I have had consistently good experiences every time I come here. The staff are super friendly, prompt, professional, but also up front about how long things will take and how much things will cost. I drive farther from home to get to this shop because I trust them! The last time I got my oil and brake pads changed, they even bundled in a headlight cleaning for free (see below for the "before" on the right and the "after" on the left). Good people, good service.

We always trust Jiffy Lube to take care of our 2014 Xterra Pro 4X. The car has over 150,000 miles and runs perfectly. We are roadies, and this was an on-the-road visit to Lexington, Kentucky, to get ready for a long run to San Diego, California. Oil change, filters checked (filters were fine, no scam to change them!), checked all fluids and performed their usual 20-point inspection. Turns out all we needed was an oil change. Full synthetic this time, for our aging girl. Excellent service by Javon who took care of us, Elijah who took our payment, and upper bay tech Michael who was so efficient and careful.HIGHLY recommend this location for their expert care of our car, and for their honesty and ethics.

This place is awesome! Destiny, I think she s the manager really helped me out! I bought a Groupon thinking that was all I was going to have to pay and I didn t have the money to pay the tax and the cabin filter I needed and she helped me out so I was able to get it! Like, she went into her own pocket for me! Now that is customer service to the max!!!! No matter what! I ll be coming back here every 3 months or 3000 miles!!!! I came into this shop today and I cant even begin to tell you how impressed I am with this service. First of all, destiny the GM is absolutely incredible. I will never go anywhere else. Her team is amazing, attentive and punctual. They all have smiles and are so high-energy. I felt so 2anted when I came in today. I'd give 1 millions tars if I could. top. Notch. Service.

These guys do an amazing job and the customer service is fantastic. Vehicle inspection was done quickly and efficiently, they did a fantastic job changing a headlight bulb, and they were quick about getting the tires aired up! Thanks y all, I will definitely be back!Service: TiresService: Tires

I believe that this store is telling every single customer that brings in their car for service that their air and cabin filters are very dirty and need to changed. I get oil changes done every 2-4 weeks at my local garage and I am almost positive they check at least my air filter each time and there has never been an issue. But not just me but a woman before me and after me all got told both of the filters in our cars needed to be changed. I guarantee that I will NEVER return to this store to be completely ripped off. Very bad business :(

This is the best place to come for oil changes and car maintenance. The guys here are amazing and know what there talking about. Caylen is an amazing worker there he really knows his stuff. If you want a good place to get your car looked at or just a simple oil change I refer you to come to this store. There an awesome team that s works here!!!!!!!!

Destiney(I believe she is the Manager) is amazing! She had excellent customer service skills by giving a very accurate quote, for a double axle brake service (that I didn t know about), letting me know the best time to come in and what to expect while I was there. I really appreciated the workers helping me by allowing me to determine if I needed new Brake Pads/Rotors completely. Everyone went out of their way to give above and beyond service for me which was really appreciated. Destiney s ability to make you feel comfortable with the work that is being done to your car is the reason I ll be making this place my go-to place from here on out.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes

Caylen was very professional and helpful while giving me my Uber vehicle inspection very informative about my vehicle as well the staff that assisted him was very professional and patient as well. This is also where I come for my oil changes and it s a great and fast experience everytime!! 10/10 definitely recommend anyone to come here for service.

The staff and management team have provided exceptionally kind and prompt service on every visit. I have never felt pressured to add on additional services or treated unfairly for saying no to the latter. I can't say thank you enough for the consistent attention to detail.

Lied to my friends face about her car troubles. I am a certified mechanic that had her car in the shop a week prior. I told her to go get her oil changed because I didn't have time. Jiffy lube proceeded to tell her she needed a bunch of new stuff that she didn't and took a $50 job and raised it to hundreds. Go somewhere else for honesty

Great service! We were traveling out of town and needed our alternator replaced, they got us in within 15 minutes of arriving. Destiny has great energy and was super helpful! Definitely recommend

Workers here are very friendly, funny, and have phenomenal efficiency! Headlight cleaning process was satisfying to watch AND my headlights went from yellow to crystal clear in 5-10 minutes!

Destiny was extremely professional and helpful during my oil service. She found a few other issues that were wrong abs needed attention but she took the time to come out and explain or show me exactly why it was an issue and the best action to take to remedy the problem. You can tell she s very knowledgeable and that she cares. I won t go anywhere else for my care services going forward. The entire staff is the same way and extremely friendly. I ve used this location several times before and have been pleased enough to come back. Now it s under new management and they were incredible. Destiny, the manager, explained the products without making me feel like an idiot, didn t pressure me and I didn t feel like she was just trying to up-sell me. Loved seeing both men and women on her staff, and they all clearly worked well as a team to get the job done quickly.
