We have had a few minor repairs taken care of at Complete previously, but this trip was especially impressive. We had a spark plug that broke completely in half and were not able to fix this ourselves. Complete got us on their schedule in just a few days, and they were able to remove that broken spark plug without pulling the head. What we thought would be an expensive repair turned into something small and affordable. Every time we ve had service at Complete, they have been very friendly, professional, and have been able to get us back on the road in a short amount of time at very reasonable prices. We will definitely continue to call on them when we break down.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I've been to them a couple of times for basic car maintenance including oil changes and tire rotations. The staff are friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. It's easy to call and make an appointment . They do get you back at your appointment time, as well. Their prices are great! I paid around $85 for a full synthetic oil change (normally $120 at Valvoline). They are transparent about their prices when you ask. There's really no negatives about this place. I've even noticed that when other people bring their cars in for a check engine light, they take the time to explain the problem even if it doesn't need a repair, which is greatly appreciated. Overall, Complete Automotive Repair is great and I will continue coming to their shop for all my car needs.

This shop is wonderful! We were traveling from out-of-state and had our car towed to this shop. We couldn't have had better service; treated us as if we were long time customers! They quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and got us back on the road early the next day. We would highly recommend this shop.

Complete Automatic Repair is A great place to go get your repairs for your car .John worked on my mother's car around 19 yrs ago and she was very satisfied. So she told her children about the place and we all started to take our vehicles to him as well ..You will not be disappointed with their work.

Absolutely great first-time auto repair experience here in Kentucky! We moved here from Colorado, so trying to find a reputable auto service business was nerve wracking to say the least. Complete Automotive Repair took great care of us. Julie got us a quick appointment, and our mechanic Logan was able to diagnose and repair our unfortunate problem immediately!! Overall the front staff is nice but when it comes to repairs I left with more problems then I came in with and with a price to over come the satisfaction over my truck being able to get me to work and back. First break down was to fuel pump pressure then it became a transmission lines so the whole fuel system was to be replaced and all the lines to transmission too just end up being back and then wanting more money for problems that didn't exist to start with would not recommend.

I am not from the area. Being from Michigan automotive is very important and have had plenty of work on my own cars for years. These guys really helped me out with my breaks on a Mercedes Benz and did a professional job and a fair price. Would recommend. Highly recommend this shop, especially for lifted Jeeps! Staff and techs were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, as well as, quick in getting my vehicle in and repaired. Front desk keeped me update via text on every step!

I had my first experience today with Complete Auto Repair. My check engine light was on. It could have been minor or major. I prepared myself for the worst. Thank goodness it was minor. The customer service, the professional manner, and honest integreity that I recieved was out of this world. I will be back again. Please use their service if you are in need of auto repair. I cant say enough good things.

Amazing, friendly and knowledgeable people!!! I'm from out of town, Memphis, for a concert (Jelly Roll, Yelawolf and Struggle). After driving 6 and a half hours I noticed fluid leaking from under the truck once it was parked for a bit.I came limping in literally just after they opened without any kind of forewarning. I honestly didn't expect anyone to fix my vehicle the same day, but Complete did. They took a look at it immediately and let me know what was going on. My vehicle had a torn transmission line, but I was expecting much worse.The price for the repair was more than fair. I would definitely, without hesitation, recommend Complete any day for your automotive needs.

Honest reliable service at a fair price.John and his staff investigated the problem, fixed it, and made sure to inform us of all other repairs so we could decide if we wanted proceed with them or not. No high pressure or deceptive practices. The 3-year or 39k miles guarantee on repairs is also appreciated. Traveling through KY my engine light started flashing and Complete Automotive Repair got me in for an immediate appointment. While I waited I observed "John" field questions from customers with an ease and professionalism unmatched. CAR did not charge me for the diagnostic, and even recommended some ways I could save on the repair even though the service would not be with them. Solid folks and company; pleasure to see Old School at work!

THE BEST IN LEX! ! ! I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna, and they have been keeping her going. They re so reliable and convenient with scheduling work. I never wait more than a day to have major work done to my van. I appreciate them so much. I m from Chicago and don t trust anyone else fixing my vehicle. Definitely 5 stars

Awesome place to go to!! 1000000% recommend! I ve been here twice and been treated with respect and professionalism both times! Also, kid friendly & pet friendly! They also have a very nice and modern waiting area for customers. They worked with me to their full extent both times that I came here and done absolutely everything in their power to help me and my family with our vehicle. Had my car taken there by AAA because the car was having a no start due to a distributor going out from their diagnosis. That part is $122 at advanced auto for what i can buy it for. I was charged $564 including the labor to have in installed. (In my opinion thats a little steep) but I call before going to pick the car up to make sure it was operating as it should. I was told yes they had it done. My wife went and picked up the car drove 3 miles and it cut off in the road and started having the same issues. I called them and told them about this. they told me they could get it in on Monday of the following week to look. That was a week away. We've been going here for years. The owner runs a quality business and the front desk staff are knowledge and honest. I trust them with everything from oil changes to transmission repairs. They have even helped us when we were ready to sell our car and buy another. As a young woman, I feel comfortable taking my car in by myself because I know they will be courteous and explain anything that I don't already know about cars. I strongly recommend them.

Service was great and super fast had everything done in 24 hours of dropping it off. They have it diagnosed and send you the bill over text to see everything which is awesome so 3 stars. Why not 5? Well they are super expensive got my oil changed at big O Tires and they said I could of had it done there for literally half the price and this was 1100 something so yeah and 10% off cause nurse discount. Also got the Ac/heat blower replaced and that was insane for the switch out cost and -1 more star cause I had a cigarette smoke smell in the blower for 2 days. Idk why maybe the part or something but I don't smoke so idk. But all in all super great place for everything but price. WAYYYYY to expensive for just a wheel bearing and blower switch done. 3 stars technically 2 1/2 for the smell but not sure if it was them or the place they got the part or the person that delivered the part to them.

I ve had nothing but great experiences taking my 84 Jeep here. I can do something s on it but don t have the time, patience, or skills to troubleshooting and diagnostic work.They have a nice, clean lobby/waiting area and the front desk folks are friendly and polite.Highly recommend!

Everyone was friendly and made sure I knew what was happening with my car. Within a day of dropping off my car they sent me a text with a link to the full quote, with a description of recommended repairs and the cost for each service. I was able to review, accept, and sign for the service from my phone. Service was professional and done the next day. I have never received such outstanding service.
