Lauren was the freaking best! As a mom with 4 kids I did not have the time to be in the dealership for too long. She was able to get me approved over the phone and then my baby was ready to when I got here.

Greg and the team was amazing. The main thing is they made my family feel at home and Greg was very professional and funny at the same time. The one thing I like about this place is when me and my husband was looking at the first car Greg was up front about it. Thank you so much guys so much for my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder.

My car journey with carmart started in 2021 when I bought a 2013 chevy malibu this year my car sadly broke down carmart has worked with me without any penalties into getting me a new car even though I still owed on the old one. Lauren has been amazing to work with along with Kevin and Travis.

Buying from a Buy Here Pay Here can be nerve racking . But I can say I m beyond satisfied with choosing America s Car-Mart (Lexington, KY). I did not fill rushed, pressured or under valued. Buying a car here was a two day process for me. From the beginning Travis was energetic, professional and fun to work with! Greg was very upfront, and professional. They showed as a team they could and did but me in a great vehicle.

Lauren was great! This is the second vehicle I've purchased with Car-mart it is one of the ONLY car dealership where they actually DO what they SAY. And never try to squeeze you for more than you can afford. Thanks, Car-mart!

I must say !! I had a amazing and very easy going experience at car mart!! Travis was absolutely incredible to work with and even offered to stay past closing time to get me in a car but I decided to come back the next day so he could go home and enjoy his evening !! If you need a car and even in a financial bind I most definitely recommend going over to car mart and letting them do their magic!!

Travis was great !!!!!He went above and beyond while working with me & had patience with me ( which made me comfortable). he took his time to explain everything BEFORE and AFTER purchase to make sure I had a clear understanding before leaving out the office !!!!!!! Overall , I am Absolutely thrilled at the customer service I was provided .

I bought a car in June of 2023 and it has been nothing but issues. It s been in the shop getting fixed more than it has been driveable. The mechanic stated there was no way this vehicle was inspected before being placed on the lot to be sold.Tried numerous times to speak with Kevin but he is never available (imagine that), have left several messages with staff asking for him to return my call and nothing! Will be reaching out to somebody higher up but would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, dependable vehicle!

This place is the single worst place you can ever buy a car from. They take advantage of people who are desperate. The service department is great, but management doesn t want to do the right thing to repair the cars the first time. I bought a car in may and have only drove it for 3 of those months since I got it. It s a disgrace. Even within my own purchases to repair the cars it isn t enough. The sold me a car that was running at 16 volts, and it was suppose to be at 12-12.5. Faulty wiring, caused the computer to malfunction on the car. It s completely uncalled for seeing as tho they have the equipment to test it on the floor. We will not be recommending anyone to this company. Corporate America is disappointed

Lauren Hardin made my experience quick and easy at America car mart. I told her how much down I had, did a pre qualification with her and I was approved in minutes. We did a application the next day, test drove the vehicles, got insurance, and was out the door in about a hour. Go see Lauren she is a great Sales Associate.

While I had a positive review, over time all they are worried about is money, but I would be to if considering their turn over rate for employees is terrible. That should say enough. What I thought would be a good experience coming here a second time to purchase a vehicle, it's been a nightmare. Everything was smooth sailing until it's time for a seasonal tax payment and it couldn't be made (had to ID verify) aside from my BCM (which they don't cover-go figure) basically going out. I was thankful for them to move around some payments considering I dished out $500+ to get my BCM fixed. Now at a month later, still having problems with the BCM which is going to cost me another $700 on top of them pretty much demanding my past due and what would have been new payment, same day or they would have to "park the car". I gladly gave over my key. My car was barely driveable, unsafe. I provided all necessary documentation, kept up communication even with them calling me 2 and 3 times a day. Yet they didn't want to help get the car issue resolved. On top of me just having the vehicle 4 months and they never registered my car to receive the "free" oil changes that came with my contract. They simply just don't care. The managers are never available to talk you and their employee turn over rate is terrible. They have new people in there every month.At this point I might have had a better experience with North Broadway! Don't purchase the 14 Grey Malibu! I'm sure they'll doc it up and put it right back on the lot! And if you do, hurry...you only have 7 days to exchange! What car issues appear in 7 days besides low tire pressure?? The BCM keeps going out and a dealership has to program that part or it won't start! Good luck to potential buyers!

Mackenzie was the person who I was approached by while looking in the lot. I was looks for a specific type of car granted they didn t have it, however she explained how the approval for the financing went and so I decided to see what on the lot I was qualified for. I did leave with something I was still happy about even though it wasn t what I was hoping for. Later the night I got the car it was stalling out in idle, mainly while I was stuck at a light too long. The next day I contacted them and they were willing to work with me and had me bring it back in, they looked at it, cleared some codes, ordered a part, and set me up an appointment to take into the shop to replace the throttle body. All the stay was friendly and nice. They truly care about their customers. They even offer free top off on your fluids if you re one of their customers! Highly recommend especially if you re on a budget!

Lauren was absolutely amazing. She was very patient with me and even stayed late to get me in something. Everyone that works here has been very helpful. They are very fair with pricing and everything. I would definitely recommend if you re looking to trade your vehicle in or get a new one.

If only I coild give a 0 rating. I have been trying to contact someone for 2 weeks now about all this rust under a vehicle from this lot . As well as getting my tag or a new paper tag to replace my expired one. I keep getting the run around with many excuses. This is an absolute danger and they are aware of what they have sold me i dont understand how this passed inspection and was put up to sell. This is riduclous how noone calls me back nor comes to the phone. Check every inch of the cars you are looking into before making a decision with them!!
