INTEGRITY, GENUINE, PROFESSIONAL.By far the best shop....the best people. No one can beat their prices either.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.You will have PEACE OF MIND at WEBSTER'S ENGINE ALLEY.I am a very satisfied customer. Gets my vote for number one auto repair shop in Lexington. They saved a vehicle engine that two other shops said need replacing. Roger and Wendy are remarkable at what they do.

Excellent auto repair shop, great prices. Love Wendy up front. Knows the auto industry very well, even remembered my car when I callednd the issue weeks later and I had only been there once before!! Highly recommend them !!

I ve been using this business for years. They are the most honest and friendly place. They are always fairly priced and work hard to be as accommodating as possible when dropping off or picking up. Great customer service. Although I did not get to use them because the cost of repair was more than the car was worth. They still helped me with the process. I will be returning for future needs and vehicle inspection when we find a replacement car.

This shop was recommended by a friend and so glad it was! The workers there are super nice especially Wendy that answers the phone! She had great customer service skills and was always nice enough to explain step by step of what was going on and what exactly they were doing! The only thing that wasn't clear was the timing of when it will done but that was out of their hands! And I understand it's bc of finding parts and shipping at this time! They did an excellent job and charged me less than expected! You can hardly trust mechanics these days and ones that will explain what needs fixed and why! I was referred to them from another shop that could not handle the additional workload required by my vehicle's repairs. Wendy was a great communicator, relaying to me what the mechanics told her and answering the questions I had about the service I was receiving. Considering I had just sprung my vehicle upon them (it had broken down over the weekend, and was not one of their scheduled repair jobs), I was pleased with how she kept me in the loop about what was going on and when to expect to pick up my vehicle. A word of advice for anyone planning on bringing a vehicle in for regular maintenance (tune up, fluid flush, brakes, etc.), call ahead if you want the possibility of getting your vehicle back in the same day or morning after. As I said, mine was an emergency repair (car broke down due to overheating), so I understood it might take a while longer. I felt the price was fair, and will be bringing my car back to them for a brake job in the near future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

It is such a relief to have found this shop!!! I have recently been through the ringer, with car trouble. My ex is a mechanic and has been the one maintaining my car, until recently. Needless to say, I dont have an established mechanic as a result. In light of my recent troubles, I have been dealing with mechanics and shops that don't take the time to properly diagnose a problem, they try to sell stuff I don't need, and they blatantly LIE and OVER charge. So far the owner, Roger has been very real and honest with me. His prices are fair and reasonable, and he even recommends what can wait until another day instead of fear mongering me into thinking my car is a death trap & must all be fixed right away! I have only been to him once thus far & so far I am relieved and happy with the service I am receiving. I will definitely return for any future car repairs.

A big thank you to Roger at Webster's Engine Alley. A/C was out during the hottest week of the summer. My friend recommended Webster's and Roger was able to squeeze me in within 30 minutes of calling for an appointment. Another auto service garage wasn't able to get me in until October! Roger figured out the problem and fixed it on the spot. Even though it turned out not to be anything major, the point is he was willing to help me at the end of what I'm sure was a busy day for him. Wish more businesses were run this way! Friendly staff and a fair price, too.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Fair pricing good work. I've gone to them several times now and always satisfied with my repairs. They have better pricing and better/complete work compared to the big chains like Firestone. I trust them and that's huge when it comes to mechanics.

Trustworthy, knowledgeable, fair and friendly repair facility. Found Webster's after a shop caused a problem with my truck. Roger listened to me and by doing so was able to find what the other place had broken and repair it. They will listen to you, advise you honestly and they do great work; not sure you can ask for a better experience. No one wants to have their vehicle worked on however we all have to do it, this is the best place I have found in Lexington to maintain your vehicle honestly without taking advantage of you AND they stand behind their work. Truly appreciate Webster's Engine Alley, Inc.

I stopped in here on a Sunday. They are not open on Sundays, but the door was open and I had been all over town looking for somewhere to get a tire patched. Very few places are open on sunday. Anyway, I stopped, and met Roger who was there working on the shop heater. He stopped what he was doing, despite them not actually being open, and helped me out. I consider myself lucky to have found him and will recommend going here for honest work at a fair price. I hope I have the opportunity to come back. Thanks again.Service: Tires

Best mechanic I ever had. Always finds the issue and gives it to me honest. Not trying to upcharge or find extra things. They are so good I use them to pre inspect every car before I buy one.

I've taken all of my vehicles to Webster's since I've lived in Lexington (since 2004) and have always been extremely satisfied with the service. Roger, the owner, is honest and fair and has never overcharged and to this day remembers me when I walk in. Customer service at it's best.

I've been a regular to Webster's for over 10 years, and having tried a handful of other shops along the way, I can confirm none even come close to the level quality/trust you can expect from Webster's. Roger (the owner) takes time to explain the issues, even going as far as showing the broken components, and is a master at diagnostics, who never resorts to "tossing parts" at a problem.Services: Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I needed some major engine work and was referred to Websters. Rodger was very straight forward, honest and his staff provided great communication during the process. I was a first time customer asking for complicated work, but I can assure you I was treated like a longtime customer and I will be a repeat customer whether it be a minor or a major issue.
