I came in early morning before work for an oil change and it was super quick and I had plenty of time to spare before work. The employees also offered to vacuum my car. Super pleased with the care of the men working that day. I will continue to visit this location!

Drove right in and was out super quick today. I didn't get her name, but the young lady was fantastic. She reset the sensor which wasn't done at the last place I went. I'll be going back for my next oil change. Thanks so much for making it so easy

These guys are the best!! Got brakes here and done in no time. Just had mail in tire and fixed super FAST!! Friendly, professional and honest. Can t ask for better. Merry Christmas!!

Jiffy lube was great. I had to take my truck here to get the oil change, they done a great job, used the right oil, and took care of it quickly, friendly staff and very professional and willing to help, I will come here from now on, you can't go wrong with jiffy lube,

I can't say enough good things about the business Danny and the rest of the team are running here. Incredibly kind folks. It can typically be frustrating and nerve wracking to deal with car issues. All of those worries are put to bed when you work with these guys. No other place I would consider in town. Thanks for the great work!

I acquired a car that had been sitting for a while. Brought it in for inspection. Wonderful service, told me what was wrong and what I could wait on fixing and did not charge me for the inspection. Glad that there is honest car repair places left, this location will get all my business now.

After a frustrating experience at the Walmart Auto Center, Jiffy Lube came to the rescue!I waited nearly three hours at the Walmart Auto Center for a 20 minute oil change that never happened. I asked for my keys back and headed to Jiffy Lube.I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I should ve gone to Jiffy Lube first! Great people there!

The guys there this morning were absolutely wonderful! Store manager was very helpful and explained things to me very thoroughly. I will definitely be back to this location ! I had parked my car at Meijer parking lot on Nicholsville road an my EX cut 3 of my tires and I had to take them off my van an get new ones. However my lug nut was stripped an I could not get my tire off. Thank GOD Nathan at this Jiffy Lube location was available to help me he spent over an hour of his own time helping me. You did not find people like that any more especially at a place of business I cannot say enough nice things about jiffy lube and their employees especially Nathan thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart!!!�!

Wyatt and McKayla were awesome! I had a nail in my tire. In and out in 20 minutes. Also provided input about my vehicle to help with future tire repairs. Great experience!!

Updated review... 1/3/24. I pulled in with a dying battery at 5:50pm not knowing they closed at 6pm. The battery is in a horrendous location on my Ford Escape and takes quite a bit of dismantling to get to out (Auto Zone & Advanced Auto nearby would not install). However, Danny (Mgr) and Wyatt from Jiffy Lube went to work and stayed late to take care of me. This is the second time they went above and beyond for me with a car issue. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for all your auto needs. Thanks guys!

Dannie was SUPER down to earth and saved me a LOT of $$$$. From one short phone call and getting his answers to my Qs, I had my car towed from another unscrupulous auto shop (Ken Towery in Hamburg, just, NO.) to Jiffy Lube on Meijer Way. Dannie and his staff fixed the problem quickly at a **fraction** of what the other place charged and explained clearly what our car issues are, how he fixed it and what we need to do to maintain our car from now. His honesty and ability to explain car mechanics in a simple way plus his reasonable rates and fast, friendly customer service have earned our loyalty! Finding a good, polite, honest mechanic is possible! Highly recommend Dannie and staff at the Meijer Way Jiffy Lube!

I was very VERY impressed with this place. I usually go to valvoline because convenience of location and I went here because a friend said they were great. I got here super early like 20 mins before opening because I know how crazy these places can be and I assume it was the manager that opened up 10 minutes before opening for me to get in. He was a very nice guy and didn t not constantly ask about buying different packages like valvoline does. He literally did my oil change, replaced my wipers, filled the air in my tires, knew exactly why my oil was leaking (I ve been to valvoline dozens of times and they never said anything), and checked me out in 15 minutes BY HIMSELF. No one else was there because he opened up early for me. He also gave this fluid for improved gas mileage for free. I ve already told my gf and she s only coming here as well.

These folks are the absolute best. They're unique among quick service car care places around Lexington, in that they shoot straight and don't put needless pressure on you. They've been forthcoming and informative about what maintenance my car needs, and they're no strangers to throwing their customers a bone on occasion.If you need tire work, an oil change or brake work these are your folks.

I pulled in to the shop and was met with great attitudes and reassuring words. As a women it can be intimidating going to a mechanic. For me I don t know a lot about cars or how much things cost to fix, but Doug has always been very helpful in explaining what s going on and honest in his feedback on pricing and time to fix it.
