Update,Brakes are all replaced by yours truly!The pics below from Ford are the 3" drums and shoes. The other pics are the 2.5" drums and shoes that actually fit my E250 from O'Reilly auto parts. Bearings were not bad when checked.5/18/23 - Ford quoted me 1600 for a simple rear drum brake replacemet and 1200 for rear wheel bearings on a 89 E250. Seems like they're trying to take advantage of customers at this location.

You will never experience bad service at the Heavy Truck Center as well as across the street at the dealership. Paul Miller Ford is top notch and should be in a class if it s own. EDIT: Service is so continuously bad that it s making me switch entire van brands. Unbelievable how bad it is.1st time going here, my van sat for almost a week before it was looked at and I heard from someone.2nd time, I made sure to push this issue, because I was initially told to bring it in on a Thursday, and when I pushed discovered it wouldn t be looked at until Monday. On Monday when it was looked at, I was told it would be done on Wednesday. It is now Friday night and it still isn t done, and I received **zero** communication about it today, and as per usual am having to fight to get any update or information. Just a complete disappointment and a run up bill on a rental car yet again because they can t finish anything.

Excellent service! We were traveling cross-country in our F-350 with our travel trailer when the truck developed a significant shake. We needed help ASAP to stay on our schedule. Our Customer Service Advisor, Lee, and tech Jeremy came to our rescue! They even invited our dogs to stay in the AC while they mounted two new tires (one rear tire had blown a belt)! I would rate more than 5 stars if I could. We were back on the road in less than 2 hours despite all the bays being full! Thank you, Lee and Jeremy and everyone at Paul Miller Truck Service Center!!!

Without a doubt, an answer to prayer. My hubby and i were traveling. The lights on the tow vehicle quite working when the pigtail (lights connection cable) got crimped. We replaced the pigtail, tested and replaced fuses, but still, no lights. We were an hour from Lexington. Another Ford dealership said Paul Miller was where we needed to go. They responded with kindness, compassion and helpfulness. They worked us in and got us back on the road within a short time. This shop should be the standard by which all should be measured. They have our deepest gratitude.

We were traveling from Indiana to Tennessee and Our fifth wheel breaks locked up and would not work. It was a Saturday and we had called everywhere and no one was available to help us or they were already closed but Paul Miller truck center was open and willing to take their time to help us out. They gave us directions and were very kind and helpful. I will definitely keep their info in my phone just in case.

My Sister broke down with her RV and when I called they were so helpful and even called us back to see if things were ok. We didn t end up having to use them, but I would highly recommend them based on their kindness alone! Wonderful people here.

I bring my RV here (E Series Ford) and they always do a fantastic job and can also service my Onan generator if needed. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

My suggestion with this place is to make sure, if you re not coming in for business, is to make sure you tell them it s a personal vehicle. I didn t do that and almost walked away with them assuming my van was for some business fleet. Didn t even ask for my name.

Dropped a truck off one morning to have a warrantied part that wasn't working right checked out. Called in the afternoon to check on it, they hadn't gotten to it. Called the next morning, same response. Called that afternoon, same response. I asked when they would get to it, they replied maybe 2 days from now. When I dropped it off and you knew it would be a week later before you would even look at it why wouldn't you tell me that and let me schedule a time to bring it back rather than letting me think something might get done? After being a vehicle short all week, I just took it back and will go elsewhere.

Professional but insanely overpriced. No complimentary quoting, if you leave your vehicle there to get a quote you'll be charged. Not recommended unless money is no object to you.
