Top shelf service! 4:45 ona Saturday I notice a low tire called Mark he said come on! In/out 15 mins!Cleanest tire store I ve ever been in.5-Stars

Today I got a tire replaced with $200 savings thanks to my Tire Discounters Road hazard insurance., which I always get. I was able to just drive in today.I get all my tire, brakes and suspension work done here. Eddie Hernandez, Service Manager, takes good care of me at the Beaumont location. And I can drive into any TD store for care if I need it.

I kept going to Walmart to get my tires, and the tires kept going flat. After about four different tires had issues, I decided to go to tire discounters. I haven t had any issues since. I think the guys who helped me were Grimes and Hamilton. They both were both really helpful. Thanks for helping us!!

Worst experience ever at this Discounters. Maybe worst customer service I have ever paid for anywhere. Dropped truck off Friday evening. I had a Saturday morning 9:30 am appointment. Called at 8:30 am and was told it would be done late in the afternoon as there was only 1 tech on duty. Called back at noon and was told it was almost finished it would be done in 30 minutes. I arrived at 1 pm and 45 minutes later and still waiting. Also several techs working I guess a few just came in late but 4 hours and counting for a oil change is terrible. Come on Eddie Hernandez get this shop in shape, or not I won't be back.

I bought a new set of tires and an oil change. The service was exceptional. I was updated regarding fact I had a nail in sidewall of one of my tires. Because the tires were 3+ years old, I bought a new set. Because I also just hit 5000 miles since last oil change, I added an oil change to my list. I arrived just after opening and was on my way by 12:30. Please note, I did not have an appointment. The fellows that work at Beaumont Tire Discounters are top notch! I have always received great service at this location and choose them for all my tire needs for my Toyota Camry Hands Down!!

I would like to tell the greatest experience with TireDiscounters (Beaumont Centre) that I haveever had. All the people I dealt with were very respectful and very willing to help. Justin Cole (General Manager) worked and exceeded my expectations in helping every way for the services that was needed. If I was to grade his knowledge and helpfulness it would be a A+ rating. THANKS JUSTIN and I will definitely be back for excellent service when needed!

Had to get tires during the Holiday season Tide Discounters team member, Tim Bentley really went out of his way to make me comfortable and get the best tires I could afford. He is an asset to this store! Thanks !!!

They bend over backwards to give good service. They forgot to put my appointment in the computer but they got me in anyway. I was in and out in time to make my next appointment without rushing.And they are nice about putting air in the tires.Adding to my old review. The service was just as good as the last time.

Tire discounts Beaumont has been nothing but helpful over the years. They are all friendly and definitely put in a lot of effort to make their clients satisfied. I would highly recommend them and consider the shop to be fair and honest which is very important when it comes to mechanics!

Phillip took great care of my car! I needed a new wheel for my Volvo, and he went above and beyond to get me the best deal which we really appreciated it. He even spray painted my rim for me to match my others. We'll definitely recommend to others and we will be back!

Tire Discounters gives service with a smile! I brought our car in today because it had a nail in the tire. Thanks to our road hazard insurance the cost was minimal. And the best part is, I dropped it off, an employee named Eddie took me to work and picked me up with curbside service. You can t beat that!

Bought 4 tires back in Oct. Was told the 4th one was defective and had to wait about 4 days for a "new" one to come in. When I finally got the 4th tire, I noticed the tire was heavily weighted, but I needed my car. I believe I was still given the defective tire, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt since a good friend spoke highly of them.A couple days ago, I ended up getting a flat and somehow a pipe lodged in my tire. Since I bought my tires from this location last Oct, I thought I'd go back to them so they could plug it or replace the tire. I called and they said they could repair it if I left it there for the day, so I dropped it off around 11am and paid for a ride back to work on Tate's Creek Road (very out of the way for me).I received a call at about 4:30pm from Chad telling me they couldn't get the trunk open and that there's nothing they could do until Monday because they were closed. He said he tried to call sooner, but I didn't answer. I told him I was at work and can't have my phone on the floor. Anyhow, I had to pay for another ride, out of my way, to come pick up my car with a tire that wasn't fixed. I unlocked the trunk, pressed down on it and it opened fine.You would think having experience working with new and old cars, these guys could have gotten in the trunk. Or figured out that turning the key in the door twice opened all the locks. Or that they would understand people can't leave their cars for days because they need them to get to work, etc...I was pretty upset because my time and money was wasted. I guess these guys don't think anyone else's time is as valuable as theirs because they didn't stay to follow through on a job they said they would do. Or maybe they just didn't want to do the work.The only good thing is that the tires have been good quality (Coopers) and have gripped the road well. But other than that, I'm sad my friend thought so highly of you to recommend you and you won't get a 3rd chance to waste my time and money.

Brought my daughter s car in for nail in the tire . Had road hazard warranty !!!!! Called me back when done . Always have had great service there .

Worst customer experience ever. A tire store that has completely lost any connection to common courtesy and professional behavior. Justin, the manager is like all the other apathetic employees who somehow have deluded themselves into believing that they themselves are to be served by their own customers. Like I was doing them a big favor. It s like the twilight zone. Worst decision made was to think TD could handle a flat spare tire in less than 2 hours WITH an appointment, and after a consultation on the previous Saturday. And to top it off they scratched the hell out of my vehicle because they do NOT care about cars, or customers, or tires. Only money. TD- Beaumont is the worst place to take your car for any reason.

I always go to Tire Discounters for oil changes, tires, brakes . any car issues that I have, and they always take care of me! I love that they come pick up my car, fix it, and bring it back to me! I can get everything taken care of while I m at work. They have reasonable rates as well. Everyone is always so nice and professional. I highly recommend them for quality car care at a good price!

I had a great experience at Tire Discounters today. If customer service and a friendly face are important to you then be sure to ask for Eddie. He fit me in on a busy day, didn t suggest repairs that weren t necessary, got the work done promptly, and did everything with a huge smile. Will definitely be back for future repairs.

Absolutely wonderful service. It was barely 7am and a nice red headed fellow came out and put air in my tires for me while I was on my way to work this morning before the store have opened. He said I may have something in my tire and even though I didn t have time to repair it now, I could come back later today and have it looked at.Another small young man came behind and polished my tires for me. I offered to give them money but they were both insistent that no compensation was needed. While I don t need tires right now, save for a repair later, I can say with certainty that I will be returning for all future service. Amazing service everyone, I m so thankful they were willing to help me. It s not very often someone goes out of their way to help people in need. The red headed gentleman and that young boy have certainly made my day today with their kindness and willingness to go, in my opinion, above and beyond their duties.

Hit a curb and it skinned a good chunk of the side of my tire off. A couple trusted men in my life told me to have someone look at it since it was difficult to see via pictures. Came here and Darron was honest with me and actually explained what i'd be seeing if i needed to replace. To all single females or the tire impaired: this is a safe place to go for an honest opinion! Too many times have I gone somewhere and without even really looking I'm told I need to shell out hundreds of dollars. Didn't need anything this time but I will absolutely come here when I do!

Late post but Eddie and his gang are the best! My car was having issues stalling and then just stopping while idling. It was scary to drive! They found the problem and fixed me right up. Amazing service!!

I usually dread having to work on my car because I end up worrying that my ignorance is going to cost me extra money (unless I bring a man with me). These guys have always made me feel comfortable. They are super friendly, willing to explain any questions, and have always gone the extra mile to make sure I feel fully informed. Matthew and the others have continuously gone above and beyond to keep my car running smoothly and you can t beat their turnaround times. They ve made a loyal customer out of me and I couldn t recommend this place more!

My college aged daughter had a tire pressure sensor come on on her way home. I called and spoke to Phillip the Sales Manager who advised he could not get to her car for 4+ hours, but would at least take a look at it to determine whether there was actually an issue w/ her tire(s). He was a man of his word!!! He pulled it into an empty bay, checked all 4 tires, determined there was no issue except maybe a sensor going bad, asked her to make an appointment to get the issue resolved, and sent her on her way. It's not easy to find good, honest, dependable people these days and feel incredibly lucky (and blessed) for Phillip's gracious help!!! Phillip is undoubtedly an incredible asset to this corporate store!!

I bought new tires almost two years ago from Tire Discounters and they ve been doing great. I found a nail in one of my tires and took it to them. They fixed it while I waited and the tire is as good as the other ones in my SUV. The manager answered all my questions patiently. The waiting room is great so I could work while I waited. Customer Service - Five Stars!!
