My first three experiences with this store were positive, but after the last time I will never do business with them again. I had AAA tow my van to their store to fix a flat tire. After waiting five hours they called me to say they couldn t fix the flat because all the tires were bad. They wanted $800 for the job and then said my van needed additional work done on the front. Since they refused to fix the flat I told them I would have it towed to another tire store. Then the man immediately said they just happened to have two tires in the store in my van s size to replace the front flat and the other one for $325.00. Since I needed my van and had already missed a day at work I bought the tires but will never go back.

This place is AMAZING! Amazing at finding the problem, & fixing it. Amazing at customer service.Max, the store manager, is the type of guy that you want on your team & the one under your car. Long story short, I am just like every other college student, & I don t have many coins to spare on unneeded things. Max took it upon himself to check my car & come back to tell me that I didn t need an alignment that I was told over the phone. An honest man! That s all that I ask for!They deliver your car to you with the biggest smile on their faces, too! (That s always a plus when you have to spend some big bucks)This place has gained my loyalty & I m so glad that I found them when I did.

They do not be doing they job the people don t listen to you after you asked them to do something and all they do is walk around and talking and not doing they job I was suppose to get something fix and it still wasn t done highly don t recommend

The staff here is wonderful! I showed up at 7:01am on a Monday morning with a screw in my tire and they were friendly, kind and super helpful. It's nice to see good customer service and a staff that seems to be actually invested in their work. I appreciate their outside the box thinking instead of just sending me on my way. Thanks again!!

I got an estimate of over $240.00 to recharge freon to my Tahoe 2007. I went to other places the estimate was $180.00. Of course I chose the other place.

I had paid $150 at a Auto Parts store and the salesmen were not able to help me replace my car battery. They worked for 45 minutes and was pulling the battery terminal out causing damage to my car. Luckily, I saw this Goodyear location and decided to drive over and ask if they could help. I walked in and was greeted by the friendly manager and explained my situation. He said he could take a look and asked for me to give him my key. I had forgot my dog was with me and was not expecting to have to go to a mechanic but he was SO kind, he said she could wait inside with me and it was so cold out. That meant so much to me that he included my fur baby. We waited inside in the very large, clean and comfortable waiting area. A few minutes later he comes back and said it was fixed. I was so relieved that they could fix it. I went to the counter and was preparing to pay and he told me there would be no charge. I was taken aback because not many businesses do anything out of the kindness of their heart anymore. This manager knows the credo is People over Profit and it did not go unnoticed. It made my bad situation resolved and made my day so much better. I cannot remember the managers name but thank you from me and my doggy. You definitely gained a future customer and restored my confidence that there are still good people out there. If you want to be appreciated for your business, then please stop by the Goodyear location on Southland Drive you will be happy you did.

Took my truck in to have them see what's wong with my fuelsystem. I was told the fuel pressure was good thats it for 70.00.I still have no idea what is wrong with my fuel system, but I do know I'am out 70 dollars for absolutely nothing. makes me wonder if they even looked at my truck. complete rip off. go somewhere else for auto repair these people are too lazy or incompetent to evaluate any problem you have.

Max the store manager at the south land drive location is wonderful. He was soooo patient with me. I had a difficult order with tires, not on good years behave. This gentleman was super friendly and did everything in is power to get me taken care of! Highly recommend .

This was my first experience having to purchase new tires for my car. Not only am I a broke grad student, I am also unfamiliar with the options, quality, and costs of car maintenance and repairs. Lucky for me, the store manager, Marsha, patiently walked me through my options and kindly answered all of my questions. She even generously helped by giving a fair negotiation of the cost. I highly recommended requesting the help of Marsha the next time you visit Goodyear. I know that I will be back to receive services from her the next time I need anything.

Appreciate James, Dylan and Taylor for their hard work and professional help getting us back on the road! They were courteous and efficient as they put safety first . They fixed our tire and answered any questions or concerns we had.

My tire went almost flat after hitting a pothole late in the afternoon. I called Goodyear on Southland Drive, and the store manager, Marsha, told me she d wait for me after closing time if i wanted to bring my car to her. She was extremely helpful and nice, and I ended up buying 4 much needed new tires from her at this location. The service was top notch, and I will definitely come back here when i need more tires.

This place and these people are great! I won t be taking my car anywhere else anytime soon. The manager helped me lower costs wherever possible and they worked hard to try to get my car out of the shop as soon as they could. Thank you, Goodyear!

On Feb 1st, at store #6236, I had 4 new Assurance All Weather tires and both the left and right inner tie rods replaced and a full alignment. Afterwards, my car was still pulling to the left. On the advice of my personal mechanic, I took it to store #6272 and Store Manager Dylan Woods. He and Technician Marc Burton were able to get a better calibration and now it tracks perfectly the way it used to do. Kudos to both Dylan Woods and Marc Burton for the great service! Thank you!

Max, Jackson, & Alex saved the day! I brought my VW beetle from out of town to the shop and Jackson was able to identify what the issue was within minutes. Each employee was incredibly patient and professional describing the issue and how they addressed it. A million thank you s to the team at Goodyear Store 6272!!

My father had a little bad luck and kind of whacked a curb today so he immediately went to Goodyear because he has dealt with them in the past and it has been good experiences. I felt so bad for him, but he got there and they got him right in and changed his tire and I just wanted to put on here how much I appreciate that. It is so good to know there is a place like that with good people that actually helps their customers no matter what. Quick, easy and no matter what with Goodyear, you are getting great quality. Great place and I want to say thank you to the entire staff at the Southland location for taking care of my father so quickly and thank you for treating him with kindness and respect. That kind of service just doesn't hardly exist anymore, so, Thank You! I recommend this location to anyone for any services they offer.

I feel as though I was treated fairly and with respect. Goodyear on Southland Drive was recommended to me by two different people who had both been customers at this location. Both had also told me to ask for Marsha. As a matter of fact, Marsha was the first person to greet me when I walked in. I appreciate good customer service and will return to this Goodyear in the future!

Excellent service! Elliot and Jeff listened to me explain my needs and told me what was going to happen before they serviced my car. They were very patient with me when I could not get in touch with my wife, deciding to go with 2 new tires but got in touch with her later and changed the order to 4 new tires - even though they had to call the Richmond Road store back to get them delivered. Chad the technician did a super job and kept my car clean! Job well done as usual guys!

Marsha at the good year has been super helpful every time I have been in! Today especially as they could not get to my vehicle before they closed. Instead of just telling me to come back they granted me with a gift certificate with a free oil change. The employees have all been very nice and polite and I appreciate their hospitality. If I could give 6 stars I would!

I had another satisfying experience at Goodyear on Southland Drive. The store manager, Marsha was, as usual, friendly, helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. She makes every visit pleasant and I trust her and her staff completely with my vehicle. Five stars, for sure!

I enjoyed my experience at Goodyear. I got a set of 4 tires. They installed them but did not align them, as I refused to pay that too. However I only paid $717.00 and got a good laugh talking to the other customer in the waiting room. Pleasant saving $300. A little scary not being aligned. Going to have them aligned.

Had 4 new tires, brake rotors and pads, oil changed, and front and rear alignment done there Saturday. Dylan, Dan and all the guys were very professional, informative and courteous. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Marsha is very responsive and has always taken great care of both of our cars. The whole team does a great job of explaining what is wrong and the best way to approach a solution. Our family has been going here for years and we plan to continue that tradition.

Dylan at Goodyear on Southland spent 45 minutes with my car and gave me a clear and detailed analysis of what was wrong with the tires that the original dealer s service shop was never clear about. He charged nothing. This is a competent and friendly place and I recommend it.

Really friendly and helpful front desk staff. She takes time to explain what the mechanics observed, and told me they don't make money off commissions for parts. Therefore, I prefer going here for repairs rather than my dealership because I don't feel like I'm getting "scammed" to buy things I don't need for my car.

My appointment was at 130 and I was told it'd be ready around 330. I was expecting an oil change and tires rotated. My car was done right at closing. And when I was asking questions about the tires and stuff I didn't get very reassuring answers. I travel 164 and 75 alot with my kids so piece of mind is nice and I didn't get that here. I understand places are understaffed. Thats the whole reason I made an appointment.

This is the best place in town to buy tires. They went above and beyond to help us. Prices were very good, and the service was outstanding. Marsha and her team really seem to care about providing quality service. They went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed as quickly as possible.

After doing some research about car repair/maintenance services in the Lexington area, I found Goodyear Auto Service and decided to give the location a try. I made an appointment online the night before (which was an easy experience as I was able to choose what I wanted to get done during the appointment and receive an approximate price) and arrived on time for my service the next day. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient, and quickly took my keys to start the service, giving me a time quote of one or so hours to complete the list of things that I wanted to get accomplished (and it was a LOT---i.e. oil change, tire rotation, 29 point inspection, brake checks, etc.) After almost two hours, everything was complete and ready to go with no attempt to sell unnecessary services. I was extremely pleased with this visit and will be back for any future car issues/concerns/maintenance.Also, there are some really cool local shops near the Goodyear store that you can check out while waiting for your car!
