These guys really saved the day! I was out and about on a Saturday and picked up a MASSIVE bolt in my front tire. Luckily, I was just down the street from them, so I headed over and crossed my fingers. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly polite and professional. They were able to get my tire plugged and had me back on the road in no time. I cannot express how grateful I am that they helped me out of a jam on a busy Saturday. The folks at the Louie Place location are my heroes! I would recommend them to EVERYONE! I ll definitely be back to see them next time I m due for a new set of tires!

Great service! Very affordable and everyone is helpful. I ran over a nail with brand new tires and thought I was going to need to replace it. They patched up the hole for $40 and my car was ready within an hour. Highly recommend!

I went in to their shop, in Lexington Ky. The #1159 location to be exact, to have a wheel alignment done on my car. I was helped by a gentleman named Nickolas, whom was not only welcoming, but very knowledgeable and helpful. he was transparent in making sure I understood exactly what was going to be happening. the cost, service, and other available options. he also made sure I received their promotion./discount that was taking place. I was just pleased overall from start to finish.

I will never do business with Ken Towery again. I needed a tire patch and was told the puncture was too close to the sidewall and needed to buy a new tire, so I got a second opinion. The puncture was right in the MIDDLE of the tire and it was an easy fix. I originally purchased all 4 premium tires from this same location. This place is close to my work, so when I shared my experience with colleagues I heard the same exact experience from other co-workers. I do not like having my time and money wasted and most importantly I do not trust this place. They have lost a very good customer. Take your vehicle elsewhere if you want to be treated fair.

These guys set a whole new level for professionalism. I could not be more impressed. After having an absolutely horrible experience with the previous shop, Nick at Ken Towerys took customer service above and beyond. Not only did he work really hard to get all the parts for my vehicle but he made sure it was ready the same day. Just outstanding, simply and utterly outstanding! I will make a point to refer everyone I know for anything they need from tires to a time up! Never have I ever had such an easy experience with a mechanic shop. Definitely going back for any future mechanical necessities.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment and even though they were a worker short, they were able to take my car and put a patch on my tire in a couple hours. Great customer service and future recommendations for my car. Will return in future!

3rd time I ve take my car in for various repairs/maintenance. Every time I ve received excellent service and great prices. Staff is great and will work with you to get you what you need. Definitely would recommend this location.

Horrible experience. Wouldn t recommend this business to anybody. I show up Saturday for my appointment and am turned away, because their truck lift is down. I come back Tuesday for my new appointment they made and it s not on their schedule. It takes them 4 hours to do a single oil change, and when it comes time to pay they don t honor the discount they promised for my wait.

All the staff were incredibly nice and a pleasure to deal with! These guys really helped me out tremendously and restored my faith in humanity. I really do appreciate it guys! I rarely go to a shop, but when I do, I know where I'm going from now on.

I could not recommend this location and service more. Fast, courteous and professional! We were in town for Keenland and the game and picked up 2 nails on the way. They got us in fast on a Saturday morning and took great care of us. Thank you!

Beware and get a second opion ! This branch of Ken Towerys is what gives garages a bad name. I have used the Broadway location for years with great service. On this occasion Broadway's technician was out for a funeral so they sent me to the Newtown location. My 2019 Hyundai Tucson with 26,000 miles had a P0420 error code which is O2 sensor trouble. I droped my car off and was told they would call with an estimate. A few hours later they called and said it would be $720 to replace the two O2 sensors ($150 dollars worth of parts) with no guarantee it would fix it and may still require a new catalytic converter ! Remember it only has 26,000 miles. Knowing the parts were less than $150, I went and pick my car up. On the way how less than a mile another warning code came up P0036 which is a communication error with the O2 senor. So i turned around and went back and ask if they had disconnected anything and was told that "no they only hooked it up to the computer" and that it was just part of the 02 senors going out. Next day I took it to another garage and they inspected it and found that the rear 02 sensor had been disconnected causing the P0036 ! They plugged it back in an advised me to just run a Catalytic Converter cleaner through it and that should take car of the P0420 code. This garage apologized for Ken's deceptive practices and charged nothing. I ran the cleaner through like instructed and the P0420 coded has gone away and its been 3 weeks ! Beware of this location.

Tim the General Manager approached me and listened to what my truck was doing. He treated me like family and not like a customer. They came back after their test drive and looking and told me that not all of the work I thought it needed was required. So they saved me money and fixed the problem. This is an excellent store. I'm glad I stopped there. That manager Tim deserves a lot of praise for how well ran it is.

Had a little issue with my tires not being in stock when I arrived for my appointment. Nick went above & beyond to get my requested brand of tire by the next morning. Upon arrival the following day, my tires had already been delivered. The guys got me taken care of & had my car ready in time for me to travel to Louisville for a mandatory event. I couldn't be happier with the service I received & I highly recommend this location. I have been in management for years & must say that Nick makes a great manager.

Always is a issue with the technician. Some times don t have technician or sometimes have to leave early. I scheduled with a lady by the phone for 2pm and comes to be told they can t do the service because the technician will not be able to finish on time because leave at 4pm. Even the sistem provides you to schedule for 5pm but then they can t because don t have technician. This is a hoy place to have a good shop if someone is interested. I don t understand how this place still open.

Took hours even with an appointment. Told right off the bat to replace tires if needed. After 2 hours, told I had nails in 2 tires. They did NOT fix. I had to wait another 30 minutes for replacement and then alignment was STILL NOT DONE!

In June of 2021I purchased 4 tires at this location and it was less than a pleasant experience I don't usually do reviews but I had to have AAA tow my car there for tire repairI I was taken care of by Ashley she definitely changed my opinion. She was kind efficient and professional, job well done Thank you Ashley

I've given this place a few chances. They continue to disappoint. Read this review if you have options and are considering places to take your vehicle. First, I paid for a simple oil change, and my car was left filthy inside and out. One of the employees had grease and oil all over his clothes. My leather seats and steering wheel were left filthy.I decided this was probably a fluke, so I gave them a 2nd try. This time, I paid for an oil change and a simple tire rotation and balance. This visit was the last straw. My 2020 CR-V now has permanent damage the two front rims. Apparently the machinery they use to balance wheels causes damage to rims. This same session, the two wheels that were damaged also lost air pressure every night. I filled them up 3 mornings in a row, then drove back to the shop and told them there is a problem. They re-sealed the tires and put in new stems, then the air leaking stopped.While I was there, I showed them the damage they caused. The reply I got was "You should expect damage when you have your car worked on.". So you're telling me, if I go to any TIRE shop and ask for routine balancing, they will tell me to expect my rims to be damaged? I call BS on that. Lets not even point out the fact that I paid $30 to have ALL FOUR wheels balanced, and you only damaged the front 2. Which means you didn't even bother touching my back wheels (in this case, I'm grateful for that).I went back and forth whether or not to even leave a review. What ultimately set me over the top was the dismissal. "You should expect damage". Really? A simple apology and assurance that you will inspect your machinery would have been enough. Use this shop at your own risk. By using them "you should expect damage" to your vehicle.

If you can avoid this establishment do so. I went in for new brakes while I was traveling and ended up waiting 6 hours for them to complete the job because they ordered the wrong parts. Then they didn t even bleed the brakes lines correctly so I had to go to another shop to get that fixed.

Nick Rinesmith is the best Manager I have dealt with in a good many years. Polite, knowledgeable and helpful and does not use each maintenance visit as an opportunity to upsell $1,000 worth of unexpected repairs.

Such a nice group of men there at Ken Towery s! I came in needing some blinker fluid for my car, and they were more than happy to provide me with some for free! I will definitely be coming back!

I am extremely pleased with the service at Ken Towerys. They went above and beyond my expectations. I found out I had a nail in the tire at 540PM with plans for traveling that weekend for a vacation. They were able to accommodate me last minute and repair the tire, despite a very busy schedule and with mechanics scheduled to leave for the day. The shop manager Timothy Ray was very polite and accommodating. The mechanic that repaired my vehicle, James, stayed late to help me with the tire repair and get me back on the road. I will be coming back here with any needs/concerns for the foreseeable future!

I have gone to the Ken Towery, Louie Pl. location on two separate occasions over the last two months. Each time, I frantically needed a vehicle repair done and had nowhere else to turn either because of the day or the time of day that I was calling. Both times, this location not only fit me into their already busy schedules, but performed excellent and flawless repair work on my vehicle as well. The staff at this location are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The technicians are always friendly and Nick is very professional and friendly as well at the front desk. I will definitely return to this location in the future. Thank you Nick and crew.

I had made an appointment for inspection on my Jeep Cherokee Exhaust Issues at 2;00pm and I get there early and the Employee tells me that they don't do Exhaust and if it needs welding that I need to go to Exhaust Pro. So I tell him that I went on the Website and it says that they do repair for the Exhaust and I am upset that they wasted my time and gas going to Ken Towerys on Leestown Rd when i could have went elsewhere. They did not even looked at my vehicle yet and assumed that they dont fix the Exhaust. The Management need to remove that off from their Website if they can't fix Exhaust Issues.

I travel a lot for work so I have to bring my car in for an oil change about once a month. The manager is always friendly and welcoming, the staff in general is always very professional. The work done is always top notch and I will continue coming to Ken Towery because of the level of professionalism and top notch work they have performed for me.
