DO NOT I repeat DO NOT come here for an oil change , yes their prices are substantially lower than leading companies but the wait time is upwards to TWO HOURS. Have an appointment scheduled? Good luck , still gonna be two hours!

Great experience. My car battery died after only a few months in the vehicle. After trying to restore it / recharge it /etc it was obvious that i was going to have replace it. I went back to the walmart i had bought it from and they honored the battery replacement warrenty and had me out of there quickly.

I visited the auto care center on Nicholasville Road in Lexington out of desperation. No one was available and no one else who was available had my tire and my car was on the side of the road so my options were limited.Everything was done very well and in quick time. I was happy with the price, service, quality and speed of the entire thing. I'll definitely return

I've been sitting here for four hours waiting to get two tires mounted after being told it would take one hour. Slow moving slothful tech I've watched take his time all day comes back to tell me he's not mounting the wheels on my car because I have after market upgraded lug nuts. My lug nuts a upgraded lug nuts bought from the dealer. Way better than the cheap two piece lug nuts he thinks I need. I know he's doing this because I complained to the manager about him.

Had problems getting my tires and the workers were kind of rude about installation and cost. There s normally no staff to talk to. The price is great all the way around but I wouldn t suggest going there if you have flexibility in your funds.

DO NOT go here for anything. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and the big guy at the front desk (as of March 2024) may have been the rudest and most brazen example of how not to treat a customer, that I have ever witnessed. I saw 3 people walk out cursing during my joyful 20 minute wait in line (of which consisted of 2-3 people). I wouldn t take a bicycle here for service.

The only thing they have going for them is Rebecca, the customer service girl. The mechanics talk to her so disrespectful! All I needed was a battery, which they didn't have, so I had to go to Nicholasville to get one. Got back, waited 2 hours, only to be told they couldn't put it in. My battery is behind the wheel well. It was closing time on Sunday and they didn't want to deal with it. Two tow bills later, Ken Towery took care of me in 20 minutes.

Do not go here for oil, change, battery, or anything for auto maintenance. I made an appointment here for a oil change and came at appointment time. I was told it would be a while watched them drive my truck inside, after a couple of ours got a call telling me they couldn't change the oil after an appointment, and waiting 2 hrs, plus my truck hasn't run right since, they done something to it, their rude and untrained, their excuse was they didn't know how much oil the truck took, big time incompetent.

Don't take your car here for service if you have any kind of warranty left on your car at all. They don't always report to CarFax, and they don't keep their service records. I misplaced ONE service invoice receipt out of 20 and unfortunately it was this one. I was able to reprint the paid recept, however there is no vin or license plate on it to prove the work was done on my car. The manager was not helpful at all. If I needed a receipt at Ken Towerys, I could go in with my vin and have every single service invoice printed for me. But not Walmart. You really do get what you pay for.

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS for the rating if i could! DANIEL THE MANAGER along with his employees will lie right to your face. Every customer I walked by inside the store while waiting 2 hours after my second day scheduled appointment time, other customers asking for help and assistance all over the store while employees walked right by them never sparking or offering any kind of help. After meeting SO CALLED MANAGER (with no name tag, no blue vest, or even a Wal-Mart name tag on himself what so ever) DANIIEL!!! Was no help either and the way he spoke to a paying customer while in front of several other customers and complaining about a break, all while I stand and watch for 2 hours more then one empty shop bay that entire time with no cars being pulled in side them at all. However after 2 hours and no movement they finally tell me that there is other cars sitll in front of me. No excuses for the effort less help of staff employees and most of all DANIEL'S MANAGEMENT. SO THANK YOU DANIEL FOR NOTHING AND I FEEL SORRY FOR ANYONE WHO WORKS UNDER YOUR SO CALLED MANAGEMENT!!!!

They never did answer the phone. I still need to know how much for a Radiator for a 2007 Avalon Yoyoto. We have to know now so we can save the money. My daughter is a server, we are trying to get it done before it blows up. By them not answering the phone it puts a day behind

Waited four hours for a flat tire which is already rediculius, but then they tell me they don't have my tire size....... Absolute waste of my time.

I pulled up near the empty tire garage bay/slot, I'm only there to pick up 1 tire that I ordered, this goofball comes up. Can I help you, I explain what I'm here for. This employee on a power trip, he proceeds to tell me to move my car over there, in the regular parking. His getting ready to pull someone into this bay. Long story short, I'm in there 2 minutes and out with the tire, but had to carry it 20 yards further away because of thus a*hole! When I left he didn't even bring another car yet, tire bay still empty.

I ordered 4 tires for my truck online. I was able to choose the tires that I wanted without a salesperson trying to lead me. The tires arrived 4 days later as scheduled. Then I had the Auto Care Center install them. Again, everything went perfectly at the quoted per tire charge that I knew in advance. I very goo experience. I will do business with them again.

Paid to have four tires put on they waited 3 hours they got my car in the bay and would not work on it because it was missing a gas cap. Left went and got me a gas cap cuz it didn't sell one for my vehicle Walmart and then come back the next day they put two tires on and wouldn't touch the back to because they were missing studs which mine are stud bolts. So the bank my car out in the parking lot and I had to take the tires off myself and bring them in and wait till they had time to put them on the rims. And I was trying to do this so I wouldn't have to travel in the snow that's why I said two appointments up. And still I had to change my own two back tires in the snow at Walmart. I was there for over 5 and 1/2 hours

The whole procedure for getting a tire fixed is bad. I went at 5:15 pm with 7:00 pm being the closing time. They said they are already closed for the day because they are short of people. There were two people working. They said they were told not to take new work. Well, I went in to grocery to pick some stuff and I saw all of them including the manager working in the main store moving stuff. Why wouldn't those guys work till advertised work hours in tire shop and go work in main store, I don't know. I went next day AM. They said it will be an hour to hour and half wait time. When I went after hour and half the guy working said, it could be long time. We are short of people. It was long day already...Never go there again.

3 1/2 hours spent at Walmart this afternoon just to get my oil changed and tires rotated. This is not the fault of the employees at the store. It is the corporation they are understaffed. They don't have enough people to handle the customer needs. The employees I dealt with were perfectly fine and nice. There was an error so it caused me to have to wait 30 minutes longer so 3 1/2 hours at Walmart auto center is a long time. My main gripe is that they will not offer a discount for inconvenience they offer no military discount either. It looks like these guys could at least cut somebody a break in the automotive department where people spend a lot of money.I am a retired veteran almost 60 years old. This company has no heart. I'm not receiving a retirement pension yet because the bulk of my service was in the National Guard. I wonder if there are others like me Who could really use a break. Just saying I'm pretty sure the Walmart corporation has plenty of money and could afford a military discount in automotive.I do realize they are trying to compete with Amazon to see who can get the most money out of everybody in the world such a problem!!

We had our tire changed and they did it fast and they made sure to call us when there was an issue with the tire we ordered. The only complaint is they offered a tire without knowing if it was in stock.Other then that they worked quickly and they did a great job. They even put the spare back in the trunk for us.

They were so nice!! Hassan and Tim were especially kind to us, and they made sure to get our car in perfect working order. They were extremely busy but took time to take care of our car and us. Yes, the wait was long for the car but it's really not that big of a deal to drop it off and pick it up a couple hours later. Thanks guys!!

Zero stars. Extremely unprofessional. The attendant they had behind the desk had attitude right off the bat for no reason, making faces and acting like she just wanted people in and out of her face in the fastest amount of time. They were two other customers in front of me when I arrived in line and I thought they had said or done something that had her irritated with them, but when I had to deal with her, I realized that's just how she is. The guy in the shop who looked at my car was no better. He pretty much was already shooing me out the door as I started asking a question. The only positive was the manager. I had no issues with him. I didn't have much interaction with him but he seemed to be, by far, the only person who actually cared about the service he was providing. I hope he's looking into hiring professional employees. I got a quote and took my money to Tire Discounters (Richmond Rd) instead, where I ended up paying over $100 more. Though I would have paid less at Wal--Mart, my experience there absolutely turned me off of even entertaining the idea of having someone there work on my car. I will be a customer at Tire Discounters for as long they will have me.

I have had Walmart tires for years. Always good service and reasonable prices. Whenever I have an issue their road hazard warranty has come in clutch. I highly recommend

Came here on three separate occasions- all three times they ended up breaking something on my car. The first 2 times they broke the tire pressure sensor, the 3rd time they broke the hood latch handle on my hood doing an oil change. I went to valvoline and they actually went out of their way to fix it for me. Pretty sure the employees at the walmart auto center only work there because they don't hold their employees to any sorry of standard and they're only expected to do the bare minimum.

Took my new Walmart.com tire and my old tire and rim up to the auto center at about 4:30 and just wanted someone to put the new tire on the rim so I could take it home and get my truck on the road again. I was told that they were not taking anymore tickets. I went out and talked to a couple of guys and told them my truck was sitting on a jack at home and I just needed the tire I bought from Walmart to be put on the rim. They pretty much just blew me off and said that they couldn't work on it until the other tickets were done. This was on a Sunday and I got there at 4:30 and they closed at 6pm, and all the other tire places were already closed, so now I am stuck with my truck up on a jack until tomorrow. Now I know why this auto center has gotten this many negative reviews. If you need any kind of auto work stay away from Walmart auto center....you have been warned!

Took what seemed to be to long to wait to buy a tire and have it put on. But more concerned about the guys working in that very hot working area!!

Took car in to replace passenger rear tire. Came back later to pay and pick up my vehicle. My car was parked out of view from the shop and although it was locked, my driver side window was completely rolled down for anyone to reach inside. My rim was returned dirtier than before and hub cap was missing as well.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was needing a couple of new tires and I had called around and a Douglas tire was $45. Everywhere else the cheapest tire i could find was $89. I only gave 4 because it is Walmart so the checkout process was lengthy. Happy MLK Day!

Even when you are the first person to get tires put on in the morning it still somehow takes these people over three hours to change our tires. Add to that a complete nonchalant attitude and mediocre service that makes a witches brew of unprofessionalism.
