Kudos to Dustin for the excellent service he gave! Examined my power brake to reassure me that I was able to make a safe trip back to Maysville and also checked a tire that had been improperly repaired! So good to have a kind and honest employee that takes pride in his job! He even stayed past his clock out time! Quantrell has my business from now on!

I have been coming to Quantrell Cadillac for over 20 years and always receive excellent service. Today when I blew a tire the Quantrell Roadside Assistance came to my rescue and even followed me to the dealership to make sure I arrived safely. The service department was so friendly and went above & beyond to fit me into their schedule at the last minute. Thank you for your customer service - I m a loyal customer for life!

Great technicians but a crooked business. Charged 2 hours labor for a sensor replacement that a monkey could do in 5 minutes, recycled my battery without permission, $90 to unlock a door, failed to complete a throttle relearn procedure, ran the car without power steering fluid in the reservoir, then conveniently forgot to mention complimentary cleaning. And $800 for a wire harness that had nothing to do with the original issue lol

I have always used Quantrell for my Cadillac maintenance. But today the outstanding customer service I got from Dustin - the manager - was 5 star. He was thorough , problem solving, and very very helpful. I love my SRX and love this service center.

So they held my car hostage all day. Over charged me for a diagnostic test, with that my questions about my car were still unanswered. I tried for a week to get answers from their technicians, I got someone s manager who was trying to arrange for me to bring the car back for $1200 worth of services, yet I had no technical information about the problem. I took my car to Joseph Cadillac and from the first call I understood immediately what the potential issue was, when I took the car to them I was charged half the price to run the same diagnostic tests. The technician didn t recommend service at this time but wants me to monitor for certain obvious signs.I will not be returning to Quantrell for services or sales.Not having enough help is not a good reason to provide subpar services. It is an excuse and excuses are not acceptable nor your costumers problems.

I was visiting from Florida when my Cadillac Escalade EXT developed engine problems. I brought the truck in for service and they were extremely helpful in locating the problem and repairing the issue. They had to locate parts and the service manager Dustin and the service tech stayed late to complete the job and get me back on the road. Job well done!

Cody in the service department is top notch. It's amazing how customer satisfaction goes along way until you need it. Great job, Cody. I'm looking forward to doing business with him again!
