Five-star experience every time. I ve bought 7 or 8 used cars from Don Jacobs over the last decade and it s always been a pleasant experience. Not to mention, the professional sales people as well as the sales managers. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership and their service department has always been great as well, so if you re looking for a used car, I would check them out first.

I bought a used Honda minivan online from Don Jacobs on Dec 31, 2022. While the team was courteous and kind, I feel misled about the details of the purchase.About a month after driving off the lot, the van needed extensive repair (about $4000 worth). A new timing belt, water pump, new brakes/rotors (which I were told were in very good condition), and I had to fix an oil leak (I was assured there were none in the sales process), among other regular maintenance issues.I was told that the van was in good shape and completely safe for my family. It was sold as is and so had no warranty, and I understand that. However, there was a significant breakdown either within the Don Jacobs team, or there is a gap between what the sales team says and actual reality.All this said, I would seriously hesitate before buying from Don Jacobs (especially their used inventory). At the very least, do not buy from them without an independent inspection. I understand my part in the process, and I've learned a lesson - however I would caution anyone from trusting the sales team here without verifying that what they say is true.

My family and I went to the store this past Saturday 2/4/23 looking to trade in my car. We had researched and found what seemed to be a good reliable vehicle to purchase, a 2021 Honda HRV, which we were going to pay cash money up front for. Working with the salesman was a breeze. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. Once we started the negotiation part of the process is where things went bad. My trade in was a older model car that had some issues and we were well aware that we were not going to get top dollar for it. After trying several times to negotiate and my family and I beginning to walk out the door, a man that I can assume was the main finance officer stopped us to see what our top dollar would be which was about $2000 dollars less than what he could go on that particular vehicle. His trade in offer on my car was extremely low and he stated that it was a " piece of junk" and asked "What did we expect?" I understand that the car I was bringing in was 15 years old and had some issues. His tone, words, and actions on the other hand I felt were completely uncalled for. I left there and went to a competitor dealer and made an excellent deal on another vehicle. I WILL/WOULD NOT ever recommended this dealership to any family or friends in the future.

I would not recommend shopping at Don Jacobs. They knew my budget and made a fake deal to get me to come in to the dealership and didn t follow through on it. Then they tried to make me feel like I was in the wrong.I didn t appreciate how I was treated here and will not be doing business there in the future.
