Absolutely Reeks of cigarettes on more than one occasion (i thought the first time was a fluke) wheezing and my chest getting tight just standing in line. Really disrespectful, anyone should be able to go to a retail store without having an asthma attack from employees habits/addictions!! Take it outside!

Deshay was beyond helpful! He went out of his way to literally lend a hand with my car problem, gave me advice, and offered a referral to a great mechanic so I could finally stop being screwed over by auto shops. Wonderful and friendly service!!

I called ahead for a headlight switch for my truck. When I arrived an hour early, the store was locked. 15 minutes later, employees came out of the store and I was informed that they couldnt help me. I traveled 30 miles to get to this store because they were the only ones that had it in stock. Terrible customer service. If you are going to close at 4, then your close time on the door and online should not be 5.

I went there this morning (sunday) there was a guy and a girl behind the desk. The guy was back there on the phone. And the lady was talking to a customer on the phone. One guy in front of me. Also waiting for them. None of them bother to ask us or said anything. Stood there for about 15 min. So i left.

The warehouse next door is the worst place to work. They'll hire you for on job then move you to a different area a month later. The supervisor there (Mike) is also the worst.

I stopped in today for a new battery and installation which should have been a quick in and out, but due to corrosion and buildup on my battery and a seized up terminal it took way longer than expected. Deshay and Jawan provided great customer service during the process and let me know what was going on. About 20 minutes into the job I was expecting to be told they would not be able to remove the old battery, but that did not happen. Despite the time and difficulty they followed through and got me set up. Deshay even let me know about the rewards program/email list and how I could get coupons to save money in the future. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Why would you tell a customer that you don t have a part when you clearly do? More than one!! Other stores confirmed that fact but you tell the customer 3 times you don t have it??? Definitely not the best experience and we ALWAYS shop Advance Auto but obviously not going to be shopping this particular store again.

My husband sent me to Advance Auto Parts on Georgetown Road here in Lexington to get tiny light bulbs. The ones that light up the heater/AC control. I went inside and they immediately asked me what I needed. I showed them the bulb and said I need 4 of these. These 3 guys that were working that day were great. They made sure I had the right bulbs before I left the store. These guys were awesome!!! I would highly recommend this place.

I had ordered the wrong brakes online i took them back to the store on Georgetown road in Lexington i had the sweetie person to wait on me everyone was so kind and nice. Got the right brakes now I'm off to have them put on my .

Took a part in for warranty. They requested my receipt. I told them I have the phone number it was bought with. They asked if it was bought at that store or an advanced auto. Which confused me since the sign on the building says Advanced Auto. All they had to do is call the location I bought it from. They were to busy sitting around to help a customer.

Went to get something and they are supposed to be open until 5 on Sundays and I showed up at 3:58 and they had already closed and left for the day. I will choose another store next time as not to waste my time

Sometimes people need a tool to do something to a vehicle especially most popular one and you might use it once or twice a lifetime you should update your tool rental if you're going to sell the part you should have told to the right tools install it

Horrible serviceArrived at the store 6 min before they closed and they refused to let us in there was a man standing next to the door. When asked why they are closed that they still have 6 min before closing he replied with "Hell No" there where 3 other clerks behind the register laughing at the mans response to me.Very rude!

Do u mind changing the hours of closing in the web page here say sunday close at 5pm and the building say they close at 4pm thanks

Gotta love these guys. So helpful. They now have a gizmo they'll lend you when your engine light is on that tells you the problem. Talk about saving dionostic expenses.

Small store...doesnt have a very good selection and the guys I have asked for help there know less than me! They don't seem very motivated unless one their buddies come in. Overall ok in a pinch...
