My experience at Auto R Us Car Dealership was very positive. They helped me select a good used vehicle that met my needs. After my purchase they helped me to make sure the car was mechanically sound. And when warranty work was required, they provided necessary assistance. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and nice with me, a first time car buyer.

I love the Toyota Sequoia I purchased from Auto R Us. From the first contact to me driving off the lot, Chris and the staff were exceptional. Always professional with no pressure. I would recommend this lot for any quality used vehicle you may be looking for.

I had a pretty awful experience here and it was short. I walked on the lot and was immediately greeted with, "what are you doing?" ... I didn't know that was how to approach a customer. A guy asked what I was looking for, I told him and my budget and he laughed and didn't even offer to help me find a vehicle. Very rude and unprofessional. I'm happy they weren't welcoming because I gladly spent my money elsewhere.

I purchased a vehicle in 2015 and 10 miles after leaving the lot, the check engine light came on. Long story short, buyer beware. Take the vehicle to an independent mechanic to get it checked BEfore you buy. I lost $4500 due to major mechanical issues.

I bought a vehicle from these guys in 2014. I was told by the salesperson it had been reviewed by a mechanic and it had a $72 O2 sensor problem. Long story short, several hundred dollars and broken promises later it is a $2,300 catalytic converter issue. My complaint remains unresolved on BBB of Lexington. Enough said.

Great dealership, I flew in from Wyoming and one of the salesmen came and picked me up from the airport as a courtesy. Efficient and effective service.
