Andy's Auto & Truck is hands down the best place to install dash cams!!! Can't thank them more for installing my rear camera on my car. I will surely bring more camera for Andy to install for sure!!

Had a dashcam installed and hardwired. Very fast service, charged less than half of next lowest quote. Amazing work by seasoned professionals, Andy and Bruce are top notch!

Those guys are great...I know nothing about audio they was very good to me :-)even tho they probably wanted to tell me get lost :-! they got it done ...any audio go there... those guys got you

Excellent service! Price was less than quoted, so Bonus for me! I now have a Remote Starter and very impressed with the time I was told my car would be ready as well. 5 Stars all around! Thank You good Sirs!

Shocking service from the start - why bother? I really needed to get an alarm in my van as I was going away for an extended trip. I called this company and was told by a Bruce guy that he'll call me back in an hour. 3 hours later, no call. I called back and he said they're swamped and he'd call me back, fair enough. No call. Called back again the next day and he still hadn't looked up what I needed. At that point, he did and called me back, where I missed his call and he didn't even bother to leave a message. Called him back again and he insisted that my van came with an alarm built in and that I should try locking the door, and accessing it from the window. Then call him back as he was with a customer. I thought this was some kind of joke as I've had alarms in all my vehicles After calling Dodge, they confirmed my van didn't come standard with an alarm system. Did he answer when I tried to call back? Not a chance. I called three times so I could get an appointment, and the phone just rang.Avoid this place like the plaque. All these positive reviews you're seeing, must be from family or friends, because it really is the armpit of customer service.

I called to have my hitch installed w/wiring and the guy was nice enough to special order the parts needed. However when I called back to notify them of a change of plans, having to cancel the service the old guy went OFF on me then hung up the phone on. I would NEVER recommend this place. They are VERY rude, nasty and I impatient and unprofessional.

Highly recommend Andy s auto & truck accessories. Brought in my 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan for remote start that no one would touch or everyone was to expensive for my pocket. Andy decided to take on the challenge to do the remote start and make it affordable!

Andy's Auto & Truck is the only place in Lexington I will buy my accessories. Andy has installed remote starts, stereos and other items on my cars/trucks for nearly 20 years. I highly recommend.

Had a back up camera installed on our Excursion. Every time we back up to the trailer, we are thankful. Absolutely recommend this for anyone with a truck without one.
