We drove to Lexington with a slowly leaking rear tire. Our friend recommended this place for tire repair. We drove up, the gentleman at the counter immediately waited on me and provided excellent customer service. He instructed the tech to fix my tire urgently and the tire was repaired in less than 30 minutes for the reasonable cost of less than $22.I give Ken Towery's Tire and Auto Care 5 Stars for excellent customer service and rapid reasonable tire repair.

Bruce is amazing! I came in a few weeks ago with my 7 week old and he took care of me right away. He was honest, fair and made sure the work was done properly. I 10/10 recommend this place!! Best Auto shop in Lexington.

I went in tonight thinking that I had a leak in my tire but ended up needing two new front tires. They had an hour before they closed but they still worked on my car. I m not sure who the gentleman was but he was telling me he had worked a really long shift but he was still very nice to me and worked on my car last minute. Whoever you are thank you again!! A friend of mine recommended this place because of the friendly staff and excellent service and that is definitely what I experienced. Will definitely be back!

Got my tires replaced and realigned here. New tires. Didnt buy from them. My car felt worse after the change. I thought it was the realignment problem.I visited again to get it checked. They told me that my tires were out of rounds and balance. I do not know if they balanced my tires or not when they were replacing them because they never said that they balanced them. Thus I have to assume that they did not balance them. I do not know well about the cars, so i did not know that balancing is necessary when the tires are being replaced. I wish, first of all, that they would've told me if the balancing was done or not, or tell me that balancing is necessary or at least recommended. The main problems were:after the first visit when I got the tires replaced, low tire pressure warning light came on. My tires were just 2 psi below the manufacturer recommended pressure. Drove over 20 miles afterwards. The light still stayed. On the second visit, they tell me that one of the tpms sensors is dead. Yes, my tpms sensors are old, and one of them could've died just right at the moment, right after the tire replacement. However, why not the day after the replacement? Why not the day before? I wonder why did this have to happen immediately after I got the tire replaced? I just think that the possibility of that tpms sensor natrually dying of its age during the tire replacement is fairly, fairly low.Additionally, the air was leaking out from one of my tires very soon after my second visit. I thought I got unlucky and drove over a nail. spent another $50 to get it fixed, and found out that this tire bead just wasn't sealed properly. No nails.Yes, the mechanics could've made some mistakes, but the amount of time, money, and attention that I've inputed on these issues were not the best experience that I'd like to go through again.

Top notch service, great prices, and my car was ready right on time. I thought I needed new brake rotors, but they just needed resurfacing. I'm glad to have a repair shop that is honest and professional. Great group of guys and James at the front desk was especially helpful. I can't recommend this shop highly enough!

I recently visited for an oil change, having had positive experiences in the past. Unfortunately, this time was a bit disappointing. While the service itself was satisfactory, I encountered some issues. The gentleman attending to me seemed a tad rude, which was unexpected given our previous visits. Moreover, upon picking up my car, I noticed a large finger smudge on my windshield where they had placed the oil change sticker. These small details detracted from an otherwise routine visit, leaving me a bit underwhelmed with the overall experience.

The office lady Loyda. Idk the spelling but she was great with me. And I could hear her on the phone and in person helping other customers. She went above and beyond providing Customer Service! She even welcomed my puppy in the waiting area.

Took my Acura MDX in to repair tire on vehicle with screw in tread. Tech did a complete evaluation of the tire; screw did not penetrate inner liner of tire. Therefore, no charge, even though same amount of work was done to evaluate the condition. This type of service is the I keep coming back to Ken Towery Firestone.

I needed new tires for my VW ID.4, an electric vehicle, and I needed better tires than came originally with the vehicle. I shopped around and did my research and decided to buy a set of Michelin Cross Climate 2 tires. I got 4 quotes for installation and road-hazard. Ken Towery on Nicholasville Road beat them all, and they beat the highest quote by $500. It pays to shop around. BUT, Ken Towery also gave me exceptional service from start to finish. The staff appreciate their customers and will not lead you into any decision that you would regret. I am a very happy customer.

Very disappointed. Having been a store Mgr for this company I know how things should be done. My wife ran over a bolt and She took her vehicle to this store because it was close last Sunday. She only heard the thumping sound as she drove. She didn't know which tire it was in. She gets there and they tell her she is good it was in the left front no charge. She leaves with the same thumping sound and comes home. Still having the noise I go look and it's not a nail or a screw it's a bolt. A blind man couldn't miss this. She takes it back and the guy she deals with tells her they have to put it on the rack to see what's going on. She tries to tell him about the left front supposedly being fixed on Sunday with nothing being in it and he blows her off and takes the vehicle in the shop. YOU WONT BELIEVE THIS..... She pays them around $40.00 Bucks and takes off down the road with the same thumping sound. She gets home and I look. The same bolt is in the Right Rear Tire. I call back and they offer nothing other than it's my wife's fault. Today we took it to Ken Towery on Todd's Road. They clean up the other stores mess and charge her nothing. I have known Scott and Steve for a long time and top notch work is always done here. Take your vehicles to Ken Towery on Todd's Rd. James needs to be re-trained and busted down to oil change boy. Listen to what the customer says and go that extra mile for the customer.

I ve had jobs done here three times, new tires once and repairs on punctured tires twice. Have always had great experiences, particularly their customer service. Most recently, I dropped off a damaged tire at noon and they had it repaired and ready for pickup by 2. Prices are always great, too. Both for the tires/parts themselves and labor. I d highly recommend this location to anyone who needs work done.

Never in my life met a bigger bunch of rude folks. Walked in, man at the counter states be right with you 15 minutes later, he s still on the computer and asks a mechanic walking through to ask what we want. All the way around a poop show. Pfft. Really guy?? If this is how you treat people in your business who knows what you re capable of under the hood. No thanks.

Don t bother making an appointment. Mine was at noon, it s 2:50 right now. I m still sitting here. They are short handed. Perhaps some of your managers, or dare I say, white collar employees to help.

They totaled my husband's car when they took it for a test drive. It was a simple tire fix. Apparently, the worker was fired. He sure looked like he was on drugs.

Depends on location. Brakes still squeal after repair at Nicholasville, probably from dust not being cleared out well. They also like to upsell. Otherwise, service is good and friendly and sometimes exceptional. Minor repairs and service have been quick.Update, four stars to two: took the car in to replace a flat tire yesterday. Just opened the hatch to get something and discovered that they didn't return the spare to its compartment, and didn't anything. They just put it in the hatchback.

Do not ever ever ever go to this store. They basically told me my car was falling apart. Sold me four tires, three of which I didn t need. Charged me for rotating and aligning my tires, which I didn t need. Then tried to charge me almost $2000 to change 2 brakes. Had me scared to drive my car. High pressure sales guys. Will never ever go back. Came to 1st stop auto shop and they quoted me less than $700 for the same service!

We had a tire that kept losing pressure throughout the day. We came to this location close to closing time and the staff were so helpful and got us in and out on short notice and they were very thorough as well. We greatly appreciated the service they provided!

I had an issue after I picked up a rental vehicle, the headlight was not working. I was directed to Ken Towery's as the authorized service center for this rental company. Once there they had to determine the headlight was bad and call to get authorization for the repair and then have the headlight transferred from another store location. This process took some time but I didn't mind that. However, I was not treated well. I was told I couldn't use the lobby to wait or the restrooms and to just sit in the vehicle since I was not a paying customer and not allowed to use any facilities even though the they were still going to be getting paid by the rental company, just not by me directly. If I need auto repairs for my personal vehicles, I'll find a more professional and courteous service center.

Went in to get a flat tire fixed and asked about a torque bind issue while there on my 03 Forester. Was told the flat tire was caused by a broke tire valve, this was not the case it was from the old rim not sealing to the tyre properly and I m now dealing with it again. Was told the torque bind issue was due to the AWD Control Module on top of my transmission . This is not a real thing and bind was fixed by doing tight circles in an empty lot.

I broke down on Nicholasville rd about 8pm this past week had to push it to Wendy's parking lot next door. It sat there till the next morning when we went back and walked over to Ken Tower's shop. The guys came over and looked at it gave me a jump and I drove it over there...they didn't charge me to do that or take a look at it, test it and found out it was the Alternator, which was what I was pretty sure it was even before they diagnosed it. They had it in the shop and fixed same Day! BEST car experience I've EVER had! The guys there are really good guys! Ty to all of them, God Bless yall for being honest men!
