I do not post many reviews but I had a unique experience when the battery died on a U-Haul rental truck at my residence on the driveway. U-Haul roadside assistance had dispatched two other local towing companies, both left with the truck still not running. Out of exasperation I reached out to Bluegrass Truck & Trailer Services and spoke with Nicole. While they had not been dispatched by U-Haul, after sharing my experience with Nicole she jumped into action and contacted U-Haul herself to help me get back on the road. As it turns out U-Haul got one of their techs to me first, replaced the battery and got the truck running so Bluegrass didn't actually make the repair. However, the initiative and customer service displayed by Nicole was the one positive customer service experience from a 2 day ordeal. If I ever have a need, I will not hesitate to call Bluegrass Truck & Trailer Services.Service: Battery

I scheduled fleet service 2 days in a row. The Service manager forgot the first day, which i dealt with but the second day the service manager never scheduled the service. So I spoke to the Operations Manager because no one showed up to our location at 3:00 pm as scheduled. The Operations Manager told me next week would be the soonest. The worst customer experience I have ever dealt with hands down.

Great experience more than once. My vehicle has been repaired right the first time and very quickly. I highly recommend Bluegrass Truck & Trailer Services.

How are you a truck and trailer repair shop, and you do not take EFS cards or com data cards or fleet checks. I called earlier about a repair and the young lady asked how I was going to pay and I told her EFS check, she told me I'm sorry we don't take those, what kind of company are you in this day and age that ding accept this form of payment? Needless to say I didn't go there....

I figured you'd be able to buy parts and stuff there you cannot really with no help at all the lady that answer the phone when I was out front of the establishment was really sweet and nice

They promised to come and look and my trailer , after 3 days I call them for not showing up they said they don t work with one trailer or even 10 of them unless you re a company with 3000 truck trailer don t even bother it s just a waste of time , the guy I spoke to is TOM .......
