The people at Abe s Auto are extremely nice and hospitable. My husband and I had inquired about purchasing a vehicle and we almost did walk off the lot with it but it unfortunately it didn t work out for us. Even with that said, the customer service was unlike anything else I ve experienced at a car lot. I ve never had someone go above and beyond for me like they have here and I will one day be back to buy a car.

I had bought a Toyota Rav4 from Abe's auto and the salesperson (Omar I believe was his name) was so helpful and accommodating. He picked me up from the airport as I came from out of state which, I really appreciated. When I purchased the vehicle I then drove it back to where I lived in Texas (at the time). On the way home an issue arose with the car with the vacuum section of the engine. I took it to a mechanic and Abe took care of the bill for the issue. I have had nothing but a great experience with this car since. Thanks Abe's Auto for taking care of me in the buying process of my car! AAA+++

I can't recommend this place. I drove 3.5 hours from Ohio to Lexington to pick up a 85k mile Scion my wife wanted. After showing up we found out the car had been in an accident and poorly touched up so the pictures looked better. The tires had over 80k miles on them and were very cracked, not even knowing if it would make the trip back to Ohio. It made the trip but was very uncomfortable and unsafe. It has costed over $2k in parts as Abe's is in a horrible location to look at and actually test drive a car. missed was bad wheel sensors (said maybe the tire was low again), window switch that worked on one side and not the other, door lock on one door that needs replaced, a steering angle sensor that confuses the car and it tries to auto correct on left turns and a smell that only comes out when the heater gets really hot. That being said the Sales folks were very friendly and eager to assist.

A bunch of class acts. Great customer service; recommended that I wait a day and pay with a check to avoid card authorization fees. Warned about delays in the County Clerk s office. I would buy from Mason and his team again.

I just happened to be searching cargurus for a first car for my son. A lovely Camry popped up at Abe's. We took a ride over, and the car was exactly as described. Of course nothing with 200K is going to be perfect, but it was obviously well taken care of, with new tires and brakes, no lights, cold ac, and seems to run and shift fine, as of a purchase a few hours ago. Price was good considering the condition compared to all the other junk out there on facebook marketplace and craigslist. I believe Mazan was our salesman, a true gentlemen, very friendly, no pressure.at this point, highly recommended!

These guys are awesome!!! I got really lucky finding them! They were very prompt and extremely helpful. They explained everything so I could understand what needed to be fixed on my van. Extremely honest and had my best interest at heart!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. They're a very sweet family and in the business to help others!! If you need your car fixed for any body or mechanical work, I would definitely go to them! My van runs great Thanks so much guys !!

Mazen and Abe were great to work with. I was a bit leery about buying a used car from a dealer since I always feel like they are out to take advantage of people. Mazen wasn t like that at all. He offered a great price for the vehicle that I bought, didn t sell it to the other people that wanted to buy it before I could get there, stayed late to accommodate my work schedule, and even followed me to the rental drop off to save me the Uber. He is truly dedicated to customer satisfaction and I will happily recommend Abe s to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

They finished my car Air Conditioning repairs under budget and sooner than expected. They were clear and precise in their estimate, and didn't charge a diagnostic fee to put the car up on a rack to check it out. I will make sure they are on my list of mechanics to check prices with whenever I need repairs.

Bought my wife a 2008 Honda Accord. Three months after Purchasing found out the car had been in an accident and totaled in 2017. We did our due diligence and rent a car fax before purchasing accident not on the Carfax. When I called Abe to ask if he could do anything to make this right he said no. In litigations now.The Carfax today shows that the car was being serviced in Sidney Ohio. I called the service company and they said the Vin number checks out to a 2006 F2 50. The lawyer I spoke with said that it would be your responsibility to ensure that the Vin number goes with the vehicle. You should be hearing from him in the next few days.

Very professional sales team. Had a minor issue after my purchase, and they took it to a mechanic while I waited. On my way 20 minutes later. One of the best used car purchase experiences I ve had. Highly recommend Abe s!

Absolutely recommend this dealership!! I just bought a 2014 Toyota Camry last Friday from this dealership and the whole experience was amazing. The car was in very good condition both outside and inside and the price was very reasonable and cheap. The dealer named Mazen helped me the entire process of buying a vehicle and he was literally the best dealer that I ever met. He was very honest about the vehicle, told me every damage that the car has, every detail about the car, what should be fixed, and when I went to get a pre-purchase inspection from Toyoto, everything he said was correct. He was very polite and respectful the entire time and he treated me just like his son. Also, he was willing to fix anything he could so that I don't have to spend my money fixing minor things. Additionally, he helped me with finding the cheapest insurance company and handled every paperwork so that I don't have to worry about a single thing. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family or anyone who does not have experience of buying a used vehicle.

I recently purchased my first vehicle from the dealership. It was a great experience. The process was very smooth and the dealership changed the engine oil and brake pads as well. Very honest people. The gentlemen at the dealership literally treated me like a family member.Great Experience!

Terrible experience, young man at desk as you entered stated they buy beat up cars and repair them. The owner stated they had not repaired the car and had a clean title. He was clear the car had not been in an accident. We had the car inspected and it was found to have had damage on the underside of the car and frame. I call where Abe said he purchased car and they remembered car because it was going to cost more money than it was worth to repair. This is why Abe bought it. I would never trust him for any car!

This is the best car dealership I ve been to. I had got my old car totaled and they helped me get into a new car in no time. Not only did they give me great quick service, they are very honest people. If there is anything wrong with a car they will tell you what needs work. When I later had a problem with my car from them, I was able to go back to them for more outstanding service to get it fix

Got a van as is. The carpet in the van was wet and covered up with rubber rugs. You could see and smell mold. I was told they cleaned the carpet that's why it was wet. Wrong!!! It rained after I got the van and the light by the windshield had water coming out of it! Unsafe for me and my kid's! I specifically asked if there was a leak. Not only that but the service engine light is on after driving it two days. Abe was friendly but not honest. Therefore I will not be doing business there again.

Very professional, excellent body repair to my new Nissan Altima that was broken into and vandalized. Looks like new again!!! Thanks to Abe and all of his hard work in getting this job done quickly and professionally at a more than fair price. Would recommend Abe's auto shop to anyone!

Ibrahim (Abe) was super helpful. He helped me through out the purchase process and really did work with me on the price of the vehicle too. He was honest and only wanted the best for me. If you are thinking of purchasing a car from him, I say trust him, he will not lie to you.

Extremely kind and helpful. Came all the way from Michigan and they did everything they could to help me out. They picked me up at airport and even filled the truck with gas for the ride home. Amazing customer service!! I mean who fills up a truck before they sell it??? I've never had anyone do that before.Check them out!

The car I looked at unfortunately had too many problems and he would not take any money off for what was wrong. I would not buy from him!
