OMG!!!!!! These people are the best in their service dept. Unfortunately, I did not buy my car there but where I did buy it, sent me to them for the problem I had with my car. I am dealing with Dustin, and communication is great. I told him that I will try to buy my next car there just because of the great service I have recieved. To me, service is extremely important. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly.Sorry about writing a book, but I can't say enough good things about them on here.

Can t say enough about Quantrell! I went in looking for a Cadillac and wasn t sure of what Model I wanted. Ray was absolutely amazing and so helpful!!! There s was no pressure at all and I was able to take my time looking between the two cars I wanted. Bob in Finance was a numbers whiz! Marc was also super awesome! They made me feel at home and made the whole process so easy! Highly recommend!!!

Very disappointed with the way that I was treated when I mentioned a stain on the inside of my car. I happened to look below my rubber mat on my passenger side because it looked extra clean in comparison to the others. I was told that it was mold and that one of my friends must have spilt a drink when I wasn t looking. When I went to remove the stain on the passenger side carpet yellow oily residue came up. The stain is permanently there and no amount of steam, chemical agent, carpet shampoo can get the stain out. I feel like I was taken advantage of given that I am a young, female, college aged student. The paint job was okay but it appears as though no one bothered to repaint the driver side door handle and there is a small bubble in the passenger door that is directly behind the driver door. I chose this facility because it was preferred by All State but in all honesty I wish I would ve just saved myself the trouble. Also they replied to this review about a week ago and never addressed the scuff on the driver side door. Once again it seems like Quantrell trues to make excuses for

Michele Barton was absolutely wonderful to work with! She did everything professionally and efficiently. Mine was tricky because I really wanted a blue 2022 Outback and it had to be ordered. She went out of her way to find my dream car with all of the right accessories. It arrived from out of state before its expected delivery time. I can't recommend Quantrell Subaru enough! The staff there is amazing. I absolutely love my new car; I even named it Stella because it has stars on it.

Todd Spears and Ray Langdon gave me incredible service on my stressful search for a vehicle that can cart around my five children (I needed a 7 passenger vehicle). My current vehicle at that time had a check engine light and I needed to find something ASAP! They were very patient with my frantic back and forth crazy schedule, teething baby and everything I threw at them. It took three+ days for me to get everything in order for the transaction and they were patient and helpful every step of the way. I was super pleased with the low mileage Escalade that I purchased and everywhere else I compared I could not find a similar vehicle at that pricing with the space I needed. I can t thank them enough for how much they helped me with what I needed! This busy mama will be a future customer and recommending this dealership to all my friends and family. I can t thank you enough!!

Beware if you're not their typical upscale clientele! I purchased a 2014 Dodge Journey on 8/2/22 and on 8/24/22 had to have it towed. Was told it was a head gasket. This vehicle was for my teenage son, his first vehicle in which he saved hard for. I thought Quantrell was a reputable dealership. My grandfather and father had purchased vehicles from them in the past. Being a single lady I thought I had done my due diligence when shopping around for vehicles for my son but I was wrong. I was pleased to see that Quantrell serviced their 'as is' vehicles when other dealers do not. Red flag should have been the fact that the cylinder 3 coil pack had been replaced. I reached out to Quantrell by phone and even sent an email asking that since it had only been 22 days could they help! No response, no calls returned and no reply to my email to the used car manager. I asked if their shop could look at it for a second opinion and nothing. Didn't have the vehicle month! Shame on Quantrell! Bet if I had money it would have been a different response. Buyers Beware!That is a blatant lie! You never ever offered to help with the costs! I have emails and text messages. I had my son not drive the vehicle. When the thermostat got close to hot we turned it off and I had it towed. He did not drive it until it would no longer drive. You only told me to get a second opinion and I have. Don't twist the facts. Fact is you never responded to me, never reached out and certainly never offered with the costs!!!!The manager finally reached out and offered a courtesy vehicle to drive while they check out the Dodge Journey that I purchased. I am very thankful for remedy.

Quantelll auto group was one of my favorite buying experiences on purchasing a vehicle, everything went smoothly! I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was in excellent condition! I highly recommend Zach Bowman who was a very knowledgeable non pushy salesman that was very accommodating! In the future I hope to be a repeat customer!

We had a very nice experience with them on picking out of vehicle. But when it came to the actual purchase day they didn't work with this very well with the finance rate. They wanted to charge us 4.9. So we left and explored the options on our own we found out through Subaru that we could get it 3.9. This was never offered to us until we actually researched it on our own. I don't know what that problem was but got it resolved after we done our own research. They didn't talk to us about Gap insurance out there and I may have been wanting to get that.

We were really interested in purchasing a used Cadillac STS or CTS to replace our former vehicle. Unfortunately, we kept coming up short on the right options in our area. We came across the right model at the right price while browsing Quantrell s site. We were hesistant about buying a car sight unseen but Todd Spears at Quantrell erased those doubts. Throughout the whole process, he was upfront and professional. Because of his integrity, we felt confident in moving forward. We weren t disappointed. The vehicle that was delivered to our home was exactly as he described. It even exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Quantrell without hesitation. Great experience!

Joshua Corbett was new but awesome! He was genuinely concerned about my happiness. The touch screen was broken in the car I bought and he said they could fix it for free but I bought one off Amazon and we fixed it ourselves. I love the car and he did everything he could to make it an easy transaction and made sure we were happy.

Buying any car in the current market is a challenging experience. I found a low mileage 2018 Outback on the lot at Quantrell and I knew I needed to make a quick decision if I wanted to buy the vehicle. Although it was not a good time for me to buy a car, I have lots of balls in the air with home repairs and am getting a new pup, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Greg Donahue was great to work with and very patient with me on pulling together the paperwork. I am sure we will enjoy the Outback for years to come. I will go back to Quantrell if we have car needs in the future.

Recently bought a car from this dealership. I had never been there before but went to see a Toyota Avalon. This was one of the easiest car deals I have ever had. The staff is really laid back, no pressure, and very easy to work with from my salesman, Jeff Watson, all the way up to the finance officer, Regina. I was really impressed. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, during and after the sale. They have different kinds of vehicles, so if you are looking for a good used car, go see Jeff Watson. You'll be glad you did. I'm very happy with mine!!

We recently purchased a used Volvo from the used car dealership at Quantrell. Jeff Weston was our sales professional and he was an absolutely honor to work with. He was kind, knowledge, incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. We never once felt pressured and felt we had all the info we needed to make a good purchase. I would highly recommend Jeff and Quantrell. We will certainly plan to purchase our next car here as well.

This was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had buying a car, and I have purchased a lot of new and used cars in my time (66). Greg Agee was an excellent salesman, no pressure, very personable and always willing to take my offer back to Management. Drew Harvey was the Sales Manager who I worked out the deal with and again, very personable and willing to work with me to make it work. I actually enjoyed the negotiating and would consider stopping in just to say hi to Greg and Drew. I want to say that Drew worked with me (after the sale) on a minor problem I had with the vehicle and went beyond to make sure that I was satisfied! I highly recommend Quantrell for a high quality used car and a great experience.

I recently had my automobile repaired at Quantrell Auto Group. The experience with the repair was done when they said it would be. The customer service was very dry and disappointing. I work for the government in one of the most dirtiest departments. Even with that I treat each citizen as if I am on their end. People are already upset when they come in that their automobile is damaged and a technician that seems if that could personally care less about their vehicle is not what they are looking for. The vehicle repair was alright but me being a woman I guess he didn t feel the need to explain what was exactly done or anything else.

Quantrell made the buying experience so easy and were so nice. After purchasing out Cadillac XTS we noticed a few small scratches on the front number of the car....Something that we never wouldhave noticed when we were looking it over before purchasing. I called up Jeff Watson and discussed what I found a week later. He was more than happy to get this fixed at no charge. He also gave me a carto use while my car was getting fixed. I will go back there and work with Jeff for our next car too!

My experience with the Cadillac side of the house, purchasing, etc has been great. But I recently bought a used Jeep from their used car department. Less than 200 miles later noticed that the head gasket was blown and that it had been leaking coolant into the engine since I bought it. Called to ask them to share some of the cost with me on it. Said all used cars sold as is and sorry nothing they can do. You would think that a loyal customer buying their 3rd vehicle from them in 2 years would have gotten a little more support. Mechanic I took it to said the dealership when they changed the oil should have known it had this condition. If you buy a used vehicle from them make sure you get it checked by an independent shop first. As you will get no support from them once they have your money!

I would definitely recommend this dealership. They were so helpful to me. I bought a 2014 Fiat 500L and she was cleaned and ready for me to pick up when I got there. I m so happy with my purchase. If you re looking for a car you should definitely look here first.
