Amazing customer service. I had a dead battery and Cameron installed it for me in 5 degree weather. Definitely deserves a raise as he is extremely valuable to this company.

The last time I went I was ignored after asking for help. All I needed was for one if the guys to show me where something under my hood was, I was going to do the work myself. They completely walkedv around me and I was parked right need to the men's cars that they were helping. One told me he couldn't leave the store unattended, but yet came out a few minutes later with one if the guys that were parked next to me and helped him. I'm literally standing there in the cold with my flashlight on and my hood up looking at him and the other one. When the other one got done with his male customer, he walked 20 feet over to help another guy that didn't need help. Then walked back inside. Meanwhile while I was told they the store couldn't be left unattended another customer had walked into the store alone with no employee supervision and had been in there alone for at least 15 to 30 seconds. He could've walked in and out with whatever in that amount of time. Meanwhile In still there waiting for them to take no effort to point their finger at a piece of metal under my hood so I could refill the liquid in it. That was it. Eventually I just got tired of being ignored, closed the hood, got in my car and left. That was about 2 weeks ago now. This is a place I have a membership with for probably over 15 years and was treated this way.. It's highly disappointing.

Stopped by for wiper blades. The parts clerk was knowledgeable and friendly. Also, great location in Garden Springs Shopping Center with a large selection of parts, tools, and accessories for the pro or do-it-yourselfer mechanic.

Went by 2 days ago, needing an alternator, store manager was the best help. Went by today as the alternator messed up my battery and had the nicest man, Dennis Dearing I think was his name. He deserves a raise. Not only did he fix the problem, he went above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you fellas!

Just visited this place to get a battery checked out!! The guy came out and couldn't find what the CCA were so he went to get help! Than he came out to check the battery but didn't know which cable goes on which terminal so I told him to stop and went to get someone who knew what they were doing!!! While waiting for the battery to be replaced the fist guy sold someone new wipers, came out to install them but didn't know how!!! Wth AutoZone!!!

The employees I dealt with were completely without use.. they would not give my battery a charge as is advertised as a free service.. and simply lied n avoided doing any work to help me.. horrible experience for an auto zone for sure

I had an amazing experience at this store. I always hate to go to a store close to closing, but I really needed a new battery for my car and unfortunately only had time to get there at 9:15pm. They close at 10. The two employees working were not only extremely friendly and helpful, but they gave me good advice on the best battery for my car and didn t just try to upsell me the most expensive battery. Within 15 minutes, they changed my battery and I was on my way. It was raining while they changed the battery but they still didn t seem unhappy to be doing it. I mentioned that I hated to go close to end of business hours and they joked that they were happy for the work because they were bored. Amazing, friendly service and good advice. I will definitely make this store my go to for future needs. Also for anyone wondering, they do accept Apple Pay.

I had just started going to this location because it is a couple miles more through Lexington traffic. With that being said I have had a great experience both times I had been there. Thanks to Dennis. He is a great employee and knowledgeable.

Last 2 times I have been in this store they have been short and rude. Caught a person in the back of the store just now to ask a question he never looks at me just starts walking away then tells me if I have a question I need to get in line like everyone else. I m fine with that but didn t realize that was the process now. I guess the the pandemic gives them the right to be jerk to their customers. 2 straight experiences like that - yep I m going to o Reillys. Sheesh.

Truly a location that values their customers and works hard to solve problems. The store manager Eduardo is simply amazing! He alone makes the experience a plus for me. I can't tell you how many times I have purchased products from this store, and I always walk away satisfied. Thanks Eduardo and staff for making this store really part of our neighborhood!

Absolutely amazing, I thought I needed to replace hundreds of dollars worth of parts on my vehicle but the guy there showed me a way to fix it properly using $4 worth of parts, amazing service and the employees know what they are doing. 10/10 would recommend!

Came in with two burnt out brake lights and left probably 10 minutes later not just with the lights, but with an employee (Damon) installing them for me. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service - it is so rare these days to find people willing and happy to help! Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Not only did Dennis spend time seeing if my battery was under warranty, but replaced the battery quickly. He then went above and beyond helping me find a secondary battery and tried to figure out why the ramp for the wheelchair accessible van would not descend. Just to let you know, Dennis...it worked when I got home. Thanks so much!

For a long time, I have deeply felt that car repairing is expensive . As a working class, it is not easy. Thanks to your enthusiastic service and rich car experience. I study, buy parts and change myself, and often get Dennis s Help, he helped me solve one problem after another in my car, accurately helped me find the problem of the car, and buy the right parts. Because I have many cars, I often go to the store to buy parts and see his hard work. He worked hard and provided high-quality services to many customers. Fortunately, he did not hesitate to train the employees. He devoted his attention to the store, efficiently and quickly provided services to customers, and managed large and small things in the store. The whole work process is sincere to others and brings busy business to the shop. Such employees are hard to find. Our customers cherish him. Thanks again to Dennis and AutoZone , great work.

We live close to this location, so it's our go-to auto parts place. They're always nice and very helpful. My car battery died and after getting it jump-started, headed here today to see if they could put a new one in for me. My car's battery isn't easy to get to, but they had me in and out and back up and running with a new battery installed in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this store to everyone I speak to.

I came in and Jacob was so helpful and kind. Very respectful young man. He helped me with all my questions and made sure my experience was great. He even put in my headlight. I appreciate him so much and I definitely will be back.

Went in today to get wiper blades, and the staff there helped me troubleshoot my back wiper blade and get new Bosch blades all around! Incredibly friendly and helpful staff at this location. Thoroughly pleased

Maybe it s just me, but every time I go to this location it is the same employee with tall hair, acting hyped up like he s on something, that types in some numbers into his computer when I ask if they have something and just tells me no and apologizes as he waves me away offering no assistance at all. For example, I ve been sold LED taillights for a non-LED car and been sent away when they didn t work (solved by a 30 second google search that I should have just done on my own, I guess). I could walk to this location but will not return.

Had to get the battery replaced in urgency. They had everything on stock. They checked which was the correct one (as I am not a mechanic) and replaced it immediatly. Very nice and kind over the phone and in the shop. Great job!

Great customer service at this location! I was helped by an employee named Roger and I definitely reccomend getting his help. He went above and beyond so I can figure out what was wrong with my car. Any questions definitely ask for Roger! Btw, my coils needed to be replaced.

They accidentally left the door unlocked at 9:00 pm when they closed, and took care of my order instead of sending me to the store with later hours. They always take care of me, and I keep coming back. I ve never had bad advice or customer service.

Covid-19 update: Store observes social distancing and the floor is well marked at 6' intervals. A makeshift barrier at the registers does the job and card readers are out past the barrier for easy access. Staff are masked but not all the customers, still, i was masked and felt safe. There's a limit of ten customers at one time. I was one of only three so it was easy to stay distant. Trip time was am, shortly after opening.
