Three strikes - you re out Don. 2017 Chevrolet 3500 LTZ Dually. Over the last two years - First visit, I dropped off my truck and it took ALL day to program two key fobs. Second Visit, dropped truck off ALL day to have someone just drive it to tell me nothing was wrong with my transmission. Third visit dropped truck off on a Monday morning after a month long wait for my appointment. Truck sat on the lot ALL day with no progress. Tuesday truck was finally brought in after I found it outside first thing in the morning and demanded to know what was happening. Work began on the truck early afternoon, service department replaced a single front end component after I expected several critical components to be replaced and the technician left a large grease smudge on my upper driver door. I also expected them to replace the driver front marker light which was done but the technician did not reinstall my fender support bracket and I had to return to retrieve it to install it myself. The passenger side mirror had either been hit by accident or pulled apart on purpose. None the less driving north on 75 post repair the lower component of the mirror came off and flapped around damaging the mirror AND breaking the ambient temp sensor wiring. I repaired the wiring but my lower mirror is still damaged. After three unsatisfactory visits I will not return. I had thought about purchasing a new Denali Dually but it won t happen here. With the quality and timeliness (lack thereof) I certainly wouldn t purchase a new vehicle as returning for warranty work would no doubt take an act of Congress.

There should be an option for zero stars.I sent my 2016 Buick Regal there to be serviced since I had a check engine light on. I told the mechanic that my oil sensor has already been replaced and I took it to 2 other mechanics before I took to Don Franklin. The Don Franklin mechanics replaced the oil sensor again and that cost me $300! Next, they said it was my ECM, ECU and they were going to charge me $1500. No joke guys, this module is a plug and play and you need NO tools to replace the ECU. It's actually easier than replacing the battery. The part only cost me $200. They refuse to give me back my $300 for troubleshooting steps I had already done twice. This place is a joke!

110% recommend Don Franklin Auto. Katrina was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all the car details before and after the sale. Everyone on their team gave us attention and again 110%. We would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and especially Katrina.

We worked with Darryl and traded in our two cars. We were so indecisive and test drove a ton of cars. We went with a beautiful brand new 2023 Hyundai Tucson! The financing manager really went to work for us and so did our salesman. He made the whole process as easy as it could be! 10/10 recommending everyone to this dealership and to Darryl!

I bought a used car about 2 months ago from Daryl who is just the greatest. It was making a popping noise when turning left that we had discussed on purchase. Unfortunately the wait for the dealership was so long because they are so short staffed. So I took it to a mechanic who looked at it then took the report up to the shop. Richard C. is going above and beyond to making sure that my car is fixed. This is our second vehicle we have gotten from this dealership and we look forward to a lifetime of purchasing from them. They truly go above and beyond for the average joe. We are so thankful to be apart of the Don Franklin family

Had a great experience. CJ was great to work with and very personable. Not too loud and crazy feeling like some dealerships. Offered full tour of technology and truck, and not rushed at all. Truck was on front line, but not PDI'd yet. At close of sale I was asked if I could wait for delivery, but when I said no, they got it done with no argument, and got it done.

My experience with the buick dealership is by far the best car buying experience I have had. From our salesperson, staff, and financing, they hit all of the marks. Some other dealers may have more selection on the lot, but Don Franklin can get what you want. If you are looking for service and integrity, I highly recommend it.

Poor service. Nothing but monkeys those Nissan workers installed one nut if a wrong size, broke one stud and forgot to install another. Multipoint inspection before selling is so great that it missed that as well as wrong sized wheels, misalignment, few broken parts and a whole bunch of other good stuff. Managers ignored me after purchase.

Great experience from the sales team all the way to finance. We went to the Lexington Kentucky location. No hassling or feeling like your being taken advantage of. We bought 2 vehicles 2 weeks apart. My truck was in London Ky and they had it there in 2 1/2 hours for me to look at.Misty Roberts was our sales rep she is great. She spent a lot of time making sure we were happy with the car and kept my kids occupied.If she's not there talk to J Bond (007) he is awesome too. He doesnt hound you over a sale either. Tevis is a manager on the floor he is great. I didn't have to spend 3 hours on the lot trying to negotiate price. Everything was fair from the start.And James Anderson is in finance he is quick and detail oriented to get you out quickly with the best option for financing.We will be doing business with these guys for a long time. If you are looking for a vehicle they probably have it on one of their lots. Don't waste time with other lots.

Very friendly staff and they're understanding of life's mishaps and unexpected. They'll help you regardless of your financial statue and will do anything in their power to help you get what you want and for you to leave happy. Great place to work. They don't pinpoint all a person's downfalls but instead actually try to help you and the way they welcome you and make you feel like you've been there for years.

This dealer uses bait and switch schemes to get you in the door.I was looking for a 2011 Pathfinder (113k miles, $12k) when the online sales told me it was available. When I went in, I was told the vehicle was being sold wholesale, as it needed $3k worth of repairs and it was not lucrative for them to sell it to a customer. They would not show me the vehicle or the inspection results. They said they list cars online immediately after trade-in, even before the inspection. Another salesman told me it just needed a few things and that "someone here must want it." I talked to a manager named Jeff, who assured me that was not the case and the vehicle must be in desperate need of repair. Jeff also told me it was the online salesman's job to get me in the door, in order to find something more expensive. I was later informed that a service employee purchased the Pathfinder 3 hours after I had shown up to look at it. The employee would fix it himself, as the work needed was not extensive. This business is unethical, immoral, and illegal. I was lied to by 3 different people, 3 different times. Do not purchase from Don Franklin.

Blake (Service Rep) and Matt Gray(Grey) the Manager has always been honest, upfront, and genuine with me since day one. I had my vehicle serviced here since I bought the vehicle. They have been everything opposite you hear about a car dealership, these guys/ladies have always treated me and my vehicle with utmost respect. You are truly more than just customer number 21345009 at Don Franklin - very customer centered. I had my transmission replaced in my vehicle due a defect but they gave me a renal for entire month. They didn't charge me anything due to warranty - which is normal but additionally they touched up a scratch. I would strongly recommend.

I wish they had a negative stars on here. I had the worst experience I've ever had with a car dealership which is saying alot considering Dan Cummins is pretty bad. I went with a friend to buy a car the other day. From the beginning the salesman was acting very shady and treating her like she was an idiot. At this point I step outside because I don't do well with idiocy. Fast forward an hour later and I step back inside because I get a text about the price of the car and it's highly overpriced and the salesman has just told her that this is the best deal she will get on the car and if she didn't jump on it they had a friend coming to buy the car that night. I then inform her if they are willing to lie and stoop to that level for a car sale and to take advantage of a single mother I would walk away. Thankfully she did because being blatantly taken advantage of should never be ok especially when it's at the expense of a single mother let alone any human being. Needless to say I will do everything in my power to keep people away from here and Dan Cummins. Both have shady business practices and will do anything to make a buck.

I absolutely love the Don Franklin service center. I bought a 2015 murano, in 2018. I've had all service done through the dealership. I've been told things cost more going through the dealership, but it would have voided my warranty. Even with my warranty elapsed, I still choose this service because it is the best! I don't think it's more expensive than it's WORTH at all. They take care of you, they never push extras, they make sure you understand and they're patient and kind with questions. Recently I had an issue with my sunroof being stuck open. I called about it and was told to come on by. How amazing is that?! They reset it and fixed it up on the spot. This is truly a wonderful car service provider with some of the nicest men and women I've encountered in this business. Thank you so much!

Dawn is great! She gets everything taken care of in a timely manner and is always nice. I hope she gets the appreciation she deserves! Also, thanks to Enrique for repairing my truck. Having purchased 2 cars from this dealership in the past few years I thought I d give them a shot again.My son and his girlfriend were waiting in their car for me to show up and look at a Toyota they had on the lot and see if we could make a deal. Unfortunately an employee came out and told my son they can t wait there and they need to leave. His exact words were go wait over at CarMax .Well that s exactly what we did.They sure don t mind letting you sit in their showroom for hours dragging out a deal but I guess you can t sit in your car on the lot anymore.There are too many car dealerships around to give any of them a second chance any more.

Spoke with Sales Person Bob Glass, we were aware we were going to need a co-signer because our credit was not the best. We had a co-signer, with decent credit. Bob calls me and makes the comment he don t get paid to set on the phone, he gets paid to sale cars however, he was not willing to run our co signers credit. He was very rude & disrespectful. He is genuinely only in it for the money, he did not want to help us. I recommended finding another sales person or going to a different location. We came down to Don Franklin London & will be purchasing our car. You missed out on that one BOB! Shame on you.

They were great . Had my car at another shop .they did not want to repair . Decided to take it to a dealership. It was the best choice I made . Should have went there first . Told me what I needed to get my vehicle repaired total price . Nothing added after price quote . Very friendly . Thank you Chris you guys did a great job . Sorry my car was so dirty inside .

I scheduled a time to test drive a vehicle on their website fir the Lexington location.The website let me schedule it a half hour before the sales department even opened. Once I realized that I waited on the lot until 9am and called the number they had posted all over the lot due to COVID. I informed the person I talked to where I was parked, color and make of my vehicle that I was sitting in due to rain, I also informed them of the vehicle I was interested in. After 25 minutes no one came by. I called the number again, was told they would have a salesmen come out, another ten minutes and no one came by. I even stood next to the vehicle I was looking to purchase, a $30k price tag. Nothing.Called back and explained I had now been there 34 minutes after opening, and made two calls describing where I was parked and which vehicle I was interested in. Third person I talked to asked me to go into Hyundai office and wait on manager. Really? The hold message for phone calls talk about respect and trust. If you can not respect my time why should I trust you? I indicated this to person who took my call, they indicated manager would call me back.Let me please note that I had test driven a similar car and it would have been a choice between the one on the Don Franklin lot and another lot. I was ready to buy.I wrote this review an hour after I last called the dealership. NO CALL FROM MANAGER YET.If you value your time, AVOID this dealership.If you want to be treated with RESPECT go elsewhere.UPDATE: The manager eventually called me back FOUR hours after my last call to the sales office. Obviously I was in no mood to purchase a vehicle from them at that time.

These folks know what their doing and treat you like family as soon as you walk in. My youngest daughter found THE CAR on their Lexington lot and Mike and her were able to come to terms and she drove the car home the same day.
