Super quick, very efficient and very nice. The manager, Nate runs a great crew. They are polite and seem to want to ensure that you have a satisfactory experience. I recommend and will return.

I went here for my oil change after going to Midas. Midas was super overpriced and charged me $180 for an oil and oil filter change, but this Valvoline shop was amazing and changed my oil and oil filter for only $75.The people working here were very courteous, talked to me nicely, and even showed me my dipstick level after they were done so I felt confident I would have plenty of oil in the engine.I would give more stars if I could. A+, seriously!

I would give no stars if I could but some of the employees do not deserve that. I ve been to this location a few times and have never had an any issue until today at least. Everybody was great except for someone they referred to as Hobbs I don t appreciate being treated like I m an idiot because I was overdue for my oil change. I understand what needs to be done and how to take care of it. After showing vulnerability to the worker about how I ve had a lot going on and haven t had time to come in he proceeds to say seeing as you ve had a lot going on, you d have a lot more if your car BLOWS UP as he waiting for me to pay. Imagine my reaction when I couldn t speak my mind in fear something would happen to my vehicle because I was still waiting for them to finish working. I expressed the fact that he was rude and another employee apologize for his behavior. But at the end of the day you don t know what the next person is going through and showing some empathy wouldn t hurt you!! I was treated like an idiot and a woman who didn t know any better which I do not appreciate. This has been a location that I prefer but I won t be coming back.

One of the managers, Whit, was very communicative and helpful while explaining what they were doing to the car and helped me get the right oil for my car s needs. Amarice was quick and efficient while checking my pressure and filling my car up with oil.I was in and out in about 15 mins or so. One of the best Valvoline s I ve been in to date!

Great group. Not pushy on extra services at all. Let me know what I needed so when I have a few extra min I'll do what they recommended (and I know I need). Super fast and great price

Busy place, so a bit of a wait to get in. Still way better than waiting 3 hours at the mechanics shop. And friendly staff as always. Just make sure you sign up for coupons. It generates a little spam, but usually you save $10-$20 with those email coupons, sometimes more of you are getting a lot of work done.

Unfortunately after years of coming to this establishment I can't manage going to join you one of their competitors.There are some coupons are some thingsthey can do for you well. This visit was a complete dumpster fire. fire. They wouldn't try to help find a special like they would before they wouldn't see in there you know how many times I've been there and try to help this is what happened. They made me drive home get the coupon come back and they still didn't honor it. I was so frustrated at the point of driving somewhere else I just did it. Thanks for the memories you had crews there with that were very professional. The one star is making a customer in our never let a customer leave the property there's always something that can be done. I've been in management for a long time. Also to everyone who might read this they have raised their prices considerably. Really too bad I wish you the best.

I went two times to this places to get my oil changed, the first time, they left a screw from the bay cover in my front driver tire, brand new tires! and today! I said, let s give them another opportunity to theses guys, aaaaaaaand the same, they don t conect the battery back, and all my systems rebooted no professional people!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Unfortunately, after my last oil change my radiator started leaking. I had not had any issues before the visit. When confronted about the leak they dismissed the possibility that they caused it and said there was nothing they could do. I was very pleased with the oil change and their quickness but the leak now puts me in a difficult position.Service: Oil change

These people had a new guy working on my car and didn t put the coolant cap back on correctly, my car started overheating due to lost of coolant which in turn messed up my water pump & they tried to act like it wasn t their fault . I wouldn t advise anybody stop here for an oil change or for anything, absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Extremely fast, professional, and great personalities all around! All of the staff I interacted with turned a stressful, lunch break car maintenance crunch into a really lovely experience. And I didn't have to lay under a hot car on my gravel driveway to get it done!

Incredible customer service! Went this morning for a quick oil change before a trip next week and the mechanics were all very nice and honest. Often times when I get service to my truck I feel as if I m being talked down to because I m a female however today this was not the case. I ll continue to come here for my oil change services going forward instead of the Chevy dealership. Quick and reasonably priced!

Kyle Had to many cars & was turning customers away. Lazy, inexperienced and unprofessional. The girl working didn't have a clue on what she was doing she even suggested I take my car to a more experienced valvoline across town because she knows they know what they're doing over there & they will do it right.

The crew was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were thorough and not pushy with the recommended services. I had my two young children with me, and they were very polite and accommodating. It s very convenient being close by, and to not have to drop off a vehicle or wait hours (especially with kids). I ve worked in the support center for years, so I ve spoken to and been in many VIOCs. I can easily say this location did great! Their confidence and how I was treated, led me to have them do a few extra services as well. Great job!Services: Battery, Oil change

This was my first visit to this location for an oil change. The gentlemen who helped me were courteous, professional, explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had. Visited this location 11/27/22 for an oil change and tire rotation. After being rushed through like always the maintenance person went in through my glove compartment to check my air filter and did not fix the glove compartment correctly after taking it out.$110 later after getting home,the next more with low air pressure in my tires,come to find out they didn t replace the valve caps in any of my tires,so I had to go to the store and buy new ones,and replace the air. It was only a few dollars, so, not a huge deal. Just a minor inconvenience.Fast forward to 2/4/23 I m on a road trip from KY to SC in the middle of nowhere and my car starts scraping the road pretty bad, especially on areas on the road where pavement is uneven. Make it to SC and take it somewhere that I can have it checked out and come to find out, they didn t replace and/or tighten the screws on the metal plate underneath my car after doing the oil change so now it s completely tore up.Needless to say I won t be returning to this location for their overpriced oil change and services again. 10/10 does not recommend.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Before leaving a review I always make sure I visit a couple times, just to make sure the service is consistent. Consistently these guys (and gals) have taken care of me time and time again. They walk you through the process, tell you what's going on, what oyu need, what you don't need, etc. Always very informative and informational without all the BS. Would definitely recommend going here 10/10 times.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Battery, Oil change

This is the second time in the past 4 months where I tried to get my 2021 Hyundai oil changed. The first time they told me I would have to wait for them to get the filter because they didn't have it on the premises. So, I left without the oil change. So today I went back and they still did not have the filter on hand. I was told that I should bring in my own filters. Once again I left without an oil change and I was clearly upset. So I went to a Jiffy Lube in Nicholasville. Not only did they have the filter I needed, but I was informed that the other business left my oil cap off and I had oil sprayed all over the engine. This has been my recent 2 experiences with this business.Service: Oil change

Went here today to get an oil change, not much traffic coming in but I was rushed in. Did not bother checking my tire pressure or other maintenance services they supposedly offer complementary. Was not even given a receipt. Was rushed out. When I asked if they checked my tire pressure, the guy guiding me out said 'yes we did'. Blatant lie. All tire pressures are low. Won't bother going here again.Service: Oil change

Service took a little longer than normal. Prices are still fair for what you are getting. I received an oil change, air filter, windhield liquid, and tire air filled up. Friendly service!
