Went into Martin's Peterbilt in Lexington with Ratification for a busted wheel seal, they took me in right away and made sure I was back on the road as soon as possible real professional, Bryce at service took care of me and all the boys in the shop did a good job.Thanks guys.

I can't speak highly of their professionalism and kindness enough.Mr. James Davis and Mr. Jim Birch have been awesome since day one.Everyone out there knows what they are doing.I won't trade them for any other truck mechanic.

The parts department was very helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn t have been happier with the service. Only thing bad at all are the shipping rates, but I know they don t have control over that.

I was coming into the area on Tuesday afternoon, when my Peterbilt developed a problem with the aftertreatment system. I called Martin s and got a very helpful person, (who I believe was the service writer or manager), in the Service department. After learning about my situation he was able to determine that it would be over a week before they would be able to fix my truck. He was kind enough to suggest that I check with Woldwide Equipment, the local Kenworth dealer. They were able to get my repairs done by Friday evening.I really appreciate that the service manager at Martin s took the time to evaluate me over the phone and make a recommendation that would be best for me!

They could not fix a simple problem of a fan clutch.Had to take it to peter bult louisville. Would not recommend them......

The crew in the service department are awesome. Everyone is down to earth and friendly. Service manager James knows his stuff and worked with me on getting my truck in as soon as possible. Jimi was the tech who worked on my truck. I was impressed with the knowledge this youngster has and very confident that the repairs would be done correctly. The entire crew was accommodating and made us feel at home as best they could. This team communicates well with each other and the customer very well and will do whatever is necessary to get you back on the road as soon as possible. They have definitely earned a return customer in me.

Always efficient diagnosing problems and finding solutions. Not as expensive as some Peterbilt Dealerships, but not crooks. Thanks for taking the time to repair and make alternate suggestions for solutions on my truck!

I'm from Indiana. I was bringing a coach that had not been on the road for along time back from Tennessee. I had a tire blow out on a Sunday. Larry and Nick in the tire shop went above and beyond to help me sent a trch out and fixed it. Ten miles down the road I had another blow out. And decided to replace all 5 old tires that was on it. The price was cheap compared to what I would have paid anywhere else. Great people.
