up for my repair and say it was my fault. This shop quickly accommodated me and did my windshield replacement quickly for a better price than everywhere else I talked to. He even completed the repair next day. I highly, highly recommend them for your glass repair. He explained the process and provided a full warranty as well. Definitely support this business.

Awesome experience. Cheaper than everywhere I called. Broke my front passenger window yesterday less than 24 hrs had my part literally took less than an hr. Very pleased will definitely take my business back to him if needed in the future. Very very polite people.

Highly recommend!! I needed my rear windshield replaced ASAP due to upcoming rain and travel plans. Arnold Auto Glass was able to work me in at the end of the day! They do mobile work and they were willing to come to their shop after their last mobile appointment. They also went out of their way and tried to find me a lower price for the windshield from their vendors. They gave me about an hour notice that they were headed to their shop. Once there, I knew it was going to be a 60-90 minute job but it was done in about an hour so my wait time seemed like nothing. Ammar explained everything that was emailed to me and his instructions on what to do in the next several days were clear. I am a very happy client and would definitely come back if ever needed.

Arnold auto glass was a lifesaver, safelite was telling me that they wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle until next Monday. I looked him up on Google and all of his reviews were 5 reviews. I gave him a call and he was able to get the windshield the same day and install it. I highly recommend Arnold auto glass. He will definitely being doing all of my glass repairs if I ever need glass work done again

Amar went above and beyond in helping me with my vehicle! He is highly reliable, got the parts he needed right away, and repaired my broken window the same day. Very genuine in helping his customers. He went out of his way to help me when the other shops I called could not do it. Highly recommended!

Called Arnold on a holiday weekend because someone had broken into my car. They broke both passenger side windows on my car. He replaced them with new glass for less than another shop wanted to charge for used windows! Very polite and professional too! Will definitely use again if needed!!!

Sadly I got a rock chip/crack in my windshield on my way home from work.Called around and Arnold's Auto Glass got me right in at the end of the day. Had the repair done in under 10 minutes.Top notch very friendly and professional.Pictures show the crack before the repair. After the repair, just barely a dot. You don't even notice!

I highly recommend great customer service and very time efficient. I called on Monday and my service was done that Wednesday at my home because I didn t feel comfortable driving it. Plus the best pricing in town.

I would highly recommend Arnould auto glass to any one. I called them at 9am about replacing my window by 10 am he was letting me know he had my window and to come to his shop. He had the widow replaced in about 40 mins very professional and will definitely use them from know on and recommend them to everyone.

Got me in late after work hours needed a window replaced AsAp where other places said it would be a day or 2 at the least. Said it would take 1.5 to 2 hours and got me in and out within the next hour. No added bills or payments. Arnold gives you his word and he stands by it. Cheapest intown and very professional. Will be doing business with him again!!! 5 stars all the way around great small business and an even greater person

Someone tried to break into my car and shattered my window. I called Arnold and within the hour he went to the shop, checked to make sure he had my window in stock, and let me know he did and I could head there. I was in and out within 30 minutes, charged me less than other places were going to charge me, and was so kind throughout the entire ordeal. Definitely recommend!
