Dealt with Jessica, Brittany and Quincy. My vehicle was involved in an accident and I wanted it taking care of. They did a great job. The car came out great. Would definitely recommend them for you collision repair

I d like to give a big shout out to Brittany and Quincy at Kentucky Collision Center. They re so awesome and professional. I d like to give another shout out to the people who worked on my truck. I posted before and after pics below where I got rear ended. They did an awesome job. I will definitely be referring Kentucky Collision Center to everyone. I will definitely be using them in the future for my automotive body work needs. They even detailed inside and outside of my truck when I picked it up. I r had my vehicle repaired at Kentucky Collision Center recently. I choose Kentucky Collision because of the reviews I seen on Google and they did not disappoint. I received exceptional service from every member of their team. In particular, Brittany, who works as the receptionist stood out for her warm and welcoming demeanor, She is very personable and makes you feel like family. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends just from her service alone.Jessica was my estimator and she kept me informed from start to finish on on the process of my repairs. She made sure any questions I had were answered in detail. She made the entire process as smooth as can be for me.The technician responsible did an incredible job restoring my vehicle back to pre accident condition. The cleanliness of the vehicle was above expectations. They also surprised me by mail with a Star bucks gift card as well for completing the survey that they sent after repairs. All around great service

Jessica and Brittany were amazing, taking care of my repair quickly. They made me feel like part of the family. That was nice and I will refer anyone needing repairs to Ky Collision on Palumbo. Thank you all for changing my stressful situation into a wonderful experience! You all are the best! And the repair work on my car looks amazing. I just couldn't ask for a better experience. Mohammed handled my collision. He did an amazing job! Great communication and all around great service. Brittany and her partner Jennifer went above and beyond with the handling of my vehicle. Brittany even cleared my vehicle out and saved my belongings until I was able to come by and fetch them. I contracted Covid again for the 4th time since 2020 and this was the worst I have ever felt. But she allowed me to have time to try and feel better before making the 2 hour drive to pick up my stuff!!!! KY Collision Palumbo is the place to go if you want to be treated like family. Thank you Ladies

This place is amazing they have fixed my vehicle twice. Jessica did amazing at staying in touch and getting my vehicle in and out quick and the receptionist She did a great job also.

Quincy and the team there were great and repaired my car well after being hit by an uninsured motorist. I've returned for minor needs and Quincy is always very helpful.

The KCC-Palumbo Team is the best ever! Tony, Brittany, Bill and the entire KCC-Palumbo are absolutely wonderful. I had some damage to my front bumper and they made it look like new! After some extensive hail damage to my car, I came to KCC. They made the process so easy, communicated the entire way, and had it repaired in no time. A big shoutout to Tony and Brittany for the excellent customer service! Will most definitely be returning to them for any future work. And will be recommending this team to everyone!

Ii haven t even had my vehicle repaired yet but I had several estimates prior to this one and none of them felt right. I trust Mohamed and he explained everything to me. He was confident and I was sold. Also I love the girl at the front desk! She has a northern accent with sass (in a good way) but she is very helpful and I appreciate the realness about her (it s like the family member that doesn t sugar coat. The one you go to for everything) Will update after repairs although I m sure I ll just have more good things to add!UPDATE: just as I expected repairs look great! Like what door dent. Will never go anywhere else. I have zero complaints!!

Just got my car back today! It was a long process but my estimator, Bill made this whole process as painless as possible. He kept me updated on the services being rendered and explained the time line off each repair (I had two wrecks going at one time !) My car looks great! I haven t picked my car up yet (I pick it up tomorrow) but I am already expecting and knowing that I will be pleased! Brittany is at the front desk and she s amazing! Bill is the estimator and the one that handles things through my insurance company and he has been so knowledgeable and helpful especially for someone like me that doesn t have a lot of experience with insurance, deductibles, etc! The staff is super friendly and responsive! Tony made the repair process very easy for me after I got the run around from several different shops. They send you text updates on your vehicle which is really convenient as well. My car is now in fantastic repair! The experience of getting my car fixed was extremely stressful until I found this place. I will definitely return for any repairs in the future!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The receptionist Brittany was very friendly. My repairs looked great, and everyone was super nice. I was also surprised to see how clean my car was when I picked it up. It was a great surprise that I was not expecting. Tony was also very easy to work with. Quincy and Bill are terrific. They go above and beyond, are friendly and professional. Overall, they were able to get me a quick estimate when other repair shops couldn't even get me in for an estimate for weeks. The other shops, too, were scheduling repairs out 3 months and they got me in in a few weeks -- immediately once the parts were received. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I take my car in for repairs in a couple weeks so I can't give a repair report at this time but what I can say is their customer service (scheduling my appointment and letting me know what to expect) has been EXCELLENT!

Never been so insulted! Went in for an estimate on my Miata. Overweight women at front desk said my vehicle was totaled and walked away. I am sure they do excellent work if you can get past the estimate examiner. Wow, at 66 years old I do not need this abuse!

This was my second accident and both repairs were done by KY Collision. The staff is extremely polite and professional, answered all my questions and set my conserns at ease. The facility is extremely clean especially the restroom. I have never seen a restroom so clean, smelling good and organized w/all the necessities needed Oh lets not forget the Detailer. He has magic hands. He had my car shinning and so clean. I couldn't stop complimenting him and smiling at my car. Thank ALL of the staff at KY Collision for making my experience smooth. I was involved in an accident back in July 2022, took my car here to get fixed. Originally had the car 2 months. Barely had any contact with Tony. I would text him and never hear anything. Picked it up and noticed more issues. Took it back and got it "fixed" and still has issues. Paint chips, bumper rubbing, etc. Wouldn't recommend them as a company.They fixed the bumper but still has paint chips and when I picked up the car the manager tried to blame it on me. For the chips. I showed Tony the paint and he said they would get it fixed and they didn't fix the chips. So now I gotta worry about the paint flaking off cause they ruined the paint even more.

Just stopped by Kentucky Collision and dealt with Quincy and John and they were more than generous, professional, and so friendly and helpful. Some all around good guys. I will use them for any collision problems that I have. And the receptionist was as kind as she was beautiful

I am from out of state. Someone hit my car in the hotel parking lot. I went to see if they could repair my car while I was in town. They were not able to fit me in but they took my car in their shop and fixed me up so I could drive my car through the week and back to IL. They were so generous with their time and expertise! Quincy worked hard to get the parts I needed for my repair and remained in contact with me throughout the process. He was very transparent about delayed part deliveries on the manufacturers end (~4.5 months) and even made sure to have parts that were damaged in transit resent to the collision center before my repair. There was an issue with my battery once they had completed the repairs and Quincy even contacted Hyundai to have it replaced since it was under warranty. The team even washed my car before returning it to me! I can t say enough great things about my experience. I really appreciate the hard work of the entire KCC team. They definitely go the extra mile to provide quality work. My car looks as good as it did the day I bought it!Services: Body & Trim, Battery

My wifes Q7 was in at the end of march 2022. Repairs were done to the left rear corner. Vehicle was completed in a timely fashion. Just a few days after picking the vehicle up trim on the left rear window had fallen off, upon further inspection the door is contacting the window and trim due to improper installation, I also found that the wrong wheel had been replaced. I called and spoke to someone and its like the expected the phone call. Was very quick to accept the blame and said they still had the old wheel and would get the parts ordered to fix the window and trim. Here we are now months later and multiple phone calls asking about getting it repaired. Still nothing. Communication from them has be horrible. Every time I have called I get the same excuse that the parts aren't in and the will check on it, I never get a call back. I don't think the parts have ever been ordered or the vehicle will ever be fixed properly. I wont ever recommend this place. Take your car somewhere that cares enough to at least call you and update you.Service: Body & Trim
