Everyone was super nice. Paperwork went clearly, smoothly and fast. Great venue. My only concern is typical for all new car dealerships. Made a "hopefully" deal with our sales person. Then of course he had to seek approval of the store sales manager who increased the "hopefully" price by $1,000 + $599 store fee!! I managed to negotiate those increases down some and we closed the deal. A person without negotiating skills will always pay more than the first price under this system. Ours was a 2007 used car purchase. What would all this look like for a new car purchase? That would be intimidating to a buyer!All in all Paul Miller Ford is probably far better to deal with than most other dealers around.

Mike Witt and another gentleman (Sales) tried their hardest to find a bank that would agree to finance me. They worked with my budget (even though my down payment was a lot more than we anticipated) and they didn t make me feel like I had to sign my life away. Scott Rooper and the gentleman with him (Financial Services) did very well explaining the financial side of the sale, payments, and my options. I will definitely go back for my next purchase.

Elliot and Steve made my car buying experience amazing. I appreciate Elliot's honesty and guidance in buying my new car. I love it, and I am very thankful for their help. Also, Elliot fueled my car up, and he made sure it was spotless before pickup. I also thought buying my car was a pretty smooth process. Thank you guy's at Paul Miller Ford for helping me make my first car purchase so easy and fun! I'd recommend anyone to get a car from them!

On my lunch break, I had a tire blow out in the middle of a busy street. Paul Miller Mobile Service arrived within 15 minutes. Jeremy was So Nice and worked very quickly to put my spare tire on and get me rolling again. He even followed me back to work to ensure I made it safely. The next day, he had a brand new tire on my rim (the same brand as the other three) and came to my office to put it on! I never had to leave my job for the service. Jeremy was great! And a big Thank You to everyone behind the scenes who helped me get back on the road safely! Paul Miller Mobile Service was so convenient and made my life easier.

I never had any problem until after the pandemic. Ever since then it seems like service just isn t any good anymore. I bought my truck here. I use to get good service. When I noticed my truck was skipping gears. I called and scheduled an appointment this was two years ago they said it as a torque converter. Now they say it s my transmission. So I took it to get a transmission replaced. I ve had to call them several times. My coolant leaks now. I never had an issue with anything else. I called the service manager he gave me a free oil change. So I called them and took it back. They said it was my water pump. Replaced it and it still leaks. I called the service manager again he still yet is to return my call. I have spent over $12,000 and I am still having issues. I work hard and I don t have the time to run back and forth to Lexington to resolve issues that I didn t have until they worked on my truck. I depend on professional experience not to the taken advantage of.Update: I did give you one star. As of last week, I was contacted by Service Manager and I took my truck in on Saturday March 16. I appreciate Jim, Adam, Byron and any one else that helped in the great service I received at Paul Miller Ford in fixing my truck. I really appreciate it more than you know. Definitely Great Service. You definitely deserved the five stars. Thanks!!!

I started having trouble with my Ford Focus I called Paul Miller Ford and spoke with Mr Wally. Mr Wally is amazing! I dropped my car off last Friday My car was supposed to stay for three days. But Mr Wally got my car fixed on the same day. Everyone was VERY nice and welcoming I love Paul Miller Ford they know the meaning of Great Customer Service.

Found my vehicle online. Contacted salesperson and worked out a deal drove 1 1/2 hrs Vehicle was just as described. Entire buying process done in about an hour including a test drive. A very pleasant and surprising buying process. I would highly recommend this dealership

My brand spanking new husband and I were driving to North Carolina from Louisville for our honeymoon when we heard a flapping sound. We stopped in here and let them know what was going on. It was about 8:40 in the morning and there were people ahead of us. They could have made us wait to even look at it but they didn't. They took the car right back, got it looked at and fixed and we were on our way by 9:20am. We barely had time to use the restroom and grab some of their yummy food before we got back on our way.Thank you all for such a wonderful experience! We will be buying our next car here!

The service people at Paul Miller are great! Communication was excellent and they got my truck repaired quickly. They also got me financial assistance from Ford toward my repairs, which I didn't even know I was eligible for. I'm very glad I went to Paul Miller Ford for my repair.

The staff was friendly and helpful from my phone call to setup my service appointment, to check in, and check out. The lounge is comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your time while you wait for your vehicle service to be completed. My service technician was pleasant and explained everything that was recommended for future services. I don't live here in Lexington, and couldn't remember everything we had already done on our vehicle. The technician had no problem waiting while I called my husband so he could speak with him and explain everything. Very pleased with my experience and highly recommend them!

Wally was great personable, provided us an estimate, got us scheduled quick; had the part there when we got there; kept us informed. service. Paul Miller mechanics did great and inspected, diagnosed, explained, and made our repairs.The facility was clean and pleasant and had the nicest waiting area ever for a service area,Including a cafeteria while you wait. Would highly recommend.

Lee & Mike at PM Ford were great to work with. They made it possible for us to drop off our RV on a return trip from Ala. to WV. Saved me a drive ( return trip) from Charleston WV to Lexington and back or about $170 in gas.The mechanics worked very fast n the recall work, which allowed us to avoid a major storm with possible tornados, and allowed us to safely return back to home in South Charleston WV. They also have a nice customer seating area where we waited 45 minutes for the storm to pass.

Came in to do some routine maintenance on my 2018 Ford focus. Left as the proud new owner of a 2023 Ford Escape. I had been considering upgrading for a while, but talked myself out of it as it was not a necessity. I received a text that they wanted to buy my car and decided to look online to see if anything interested me. I found everything I wanted in the Escape! I did a test drive and knew I wanted that car to be mine. They worked with me on the financing as I was pretty strict in what I wanted to pay. I was able to trade in my focus, and overall the process was pretty easy. Only downside was that it was lengthy, but they let me leave to pick up my cat from the vet while they got all of the paperwork ready, and gave me some snacks. I would highly recommend Paul Miller for purchasing a new car!

We ended up with service here very unexpectedly. While 300+ miles from home, we broke down and required a new engine (don t buy an ecosport). Our car was towed to this dealership from a repair shop while we were back home. I spoke with Rebecca countless times and probably some days more than she would ve preferred! She was so kind and patient with me and did a wonderful job communicating with us and flawlessly worked with the warranty company to keep our out of pocket costs minimal. While not ideal, we re grateful for the service center here and would recommend them to anyone in the Lexington area (planned or not planned)!

My sales person Mathew went way beyond for me, through my trade in and looking at a few different vehicles until he got me in a Brand New Ford!!!! Which I love! Thank you Paul Miller Ford for having a wonderful young man like Mathew on your team, with a sales team member like him you guys should have a great year!Also a shout out to the finance team for a smooth deal! I recommend Paul Miller to anyone that is looking for a new or used vehicle they are there for you!

Worked around my schedule, offered pick up and drop off for car services at no cost to me. The team called me for clarification and even took the time to video chat and show me what they were seeing. They provided honest, careful, friendly and quality work on my vehicle. 10/10 recommend Paul Miller. Not only for car services but also purchasing of a car!!

I don't normally post reviews, but thought I would in this case. They had a vehicle on their website for sale that was in my price range. I decided to go to the dealership and inquire about it. They gave me paperwork with an increase on the price of the car. I questioned the the increase and they said it was a website error. They later said they would honor their website price, however they charged me with a higher interest rate than I was getting charged elsewhere with a similar year vehicle. They also were giving me much less for my trade in. The communication wasn't good when I reached out to them via text asking questions. I decided to purchase a different vehicle elsewhere. I can't recommend them. Hopefully others have better experiences than I had there.

Everything went fine. It was a timely fix this time. Customer service could be better. When a customer comes in and three employees are in the room they should be greeted. The customer shouldn t have to be the first to speak to begin the services you provide.

I was nervous at first it has been over 10 yrs since I purchased a new vehicle.After talking with the salesman Mr Davis I felt so relieved. I was never pushed to make a purchase nor to put down a certain amount of money for a down payment. The vehicle I found online was priced different than on the lot I was so nervous about that. Mr Davis stepped away and made a few calls came back to me and I was accommodated with the online price. I can honestly say he was with me every step of the way. Until he handed me over to Mrs Sandy who worked so hard to get me financed considering I showed up on a Saturday. She was so sweet and kept me inform of what was going on as I was waiting to get financed.She explain all paperwork was never pushy or rushing me in making the purchase. Overall I must say I had a great experience.

Brittany in the service dept was AMAZING!!! I worked with her beginning to end. She was very kind, and explained each step along the way. Got car in next day and was finished quicker than expected! When dealing with a $2300 unexpected expense she made me feel comfortable which is important to me when in a stressful situation!! Thanks girl .YOU ROCK!!

Paul Miller crew were delightful to work with. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. It is difficult to find anyone that has space to work on a RV but they fixed my 1999 Holiday Rambler and treated us with such care.

Paul Miller Ford provided us with outstanding service. We found a vehicle online but couldn t make it to the dealership in a timely manner so they went above and beyond to accommodate our situation. They sent me real time video of the vehicle, handled all conversations over the phone, sent documents to be e-signed, and even had the vehicle delivered to us 2 hours away! When it arrived, it was perfect. Honestly, I hate dealing with car dealerships but this was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Expected my RV to be there over the weekend due to the service advisor stated it would be three to five days. It took two days to get my service done! Awesome! Nit only that I had just gotten back from an long trip where I would have to say the roads were less than subpar, so the ride was not very good. But, after my service my completed the ride in my RV back to my storage unit was incredible! It was like it was a new vehicle all over again!!! Thanks Paul Miller Ford Service!
