Asked Autosound for advice on improving my CRV s factory sound system. They went through all my options, showed me what s sub would look like in my space, even gave me a look at a recent install they had done that morning. The pricing was more than I wanted to spend at the moment and they had no issues with that and didn t try to sell me on anything I wasn t ready for. I got lucky there was a cancellation. They got me in and out and the new speakers sound amazing! And because they took the time to show me all of the options, I will use them again to continue to build a great sounding system.

Took my 2015 F-150 Supercrew to Autosound in Lexington KY for a total system makeover. Harvey worked patiently with me as I couldn't make up my mind on what I really wanted. I research things on the internet too much and was torn on how to proceed. In the end, I let Harvey design the package to fit my needs and wants. Let me tell you, this system performs beyond what I thought would be possible in this truck!!! I didn't have to raise my rear seat or loose any space or function. The install was spot-on PERFECT and clean!!! Do yourself a favor, visit these guys for your car audio needs if you really care about quality and craftsmanship. Thanks Autosound team! You guys are the best.

I had a 2004 Honda Accord and the radio wouldn t power on. I took it in and they gave me several different options depending on the money we wanted to spend. We took the better option and happy we did. They put a nice looking Kenwood setup in and it looks great! During the time, they would text me and keep me posted on what was going on. The owner is very personable and a nice guy! If you have any kind of audio, remote start, accessories questions, I d highly recommend these guys! Top notch work A++

I wanted remote start and CarPlay for my 2017 Acura MDX. The staff were well informed and familiar with some options I had already looked into. They recommended the ZZ2 unit from ZZPlay that interfaces with the factory head unit, display, and menu selector wheel. It works great!The remote start works with my existing key fob and very useful on cold mornings.They took the time to sit in my car with me and show me how to use both systems.Can t wait to get my next upgrade with Autosound

They are not very transparent with pricing. I went to get a sound system installed in my first car and they definitely took advantage of me not knowing very much about what the process would entail. My favorite part was watching the technician stand around and eat a snack while charging me an hourly rate for installation take your business elsewhere folks!

Highly recommend! Genuine and honest people! Quick turn around! They spent time talking with me to figure out the product that best fits my needs and budget. You won't find better quality at an affordable price. They offer window tinting as well. Locally Owned and Operated for about 40 years.

These guys are the best!! Very knowledgeable and professional. You can tell they really care about what they do and the quality of their business. My 2013 Mazda still had the stock CD/radio and I was using a aux cable to listen to music from my phone. It was time for an upgrade and they helped me decide on the best touch screen option for all my needs. They were even able to install a back up camera for my car. The install was exactly the time they estimated and looks amazing. I will definitely be back for all my stereo upgrades in the future.

This place is the most professional Auto sound dealer I've ever been to. They answer your questions, and give you all the necessary warnings for your Auto sound needs. You will not find a better value anywhere between Somerset and Louisville. They were truthful where I found others not to be. If you need a stereo installed or any other components, you won't be able to find a better deal.

I just had a remote starter installed on my 2018 4 Runner. It was easy to schedule an appointment. It was easy to confirm the appointment days prior.I was greeted when I arrived and explained the process and how long it would take for the install. Actually took less time than I was told. Mr. Jones took all the time needed to explain the operation and product backing to me.First class company, first class people. The best source in Lexington for all your automotive sound needs.

I ve waited a little while since the install to post a review but here it is:The guys that work at Autosound are top-notch. They answered all my questions- even when the nature of the response flew over my head.The install is CLEAN. My amp is not visible under my passenger seat, and it looks like nobody touched my door panels. If you ve done any work yourself, you know that s not easy to accomplish. All wires are tucked away nicely (literally none of them are visible) and the sub box looks like it was meant to be there.I m picky about my things. These guys did a spectacular job.Heads up: if you keep a factory unit and go with an Audison processor, the software is only windows compatible. It doesn t work with Mac. On the plus side, I now have a cheap windows laptop dedicated to my sound system Specs:2021 Civic Hatch Sport2x HERTZ MPK 6.5s2x JL W3V3 8s in a dual-port boxRockford P1000x5 (first 4 channels bridged to push the HERTZ)Audison Bit Ten processor

I had a remote starter and keyless entry installed on my 2013 2500 Silverado about a year ago. A great Viper product was installed and has worked perfectly just as promised. Amazing range on the key fob. Installation looked great. I would recommend this place, and I hope to have a new stereo and back up camera installed soon.

I stopped by the store today 1/5/2022 to see about upgrading my existing sound system in my truck. The man who helped me, I forgot his name, came out to my truck and listened to what I had already installed. He told me that it sounded pretty good but that there may be some adjustments he could make. He adjusted my amp, sub, and eq settings on my truck and got it sounding amazing. When I asked him what he would recommend as an upgrade he told me point blank that there was not really anything he could offer that would not cost less than 5000$. I told him I would like to pay him for his time and he said no worries but if you have time leave a review. So here I am leaving this review because I was ready to spend a couple thousand dollars and he did not take advantage of me and gave me fantastic customer service. Thanks!

Stopped in today with a system I installed myself for my daughter s Jeep and needed help getting the bass cranked up. JP came right out without even making us wait. He checked out the whole system, cranked up our bass and then made a few other adjustments to make the sound perfect. It only took him about 10 minutes and we were back on the road jammin! Thanks JP!

Got a blind spot monitoring system installed on my car. The staff were very knowledgeable about the product and got it done in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend these guys for your car needs.

Stopped in because remote start and key fob quit working. JP came out and within two minutes had everything working. No charge. This system has been on truck for years with no issues. Glad it was simple fix. Excellent service and will definitely be heading back soon for some other things I want.

What a great team they have here. Drove over needing some technical advise, and perhaps an adapter or two for a vehicle I just bought. They knew right where to find the wiring that had been run for a previous stereo install, and gave me great advice in spite of buying my head unit and speakers online. Support your local shops like this one. I would have never gotten the help and service I recieved here from a big box store with a revolving door of noob employees. The advice I got substantially reduced the install time for my system. Although I was planning on an amp and subs down the road, I was so impressed with the level of service, I bought the amp, sub, and box on the spot. Now that everything is installed, I couldn't be happier! Again, support shops like these. Without their willingness to share their experience and knowledge, I would have spent the weekend pulling my hair out. Really, really grateful!

I called them today about installation of front and rear speakers along with an amp and sub that I purchased from Amazon and Crutchfield. They said they only install products purchased inside the store (bummer). The guys were friendly though! I would definitely rate them a 5 if they would install the products I have and it was installed great.

All of the audio in my car went out, this was the first place that popped up for me on Google, I can now see why. I got there, told JP what was going on and he looked at my amp, then under the hood. In a matter of minutes he saw that I blew a fuse and had a new one put in right after and everything was fixed. Great place definitely recommend

Called about a simple issue that I thought I could fix myself with a single door speaker. The gentleman I spoke with identified it as a common issue with my model vehicle immediately and fixed my issue at no cost. Very pleasant customer service and would highly recommend :)

AMAZING is all i have to say about this place. I have bought a few stereos from them in the past but this was a remote start problem i had. They did not install the remote start but after my car battery died it would not work any more. I took it to them and the employee came right out and helped me. He was so kind and fixed it in no time. Would not take payment for his service. Believe me when i get my new stereo for my car i will be back to them. Thanks for making my day

Went to Autosound to fix a really screwed up install done by a company that thinks they know what they're doing. Unlike the guys that put the first system in, Autosound did everything they said they would do and more. Should have gone to them in the first place. They'll get my business from now on. Couldn't be happier about the sound of my new system. Couldn't be more impressed. Real professionals

After calling several big box audio stores I called Autosound and explained the installation I wanted to do. Paul was very patient and helpful making sure they had in stock all of the components and even pulled the gear and had it waiting for me to pickup! Jeremy went through the details of what to expect during the installation. I d recommend this business to anyone and everyone. Thanks for your time and help guys... sounds great!

A review of this place is way overdue for me. The factory headphone jack went out on my 09 Camry. Toyota wanted over $200.00 to replace a headphone jack that didn t last 90,000 miles. After calling and speaking with the guys at Autosound I ordered the part online and they fixed it for me in about 30 minutes one day after work. Once it was all said and done Autosound saved me $145.00!!! J.P. And threat of the guys here are knowledgeable experienced and friendly. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. This is not the first time these guys have provided me a very cheap solution for a problem I had. I just can t say enough good things about this or any of my visits here.
