Was broke down on WK parkway alternator went out on my truck and sucked the life out of my battery. Called Woodruff Auto they had what it needed and delivered parts right to me.Awesome customer service which is so hard to come by.

Honestly if your car even needs an oil change I wouldn t bring it here. My car has had tons of problems since June I had been bringing it once or twice a month till this point. Anyways this last time they kept my car a month put a WHOLE NEW ENGINE in it and it kept dying when we tried leaving the lot but the owner said they were gonna fix it and it seemed like it was after the FOURTH TRY HOWEVER Saturday night my car had died and put us on the side of the road. My buddy tried helping give me a jump and then a semi out of nowhere hit the car and almost took my friends leg. Had they fixed the dying problem we would ve never been on the side of the road anyways. Basically long story short I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND no one bring any of their vehicles here they don t know what the hell they are doing and it almost cost my buddy his leg and/or life. NO STARS.

Excellent service and very affordable. The transfer case on our truck wouldn't disengage out of 4WD. They had it back on the road quickly and way under expected cost! Will be going there for my automotive needs!Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Totally amazing people work here everybody is very kind very caring I cannot say enough good things about them the men and women that work here whether you have an older vehicle a newer vehicle and F350 to a little beetle car these guys can handle anything they can rebuild it they can fix it and they do everything with extreme care and they treat you like family don't bother going anywhere else I was traveling through the area with a 1995 Ford F-350 I am so grateful that I came here because they fixed it they fixed my truck thank you gentlemen so very much for the kindness and generosity you have shown me and thank you for leaving no stone unturned and no fuse unchecked

The measure of a business is how they respond when things don't work out like they should. Its easy when things work right the first time. If you have ever been in the mechanic business of any kind you know sometimes things don't go as planned. I hade a vehicle break down for a 2nd time and Mr. Woodruff made it right. Even went out of town to pick my car up and redid everything to make sure my problem was fixed. He stands behind his work and will always make it right.Service: General repairs & maintenance
