This is the second time I have come here for repairs. As soon as I accidentally backed my car into my house (oops), I immediately knew who I wanted to fix it! They did a great job the first time with another vehicle in 2017 and I knew that they would do great job again! I feel like the quote I was given to fix it was very reasonable. I didn t have to schedule an appointment months out just to get a quote like other collision centers. They were able to get me in pretty quickly. I appreciated the calls letting me know if the price changed. They work quickly and efficiently! My car was ready to be picked up in about a week and a half!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My wife was hit by someone and took her car here to be fixed. This place did an excellent job! Very professional and fast. Car looks brand new! This is the place to go for a great repair!

Took my car here in the summer to have my rear passenger door repaired from an accident. It took about 2 weeks for the repair to be complete, and mostly because they were waiting for the parts to come in. Chance, one of the workers, called me several times throughout the repair to give me updates on my car and was very sweet & respectful the entire time. When my car was finally ready to be picked up, I noticed the screen on my touch-screen radio was peeling off, and it wasn t like that when I dropped off the car before. I asked Chance if they knew what happened and she found out it was a mistake that one of the new-hires made when cleaning my car (they sprayed the wrong cleaner). Chance apologized profusely and promised the business would pay to have my radio replaced. They kept their word and did an amazing job repairing it. I appreciate having a reliable business that I can count on to take good care of me and I definitely plan to come back for future auto-work! I highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A WOMAN!!!!! Went there get my bumper fixed and they tried to scam me out of OVER $2,000. When I went to go pick my car up, I only had $1,000 left to pay (I paid for parts prior), and they said I owned over $3,000 stating that they found "other damage". I never got a single call or email to approve this $2,000 extra work and they tried to put it back on me. DO NOT LET THEM DO THAT. I paid what I said I was owed previously ($1,000) and left with my car.

My 2023 Honda was rear-ended and the best decision I made was taking it to Joe Hudson's Collision for repairs. They made everything easy for me from coordinating with my insurance company, assisting with car rental coordination, keeping me informed every step of the way, etc. Everyone from the front office staff (who were a real pleasure to get to know) to the manager to the service personnel were professional, personable, and committed to a job well done.

Communication about our vehicle was terrible! Was told it would take 3-5 days to repair--they had it for 16 days. I understand things happen once you get into the repair--all I ask for is communication!

Please do not go here! Not only did they not repair it correctly, they promised to repair it and never followed through. I was ghosted by the company.Reply to comment: This part was supposed to arrive April 2nd and I was told it was shipped. If it was backordered, this information would have been communicated and I would not have been ignored. It is now April 12th, and no communication since the 4th, despite contacting the manager directly.

Great big thank you to Collision Care. The car our three kids share, a 2003 Civic , experienced an accident with only body damage. The car is worth more to us that the $ we would have gotten when insurance totaled it because of cost to repair back to 100%. Collision care found used parts and helped save the car. They came under estimate and did a great job. She is not perfect, now having a few different shades of gray/silver, but we were not going for perfect. Great working with Mark. We highly recommend Collision Care!!

Collision Care has the best customer service of any company that I have ever experienced. Their webpage says that "they work for you" and they do. There was very good communication and they actively worked to find a solution that was what I needed.I have an older vehicle and was paying out-of-pocket so they found used parts of the right color that didn't need to be painted. They ordered and checked the parts, and showed them to me for approval prior to repairing my vehicle. The results were great for my old truck and the cost was a fraction of other estimates that I had received.

I am a customer for life! My car was hit while parked overnight at a hotel. It has an extremely difficult red color to match. Collision Care went out of their way to keep me informed of the progress of the repair, and the effort it took to get the color to match. Chance is amazing! My Mazda is back to looking beautiful. When I first called, I didn't even have to wait for an estimate. Other places had me make appointments two weeks out, just for a quote. The quoted price was great, repair time took a little longer than promised, only because of supply chain paint issues, but I wanted it perfect, and let them to know to keep it as long as possible. My daughter was attending school in Lexington, KY and we live in IL. She was involved in a car accident at school. Collision Care was one of the first places I called. They (Chance) were friendly from the first contact and even helped set us up with a tow truck to have the car towed. All the insurance information she gave was overwhelming, but she made the process simple and took the time to answer all our questions. After an inspection of the damage, they deemed the car to be a total loss and handled the insurance company communication multiple times until our insurance company agreed to the right decision. We were grateful to have someone like her on our side, especially dealing with the insurance company.

Very professional (Jess and Mark), great working with them to get my SUV fixed good as new, smooth and seamless, and took care of everything with other party s insurance (Farm Bureau- side note very good reps, very quick claim processing, cut check within a few days!). Mine was an extremely positive experience with excellent results- highly recommend Collision Care! Berna

Went to get an estimate and was treated very respectfully and Chance was very transparent with the work needed done, and the price for the job. Will be taking my car there for any work needed in the future. Update: brought my car back here so they could fix the paint damage on my car. They had it for a little over a week, which was very acceptable. Also, they did a great job on my car. It looked just like it did the day I drove it off the lot when I first bought it. I will definitely come back here if there is ever a need to!

Wow, from start to finish, wow. This company went above and beyond making me feel heard and working with me to make sure my needs were met. It started with a very messy insurance claim where I was hit by a hit and run and it was under investigation. Jessica walked me through the process and helped me with verbiage I needed to present to my insurance. When my car was finally able to be serviced everything was handled so gracefully. The time in the shop was minimal and the results were amazing. They did everything in their power to make my life easier. Could not recommend a better place!

This locally owned and operated shop goes above and beyond. They washed, waxed, and detailed the inside when all I needed done was a lower bumper cover replacement. Highly recommend if you have body work needing done. Don t look any further then collision care. Thanks guys. The front end of my Dodge Charger took heavy damage after an unfortunate incident with a semi. I was devastated at how bad it looked. The reviews for this Body shop looked great, so I entrusted the repair of my car to them and they exceeded my expectations. My car looks fresh and like new, and they even cleaned out the inside of my car REALLY well (it was gross in there). Getting my car back from them was like getting it fresh off the dealer lot again. Jessica and the rest of the staff were so helpful. Most of my contact was with Jessica, who was friendly, informative, and very professional. She kept me in the loop and called me whenever necessary to update me on my car. There were a couple of small hiccups in the final product that she jumped on to have fixed immediately, which I appreciate immensely. I highly recommend their service.

This was by far the best experience I ve ever had when it comes to auto repairs! I m horrible with names, but I believe the lady at the front desk named chance has the absolute BEST customer service and knowledge I ve ever seen. She gave me a very fair quote, pointed out all of the potential possibilities of more unseen potential damage, and stayed in touch providing me with updates throughout the whole process! And to end it all, they provided a full detailed car wash as well! Just because of her alone. If I m ever needing this service again I ll be giving this place a call! Just WOW! I had the absolute best experience with Collision Care this week. I am overly protective of my car and am always weary of taking it to new shops. A few months ago, my car's clear coat began peeling badly on the front bumper cover under each headlamp and I managed to back into something and dent the rear bumper pretty severely. After getting fed up with the imperfections I decided it was time to get some price quotes on repair. First, I tried South Broadway collision and I received a price quote of $2100 that nearly made me faint (I'm a broke UK pharmacy student). I thought the quote was very unfair as they wanted to buy a whole new rear bumper and they quoted the time on front bumper cover removal (not even repair-just removal!) as 4 hours. I have removed that part a jack and a few wrenches in less time than that with no clue what I was doing. At this point I'm terrified, but I drive to Collision Care to see what they could do for me. Immediately, the service was phenomenal and friendly. They told me they could repair the rear cover good as new without buying a new part and would fix the front without taking the bumper off for less than $900! Uhh yeah, deal! Three days later I arrive to see that the work was better than I could have ever imagined. My car looks brand new and they even detail cleaned the interior for me. The paintwork is amazing and I'm just so thrilled with the whole process. Thank you Collision Care, you earned my business.

I am a new customer to Collision Care and was very impressed with the proactive customer service and integrity of the guys who work there. I had to replace my rear bumper opted for a second hand bumper so they will paint it white to match my cars color. They gave me a very competitive quote; they got the work done quickly and went above and beyond to fix other issues with frame which they did not anticipate at the time of quote. They did a very good job. I would highly recommend this service center for your collision repair needs.

Wonderful experience. Chance was wonderful to talk too. She communicated through the whole process and even handled some difficulties we had through the process. Was very upfront about there could be other damage show, which as usual there was significant damage. Was sent pictures of before and after they fixed my car. These are fantastic people and did a great job on my fender! I finally feel like I found a shop that won t bs me, they really care about their customers. They dealt with insurance and my rental for me and communicated very well so I was always aware of what s going on. Only issue I have which is really strange is that the interior of my car was pretty dirty when I picked it up. I had a bunch of coins in my cup holder that got dumped into the center console, also my seats and even my ceiling are covered in dirt/dust/flakes. Not sure about that but otherwise very good.

Collision Care has provided excellent service to my various vehicles through the years. I recently needed the hood of my Honda Accord repainted and the service technicians went above and beyond in doing a wonderful job repainting it and even touching up spots around the car, free of charge. It was a such a wonderful surprise to see the car look almost new when I picked it up! I highly recommend Collision Care for any car repair needs.

I am new to the area, and had to rely on reviews I read on Google to find a place to fix the clear coat coming off the top of my car. All the wonderful things written about Collision Care from the reviews is true! I cannot say enough good things about them. They not only gave me a very competitive quote to get my car fixed, but they also worked with my schedule and offered to do it that weekend even though they were backed up. They gave me a free rental car for the weekend and when I picked up my car they had fixed multiple other cosmetic problems on my car for free, including giving me the left over body paint for my car. I highly recommend this family owned business for all car body repairs!!

I've had two repairs done by Collision Care now, and both have been fast and well done. The people are friendly, turnaround time is great, and prices have been either lower or about the same as any other estimates I've had done. I don't see myself ever taking my car anywhere else for collision work.

Collision Care took the absolute best care of my car. I brought it in after a fender bender and Mark (owner) walked me through the estimate step by step. I love the fact that they have a computer screen for the customer so that you can see exactly what you're being charged for. Once I picked the car up, he walked out to it with me and told me that at no cost they defogged my headlamps and touched up another scratch that I had made no mention of. These people are very professional and I will make sure to tell all of my friends about them.
