Website says 5am to open I got there at 6am they still weren t open and when I called the lady hung up on me for asking what time they open. Terrible customer service

Quick in and out. You may have to go inside the store to print the receipt

A newer looking station with an open feel. Toilets were in need of cleaning when I visited.

I only pulled into here because I was running on fumes and it was conveniently close to the doctor's office. However the pumps don't allow Google pay. When I finally scan the card it only pumps about a third of a gallon and shut off. All the other pumps are apparently broken. I never have this problem at Speedway which is cheaper and 200 yards away. I know pumps can break but the fact that they don't offer Google pay is unacceptable. I won't be going to Shell again

I want you to notice how old the reviews are that are good... more than a year old compared to mine... why? Because back then, this place was TOP NOTCH! Arguably one of the BEST places in Lexington. Then new ownership took over and it went downhill FAST! They are consistently out of pop in their fountain drink section, the quality of food has went down, the service is horrendous compared to the STELLAR service there was once there. I work at a hotel in the area, and I now REFUSE to allow any of their menus in my hotel, before I even had groups use them for catering, and now I would never recommend them. I am so disappointed. I am just glad there is a Speedway close by and I will drive right past this place to go there, at least their candy is fresh, their drinks are stocked. And the service, while still not comparable to this company's old team is still better than what is there now.

Gas station usually has gas at all pumps, but not always. The food court inside has lost a lot product in the past eight months. The shelves are about 80% full on a good day. It's too bad because under the previous ownership this place was excellent.UPDATE: 4-28-2021Things here have turned around. The gas pumps are open and the food court has drastically improved. Four stars.

Probably the best gas station in Lexington. Very fast, excellent service, and the best breakfast there is... Clean place with friendly staff. Can't beat it! If I am nearby and need anything at all, I will pass 2-3 gas stations to come here instead.

Great gas station!! It has everything you would possibly need! It also has the original slush puppie so it cant get any better then that!! The staff is extremely friendly as well!

Consistently friendly customer service with breakfast & salad bar. This Shell has breakfast biscuit options to rival Hardees or Tudors Biscuit World and several lunch options as well, including a salad bar.

Went in to get something to drink and seen the cold sandwiches went to go get one seen that the date had been wrote on it for next month picked it up and it was covered in mold

EXCELLENT customer service during the day Monday thru Friday. EXCELLENT hot bar with breakfast and lunch!

Unbelievably slow pump times. Probably the slowest in town. Slow enough to where sometimes I don t have enough time to get gas.
