Jake, Rodney & Xavier were AWESOME!!! These guys got me in & out with no issues. They even let me know I had an oil pan gasket leak(nobody had even told me about this problem at Toyota) & to get that fixed as soon as I could. I appreciate the time & respect these men put into the service! Excellent customer service!

When I got there there was no wait and the gentlemen were very fast and nice. This is the second time I have been to a place like this and I love it.!! They check all the liquids in the car change the oil and filter check the air filter for the car and inside the car ask if you want to change your wind shield whipers and check the tier pressure for your tiers.!! For all of that I only payed 124 and I think that's great.!! I will definitely keep coming back if I can't change the oil myself

I was very very happy with this Valvoline location. The workers were quick and friendly. They told me what I really needed, and what I could wait to get done. Highly recommend.

I came in to have them change my battery, after they changed it my check engine light came on. I asked the employee if it was normal he said it can be and that it should go off by itself but if it didn t to come back the next day and they would take a look. It didn t turn off so I came back and they blew me off saying that their diagnostic machine was broken and to just leave and go somewhere else. They were talking in front of my car very quietly for a few minutes before they told me to leave so I m pretty sure they knew what was wrong.I went to a friend and we found out they blew a fuse by not properly grounding the battery when they changed it and it would ve been another $120 to take it to an actual mechanic shop.

We had driven from Tampa, FL to Lexington, KY and the check engine light came on. As a realtor, my car is my other office so I need it to serve my clients. The got me right in, everyone that I interacted with was amazing from the manager, to the Asst manager Samuel was thorough, friendly and professional. They changed the oil, checked the engine sure filter, topped off my fluids and evened the air pressure in my tires. They were able to deduce what the check engine light was and alleviate it. No wonder they have great reviews - well deserved!! Thank you gentlemen for your amazing customer service!!

Got an oil change last week on my new used car. They changed the oil and I came home and it left a puddle of oil in my driveway. I went back they said they can't help me that it had a temporary oil drain plug. They never told me about the temporary plug when they did the oil change and charged me. So I had to empty out the oil and put a new drain plug in myself. Absolute waste of $55. They absolutely don't care about the customer.

Left oil all over my hood, spilled oil multiple times while refilling it, did something unfortunate to my air filter (I'm assuming) making the car much louder when I left, and lied about the weight of the last oil change which led to me paying for more expensive oil. Seems they use a fear tactic when upselling. Worst Valvoline experience I've ever had.

I went to see them earlier before work, thinking that everything was OK. Their inexperienced and careless mechanics put too much oil in my vehicle and the excess is all over my engine and everywhere else underneath the hood. They also put so much oil in my car that my serpentine belt got a big glob of oil on it and decided to spin off the tracks. They came to my house, stating that they didn t know how an issue like this could happen, and they had to investigate it further, completely disregarding, and not owning up to the fact that there malicious servicemen did the damage to my car. Not only did it cause my engine to overheat because obviously the serpentine belt runs everything, the belt was Ripped to shreds or what was left of it anyway and I was stranded an hour and a half away from home. It was completely my fault for not checking up behind the service techs, but when you assume that a company is doing a good job and you trust them, you don t go to check behind their work. Everyone in the building is super friendly, but again, you re better off going to Walmart or figuring it out on your own. No ownership

Little bit of a wait, because it's a smaller operation, but it progress in line was very steady.At other locations, I was treated very methodically, but very impersonally. At this location, the technicians they were very personable and even downright friendly with me and the car next to me.Definitely switching venues to this location from here onwards.Services: Tires, Electrical, Oil change

They don t do diagnostics which is the only reason why they don t get a full 5 stars, but service was quick and cordial. Prices are fair and its pretty easy to cut down the costs if you hunt online for coupons. I d recommend getting the app so you can know how long the wait-times are. Solid business

The first time I went it was really busy which is understandable because no appointment is necessary. So the next time, I made sure to go at an odd hour and lucky me, I only had to wait on one car to get their services complete before it was my turn.

My Fianc� and I took a trip to Kentucky early in the morning to pick up a trailer I bought for the business I am starting. Along the way home we stopped at Throntons gas station to get gas and let 2 of the 3 young boys (out of 4) go to the bathroom. Upon entering my truck to leave my battery was dead. After a couple calls to the surrounding area and everyone telling us we were SOL because they weren t coming to give us a jump or help us in any way unless we got to them somehow. Couldn t tow my truck because I had my trailer and I wasn t leaving it there. My fianc� called valvoline to see if they had batteries because they were so close to thorntons I could walk if I had to. Rodney and Samuel went above and beyond to help us today. One of them drove to thorntons and gave me a jump to get my truck and trailer to their location right up the road, they diagnosed my weak battery not having the cranking power necessary anymore, checked my fluids and replaced my battery. They topped off my oil, topped off my coolant, gave under my hood a good once over for free as we had a long drive ahead of us. My family thanks you both from the bottom of our hearts. We simply wish there were more people like you two in the world. Thanks to you guys we got home safe and sound. I wish there was more I could do for you two gentlemen. And maybe one day I will find a way to repay you both for the selfless act of kindness you both displayed. Thank you again!

As soon as I pulled up Zach acknowledged me and directed me in the bay. He recommended I get one of my reservoir caps replaced at a parts store. I appreciate him pointing that out. He was very professional. Antonio spoke as well. He's always hospitable. I always experience great service at this location. When the prompt service was over all of the staff waved goodbye. The staff here made me feel like a valued customer. I'll definitely be back.Service: Oil change

I had to wait a bit which wasn t a big deal at all they did a good job clearing the huge they had. Once it was my turn though they made quick work on my car, my only complaint would be that they didn t tighten my radiator hose up properly so it s leaking pressure. That s a simple fix though not a big deal.

Let me start by saying I went to the north Broadway location 6 months ago for an oil change and got talked into a transmission flush. That took forever and I happened to look under my hood because I smelled transmission fluid about a month later. To my surprise I notice they left my transmission fluid dipstick out. I called and was offered a discount for the inconvenience. Fast forward to now. I went in for an oil change of course to the same location for the discount. I pull in and was told about 20 to 25 minutes before service I agreed considering short staff due to covid. After being blocked in and couldn t back out I had to wait an hour and the discount didn t do anything to the price of the oil change. I was seriously inconvenienced and my 6 month old daughter was very agitated. Gotta do better!!!

Did not buy anything from there like battery because when your buy battery that time they say it's under warranty and when you got problems they say there system is not working, and tell you to wait

They were so nice here and so kind in helping us learn about the oil change and anything we were unfamiliar with! Antonio had amazing service and was so friendly. Would definitely recommend!! :)

It was a good experience and kind of changed my perception that I previously had of it. They didnt bombard me with sell ups this time. I used a 25 dollar off coupon on a synthetic oil change and only ended up being around 43 bucks. That's about the same or a little less then other similar places and they were open on Saturday. Happy I went.
