I made an appointment for 9 AM to ensure I would have adequate time to make it to another appointment at 10:15 AM. I went to the desk at 10, reminding them of my other appointment and asked how much longer my oil change would take. They told me it would be another 30 minutes. An oil change should only take 30-45 minutes, and if I have a 9 AM appointment, I should ve been out of here by 9:45-9:55 AM at the latest. I am very disappointed with time management and the lack of remorse. I will not be back.

I ve never left a negative review but here goes. I was in this store on 3/18/24. They charged me $238 for mount and balance of 4 new tires, which is insane. Then they call me to say they checked the alignment for free and I need an alignment which would be another $150. I denied the alignment to do another day. I am currently at a competitor getting my alignment checked. Turns out I don t need an alignment at all. Beware of this location and their integrity. Full disclosure, I brought in tires I bought online.

Lightning fast turnaround and friendly service. I got 4 brand new tires, a couple of tie rods and an alignment while I went about the rest of my busy Friday. The old Forester is handling like a dream.

I went to two other tire repairs with Walmart and was told they couldn't get to me today although my tire was leaking air with a screw in the side wall. Luckily I had a air pump that plugs into the car to keep me going. While on my way to another tire center I pass this Tire Discounters that I had passed on because it closed at 6 according to Google. I just had to try. I walk in minutes after 6 and Colton said no problem. Even though they were closed he still made sure I got a new tire. I'm planning on new tires soon and this is were I'll be coming. I absolutely suggest you have your tires serviced here.

I had a wonderful experience at the Tire Discounter s on Winchester Rd. After an especially terrible day and a popped tire later, I came in pretty defeated. Matthew and Daniel were incredibly kind and helpful, I m so grateful to them and the whole team. Due to my work schedule I was able to make it until an hour before close (I know, I m hate it too!!) Daniel and Matthew answered any questions I had and was able to get me in and out in the day so I could get back to driving around for work the next day. Matthew did any additional checks I asked with nothing but kindness and I left feeling very sure and safe with my new tires and my others were doing well. Daniel talked me through any questions I had and helped me get through check out so quickly as well. If you ever need tires or things of that sort- check them out! Turned my terrible day around, as I said- very grateful!

Came in to get a tire patched, took 3 1/2 hours for them to tell me that my tire is still leaking.. that s the first issue the second issue is they aired my tires up to 55psi on a 1/2 ton pickup. I specifically checked with them that the tires were at 40 psi and their response was yes. I plan on using custom offsets for the rest of my tire/rim needs. Disappointing.

Highly recommended!!!We were 3 hours from home.After calling multiple stores, no one had a tire in stock.So we called a local mobile tire service and was quoted $467 + tax for a 225/75/15 tire brought to us..... highway robbery!!!!!Finally found this tire discounters store 5 minutes after they closed.So we called and the gentleman understood our situation and was willing to help. Told us to get to the shop quick and they would switch it out.Got us a tire for just under $130 mounted and out the door.My dad runs a towing/tire company back home and we have vowed to never buy tires anywhere else... that being said, I would recommend these guys to anyone!They took the time to understand that we were out of town. It was getting closer to a time when we were going to get no help due to being late at night. And ABOVE ALL. I do not feel like they tried taking advantage of us just because we were our of town and in a pinch.Thanks a million guys!!!!!

Gauged me. Charged me $200 to install a battery. Acted like it took hours. Found out later it took maximally one hour to install a battery, probably more like 1/2 hour. So basically charged $800/hour for themselves.

My daughter, who is a college student, took her car in because one of her tires went flat. The guys at Tire Discounters found a bolt lodged in the tread and plugged the tire. Best thing was they didn t charge her a dime. We did purchase the tires from Tire Discounters, and they are fairly new.

Who would ve thought two mechanics could save your life ? Yesterday was a very traumatic day for me and this shop was so nice and generous with me. I had a blow out on the free way and it was close to 6 pm already. The shop stayed over a little bit just to help me out and i can t be anymore grateful for these gentlemen. If you want great customer service and reliable service go to these men. Thank you again guys.

The crew at this location is phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help me with a roadside tire fiasco and I am so grateful for their assistance in a time of need with my kiddos. Road hazard insurance on your tires is the way to go. I've been getting tires from this location for about 8 years now and they have taken care of me since day 1!

I hesitated going into this location this week. I always come to the one on Winchester Road and deal with Eddie but Eddie isn't here anymore and let me tell you the company as a whole doesnt disappoint! Kevin has replaced Eddie and although I miss Eddie's silly self Kevin was just as great! 2 repaired and one replaced tire later I'm happy again

Stopped in on a Friday night to make an appointment for a flat tire; they had opening the following day, on a Saturday. They assessed my tire, needed 4 new ones due to dry rot issues, and they gave me 3 options, explained them very well and got it all done, tires, balance, checked brakes and more, all in 2 hours. Matthew was my service rep and he was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks for making our car safer. Great warranty too.

This team saved us! They went well above and beyond. I can honestly say, you don t find good people like this very often. They are honest, respectful, and willing to help.We were on a road trip back to Utah when we needed to have our truck towed. The Chevrolet dealership wouldn t even look at us for a few days and were asking hundreds more. This amazing team worked around their already busy schedule to fit us in. They even offered us a ride to pick up dry ice for fresh beef we were hauling back, when our Uber didn t show up. They stayed late to help us get back on the road. I would recommend this team to anyone and am grateful to have met them!

I've been taking my vehicles to this TD location for about 16 years now and although I have had a few relatively minor issues in that period of time, once the issue was brought to their attention, they always made it right, and that's about all that you can expect from about any business---all of us mess up from time to time, that's a fact! Besides all of this, their prices are reasonable and their staff has always been friendly and helpful! I just recently had 4 new Nexen's tires installed on my Forte, and once again it was done in a timely fashion at a fair price, especially once you take into account all of the extra's that come with a 4-tire installation (free alignment, free tire repair...) All of this said, I think that I'll keep doing business with these folks!! God bless!!

Colton the manger was extremely helpful with a new set of tires for my boat trailer. There was plenty of room for me to drop the trailer and cone back once the work was completed. His team was very nice and quick with a good joke.

Bought tires and warranty and wasn t informed about how it works and now I have to pay for road hazard and installation again could have bought tires 300 cheaper somewhere else but went here for road hazard but didn t know it was going to cost me another 100 bucks to get a new one

Absolutely love this place!!! We have bought probably 7 or 8 sets of tires both personally and for our company over the past few years. Literally could have bought the exact same tires from another store local for $200 less, but the customer service is so great here it is worth the difference. I would not buy tires anyplace else! These people are BETTER than doing business with family!

Purchased a set of four new tires from here. Tire install was pushed back due to their truck not arriving. When the truck arrived, tires were no longer on sale so was charged a higher price than I was quoted. Additionally, they stated they would need to install new wheel bearings to do the alignment on it. Had just had the bearings and brakes replaced earlier that week. But I let it slide.Fast forward to today, when I took it in for a tire repair under road hazard. Was told it was unrepairable due to a gash in the sidewall that is on the inner wall somewhere. Was quoted for a new tire and that I didn't have road hazard. I have never in 28 years of driving purchased new tires without road hazard. This company is just out for a quick buck and doesn't stand behind it's service.

I took my car in for regular maintenance and an inspection at the Winchester Road location. They called me and told me I needed a tie rod replaced due to rust and recommended my shocks and struts be replaced due to "choppy tread wear." I was pretty sure they had replaced the shocks and struts within the last few years when I was hearing strange noises going over speed bumps. I mentioned this to the rep and they looked it up and saw they were just replaced back in 2019 and said they didn't know why the tech had recommended that.I can only assume the tie rod issue was legitimate but I have my doubts since they were so quick to recommend other work that clearly wasn't needed.I've had decent experiences with the Richmond Road location in the past but my office relocated during COVID so the Winchester Road location is much more convenient now. Even still, this was my first and likely last visit to the Winchester Road location.Edited to add:On top of the other issue above, on my way home after the alignment to fix the choppy tread wear, my car was noticeably pulling to the left. In addition, the reminder sticker they put on my windshield had the wrong grade of oil listed. The invoice had the right one listed but now I'm worried about whether they used the right oil. A rep from the Richmond location said he would reach out to the technician from the Winchester Road location to see if he could confirm which oil was used.I will have to take it to the shop yet again but it definitely won't be at this location.

I completely blew out my front tire and my tow truck driver dropped my car at the wrong location. I am so glad he did though because these guys were the best! They could tell that I was stressed, worked with me on price, and stayed almost an hour late so that I didn't have to miss work the next day! They were polite problem solvers that eased my stress! Thanks you guys!!

Descent customer service. Reasonable price for tires. Please shop around and compare prices. This store is worth checking on the estimate.

Great experience as most have been. Dropped off for tire rotation, called a couple hours later to pick up. No long list of everything the vehicle may or not need to stay on the road which I appreciate.

Dishonest and hidden labor pricing on top of inflated tire prices.I'll forever be telling friends and family to avoid TireDiscounters. Hopefully this review will help at least one person avoid this place.

They got one over on me. The guy flew through the pricing and pointed out only the part cost and didn't let me read over the pricing. I would have said no to new brake pads. $140 in labor is ridiculous for an hour of work. Yall have been warned for my mistake.

One clerk was manning the counter at the Winchester Rd. Tire Discounters in Lexington Kentucky on Saturday morning. He was on the phone talking about rims while three customers stood waiting for his attention.The clerk hung up the phone and asked, Who is next? A young woman said, I am! Another customer quietly stated this was not true. Nonetheless the clerk continued to wait on the perky young women and ignored the rest of us.Many minutes passed before a second clerk finally came to the counter to wait on customers. She explained that Tire Discounters has secret shoppers that call to a store to see if the phone is answered within two or three rings. Clerk Two has been instructed to always answer the phone to boost the store s rating.Tire Discounters did not have a like-kind replacement for my tire. While waiting for a list of what they had to offer, I called Hyundai dealership in Richmond, KY.Gates had a like-kind tire in stock. Their service dept. would work me in their schedule because, It s not safe to drive 120 miles to home using the donut spare. Decision made, I drove for 26 minutes (at 50 MPH) to GATES HYUNDAI in Richmond. I bought one new tire, had it mounted and balanced; plus I received a complimentary car wash. Fresh coffee and a snack were a bonus while I waited.Gates Hyundai showed what customer service is all about. Tire Discounters, take heed.
